Wonderful supermarket just off Coventry Road. Excellent location. Yafa is always very clean and organised. It’s easy to find your way around around. Everything is labelled and priced. I’ve had a pleasant shopping experience every time. They stock a wide range of produce from the Middle East. They sell fruits, vegetables, snacks, toiletries, freshly cooked food, meat, desserts, nuts, olives, rice etc. Definitely worth popping in if you’re in the area!

Good people, friendly, best store for Arabic ingredients. Good clean meat section at time of review. Staff are helpful and jolly. Would reccomended visiting

Can find almost everything a Mediterranean is looking for. Good quality halal meet, groceries of all kinds available and prices are good. Most likely you will pay for parking as all free slots are busy most of the time. Staff are friendly and helpful, they also speak arabic by the way.

This is simply an oasis for arabic/ halal food, everything is avaliable, the prices are acceptable, they take cash and cards. The staff are friendly specially the butchers. Finding a parking here is a real issue..there is paid parking in the other side of the road.

A diamond of a find in the middle of small heath. I love passing this shop and buying bits n bobs. Different foods from a different world tbh. Love their fresh bakery. Always good customer service even if English is not clearly communicated by staff. But by their body language they are always willing to help and make it a shopping experience.

Go here most weekends, being a keen cook; it has a wide array of goods, the customer service from the minority of the workforce can sometimes be less than desired, but having said that, the full shelves with all types of food cannot be knocked. If you can’t find that elusive ingredient associated with Med, Middle-Eastern and North African cuisine, this shop is likely to have it. Possesses’ a mini-bakery that mainly produce savoury breads, which is quite good. Also, the fruit-seller outside sells the best grade fruit on that stretch.

Great place to shop middle eastern groceries and the halal meat is the best you can get!! They also also have a tiny bakery where they sell freshly made bread and mu'ajanat ( bread stuffed with minced meat, spinach or cheese) prices are good too.

They have a variety of food but I usually go to this shop to buy Baklava. Baklava is layers of sweet pastry filled with chopped nuts. It is very tasty and fresh from this shop. I'll be going there today to buy some more.

When checking the ingredients of a carton of soft cheese 🧀 I noticed that rennet was listed. I asked a worker whether it was halal who went to find out. The manager came over and, in a friendly manner explained what rennet was. He told me they have strict guidelines with all their suppliers regarding stocking only halal items. He called 📞 the supplier right in front of me to confirm that the Bulgarian 🇧🇾 cheese i was interested in buying was indeed halal. That is what I call being a professional 👍 in your job. I cant expect this level of service from any other halal grocery store 🛒 in the area. He will go far 👍
