New review: since refurbishment it's a lot nicer, feels cleaner and more inviting, layout makes more sense, wider aisles, etc. Feels a lot more like a store rather than a warehouse. Also the stocking issues have been fixed thankfully. Old review: Consistently out of food. Went in at half 1 and they're all out of many types of crisps, snacks, etc. Cold, strange layout, and expensive. Only go because it's a short walk away.

We can get most of the items we require at this shop and offers are good. Tills on this visit were slow due to a lack of staff but cashier was polite and attentive. Parking is ample but beware of pedestrians walking aimlessly and cars not paying attention to others can be quite a challenge Otherwise a large well stocked shop

At the moment it's a bit awkward there - following around lots of arrows because of this Pandemic! It's not a very large supermarket {no clothes etc.} But the store is well stocked with food and drinks plus. - they also have an Amazon Locker inside the back of The Store, which is very convenient.

I tend to go in the morning , and find no one ever about to serve. Self service mainly. I find the lunch range never stocked beginning of the week and rather expensive. Also don't use self serve if buying an age restriction item like alcohol or redbull as you'll be waiting forever for a staff member to appear to authorise it. Saying that the middle aged older lady on main till is always happy and polite and lovely and store always very clean.

Just over priced.. Good range of good quality products only dropped to 3 because its all overpriced. Beautiful set up, nice and open and easy to find what I want. Just overpriced.

Not a regular shopper here and found the one way route around the store difficult as I didn't know where goods were. Prices on the whole generally higher in my opinion. Specifically went for the pizza and San miguel promo. Pizza disappointing. Beer fine. Very surprised to find individual cakes to self pick. Would seriously expect pre pack during vivid.

Not been in here since they redo and am actually impressed. The store is very open and looks good. Easy to find stuff and very helpful staff. I went in here since co-op is the only place you can get no added sugar apple & mango high juice and on passing we stopped to see if this store, being a bigger one stocked it which they did.

Mid sized supermarket with a wide variety of stock. The store is pleasant to shop in and never seems to be full with customers making moving round the store easier. Plenty of free parking with reserved parking close to the entrance for disabled and people with children. Amazon click and collect point inside.

The store has recently been refurbished and the layout and range of products is much better than before. Not the cheapest supermarket, but it does have a free car park. My only criticism it that sometimes the shelves are not fully stocked.

It's as they say, "good with food"! A friendly little branch of the Co-op. Surprising range of products. Lovely freshly-baked bread rolls etc. Nice people, easy parking, bus-stop outside the front door. One of life's little pleasures.

Staff are very welcoming it's a shame that most bargains are gone very quickly and shelves can be empty waiting to replenish for days. It's also needs security at night as I seen many shoplifters help themselves with goods and nothing can be done as staff are serving customers.

Medium-sized branch of Co-op but it just seems like a very large convenience store in respect of the prices and lack of stock (not that there aren't enough shelves, but there are often gaps on the shelves!). Free parking is good, and there is a convenient ATM machine outside too.

This is the first time I have visited since the shop was refurbished. Much better layout and range of goods. Also self service checkouts. I particularly liked to see the locally sourced bread from Wimborne. Recommend you visit soon.

Free customer parking. Large car park with clothes recycle bank. Free cash point. Long opening hours. Helpful friendly staff. Large co-op store, most everyday items available. Some items are a little over priced compared to Tesco/Asda. However recently made some price cuts in store. Co-op membership scheme is handy as you can use your saved pounds anytime you want against your purchase.

Recent refurb has totally changed the feel of this store, for the better. What was a tired shop is now a bright, light and fresh feeling place to shop. Much improved range has also helped. It is now a pleasure to shop here.

New renovations have transformed this industrial looking coop into a new modern bigger and brighter extravaganza! Bit dramatic... BUT it's such a transformation! The shop is lighter and feels cleaner and warmer. The loss of 1 star is due to SOME of the staff. I have encountered more so friendly staff but more often than I want I encounter staff that is utterly useless... I was at the self check out and needed someone to check my machine as I was getting an error and the only staff members at the front were just talking to each other on thier phones ... ALL 4 OF THEM... like 5 feet away from me. IGNORING ME! Despite me asking for help... They shouldn't be on thier phones during work especially when someone needs help. And ignoring them. Rude I tell you! They didn't even hide it? Another time a staff members was stacking shelves at such a snails pace. Yes it's not the most charming job in the world but I wanted to take the products out of hands and just do it for him!

I took an old debit card by mistake. The staff very kindly kept my shopping until I got back with the correct card and then they unpacked my shopping, rescanned and repacked it all again for me.

The co-op in moordown has been newly redesigned. It's now much more modern looking with new appliances. The selection of food is pretty great with allot more healthy food than places like Lidl. On the flipside it's also more expensive than some.
