Our local Tesco. Convenient and easy, clean tidy lay out. Most staff have been there from the time the store opened so it's nice to see friendly familiar faces. They are a great team in this store, all very polite and helpful. It's very rare I can't find what I go in for. It's always stocked well. I never have to queue for very long. A big thank you to all at Kinson Tesco for getting through this Pandemic so smoothly. I really appreciate you all. Keep up the good work because you all make it a pleasure to shop there.

I usually shop at my local Kinson Tesco store because, as a disabled person with mobility issues, it is very convenient for me. The store is always clean, I can nearly always buy what I am looking for and as a general rule all the staff are polite and helpful. I really like the shop and go handsets. The only problem I find is, that if I get selected for a service check the poor shop assistant has to re-scan my whole shop, which as I only shop every 2 weeks, can be over 60 items. This means I have to stand there whilst this happens adding to my pain levels because of my disability. I hope that something can be done to stop this Head Office policy very soon.

Tesco has helpful staff usually pretty knowledgeable & will find someone that's able to help, always kept clean and clear of clutter. Plenty of bargains & value for money. Delivery system is very good & drivers friendly & always within the time slot, worth paying a little extra for.

Wonderful shop with lovely friendly staff on the tills, always well stocked & quiet if you go early. Good hygiene station outside and aisles are well spaced enough to maintain social distancing. I’m generally not a fan of the big supermarkets & will shop locally in smaller stores when I can but this is great for nipping to in the car for ‘heavy’ items (I stress I am only 10 mins drive away so am still local Boris!)

Really clean. Friendly staff. Security guards are always helpful. I live a stones throw away from asda and I would rather shop here because its its a million times better. Would definitely recommend if you want a great shopping experience

I don't often write reviews but tonight someone made me want to... because tonight a young man - I'd say in his 20's with shortish brown hair and a beard putting stock out down the alcohol aisle at about 9pm was really kind and helpful... I had my baby with me and was getting some last minute stuff for a bbq tomorrow and one of the things I was trying to get was a crate of beer, he saw I was struggling to load it into the trolley with the baby in her car seat in there taking up most of the room and within a second rushed over and offered to carry it for me. I kindly took him up on his offer and was so appreciative of him offering and wish I had gotten his name but I hope his managers give him a little bonus because you just don't get customer service like that anymore! Thank you again and I hope you see this!

Why are the disabled spaces in this store further away than the mother with cold spaces? Who in their wisdom made that ridiculous decision? There are 8 mother with child spaces which are all closer to the store entrance than the disabled spaces!! I really can't believe that someone decided that was the right thing to do!! Shame on you Tescos!!! This store has wonderful staff who are all very helpful but the stock is often lacking or non existent as shelves are not stocked well. They are still using plastic non compostable plastic bags for the few items of produce that are loose unlike Sainsburys, Waitrose and even the Co-op who have all changed to compostable bags. Such a shame that they are not doing very much to either assist the disabled shoppers nor the environment!!!

I travel from Wimborne to your store as I feel 'safe' and cared for whilst shopping. I have, during lockdown, visited a number of superstores but definitely feel more comfortable in Kinson. Without a doubt I have certainly found the store which I shall continue to use in the future.

Yes we have success at last I have not drank squash or juice in over a year as they all come in plastic bottles which are not recycled so I've only been drinking water and black coffee I need some fruit but I also like my fruit juice squash blackcurrant Orange mango etc I am auntie plastic and I'll show some pictures as to why and Tesco's are making it easier for me to shop at Tesco's with them using glass bottles their fruit and veg doesn't come in plastic wrapping and you can go up and buy cooked chicken with your own tupperware tubs also you can buy coffee in your mug for Life from the bakery and you can also buy bread and put it into normal bags not plastic I would like to see the biodegradable bags on your shelves they would be the next move for you guys so please keep up the good work no more plastic
