One of my favourite shops in Brighton - I could spend hours browsing and want to buy absolutely everything. Such a great selection of pretty much everything from household goods to fresh vegetables to baked goods. I would recommend to everyone who values organic and health foods.

If I am not completely mistaken, the vegan Chelsea bun I bought today was a) smaller and b) has gone up from £1.90 to £2.20 compared to when I last got one a couple of weeks ago. There also seem to be fewer sausage/ burger mixes than in the past and generally the breadth of basic produce seems to have gone down in comparison the breadth of sweet and savoury snacks which seem to taking up more shelf space :-(

The Heart of Brighton. Came here when it first opened (1971). Fantastic shop full of organic local natural goodness. Vegan & Vegetarian. Fresh fruit and veg. Wonderful bakery, and much much more. Over 60's get a 10% discount on food. Easy access. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

A local friend recommended this shop and I was so happy she did! I was amazed to see vegan flapjacks, cakes and brownies in the bakery section as well as vegan pizzas. I went in mainly to see the organic, natural and chemical free products, there was such an extensive range to browse, I could’ve stayed in there for hours. I left with 3x homemade coconut soaps, colloidal silver, anti bacterial spray, 3x small bottles of hand soap, mosquito spray, a flapjack, a brownie and a raspberry and almond bun. All for exactly £44.44! I will definitely be returning to this shop and I’d recommend it to everyone.

If you like health foods then this place is great because it has all the health foods. Like literally all of them. It's a Brighton institution and a locally run cooperative so shopping there is ethically the right thing to do as opposed to taking all the three for two offers at Holland and Barrett, which doesn't have the soul this place does anyway. This place is as Brighton as the West Pier

The staff are not very friendly generally, obviously exceptions to the rule though. I tend to feel uncomfortable when I'm in there browsing, which I put down to bad customer service. Ultimately they have products that I want so I am a returning customer, but a little friendliness would go a long long way.

The best vegan selection of products we have found in a shop. The bakery is amazing especially the Rustic loaf and vegan Chelsea Buns. The staff are helpful and good humoured and I especially love the new item rack do you can see all that is new in store before it gets put in its appropriate place. There's only one Infinity Foods! And it's the best. Best for vegan/vegetarian ingredients, natural & fair trade cosmetics & supplements, ecological detergents & household cleaning items, plastic free lunch boxes & flasks, a large selection of fresh fruit & veg including local & organic, a bakery, extensive diary including diary free diary, and everything you would hope to find in your supermarket + allot more besides. It's the best, which is why it has kept going for, I think, about the last 50 years.

I have visited this shop numerous times while in Brighton and I normally spend a fortune in here before heading back home on the train. The layout is pretty good, if the shop is very busy, one can still browse around and the queues at the checkout are well managed. My only criticism is that the selection of Vegan fresh products was very good, I found here cheese Brands I could only source online and they had a nice selection of new products, like mock beef, tuna and bacon. Today I discovered that most of them have been discontinued, "they didn't sell" I was told by Staff, and I am gutted for it. I can still order what I was buying, at least some of the products, but I have to ring the Store a week before I come by, I might try that but I don't think it's going to be practical for me, because I only visit for one day each time... Shame, I really thought I found my regular Vegan supplier and the prices were very reasonable. The rest of the stock - pasta, sauces, confectionery, dry food and beauty - is also good, some things a bit overpriced but overall the shop caters for all budgets. They had a small Cafe which sadly has closed down, food was awesome there. There is a Bakery inside the Store and it proves really popular but I can't buy bread from self service counters, I worked in Retail for too long and I know how people handle food.... 😩

I go here a lot and I love it. It's a great store. They are the only people who have the steel cut oats I like. They have an amazing array of chocolate and vegetarian sweeties. I love all the vegetarian and vegan meat analogues. Their bread is AMAZING. So good. Highly recommended for food and toiletries.

As someone who tries to be a conscious consumer and buy organic where possible, this shop is incredible. Amazing range of vegan, gluten free, sugar free etc stuff. Only downside: it can be expensive. I don't think many people could afford to shop here all the time. Basically though, as someone with a pretty limited diet (no wheat, sugar, dairy, yeast), it's an incredible place just to nip into for a treat every now and again.

The bread is lovely. Well worth going just for that. They sell everything the health conscious individual needs. From Kombucha to fresh organic grown vegetables. A mixed review really! Has a great range of food but the prices are completely over the top and it's such a shame because I would like to eat here daily for my lunch. A pizza slice and apple juice is £4 which is just too expensive! It needs to be about 20% cheaper! I will however continue to come here when I can afford it because the food is exceptional just could be cheaper.

It was the first time I had been to infinity foods. I was looking for a vegan hamper for my sister, had no idea what I was looking for. Fortunately for me, the staff there are very helpful. He stopped what he was doing and walked around with me, showed me all the options. Saved me a lot of time! Customer service was bang on!

Some really good selections of breads and rolls made with sourdough etc. I know that Sourdough is old hat now and even supermarkets sell it, but this place dies artisan bread and rolls and I rarely see sourdough rolls or artisan bread made differently to other artisan breads (I know, it sort of defeats the object if they are all the same, bug they seem to be). This place is different in a good way.

Favorite place. If you're a weirdo like I am (being vegan) you'll love this place. Lots of natural food, organic vegetables and fruits. Bakery is amazing, sourdough bread, vegan scone and croissant. They even do pizza 🍕 you can grab your protein bars, yogurt and oat milk here too with some good old rolled oats. The fridge has cheese, soup, tofu and some junk fake meat. You can find pre-cooked meals in the freezer along with frozen fruits. You can refill your water bottle here, or top up your washing and washing up liquid. Find everything you need to the kitchen. Vitamins, minerals and other supplements also available. Nice selection of vegan make ups and girls stuff (I don't know much about them, sorry). If you're a traveler, you can buy sustainable toothbrushes and everything else you need for the trip. Don't miss out.

Their major drawback is not posting updates to their opening hours, such as today, Sun 12Apr21 - this above states they are open, and they are not. Nor is there any notice that I could see on the front door or adjacent windows. A wasted and somewhat difficult walk for this old man.
