T. W.Amazing resource for Hermes drop off and groceries in a useful row of shops. Park adj for loading. Have your QR code ready in photo as 3G reception by tall buildings. Hold under machine. Staff here manage 20 parcels a day, and remain patient and tolerant. Thank you Marvans
S. D.I’ve been collecting hermes parcels from here for some time. Have never had any problems. Staff are sometimes a bit quick and not up for conversation, but not really important when I’m in the shop for 20 seconds to pick up a parcel. There is an older man, usually wearing a cool sweater! He’s very kind and nice to talk too. £5 card limit stops me from buying anything whilst I’m in there, so maybe think about that, as I will be more likely to buy a few things from you which will make you more profit in the long run. But not really sure why there are so many bad reviews? Guess people that have an ok/good experience here aren’t going to take the time to leave a review. So just bear that in mind :)

Very limited parking on a very busy road. Caution advised if just pulling up to drop off.

Sure, it wasn't "service with a smile" and it's true the parcels are heaped up in a corner of the shop but I was in and out quickly and my parcel arrived safely. Can't complain really, it was efficient and did what I needed.

L. G.I'm a small business owner and use this shop for Hermes collections. Grishma is always friendly, remembers my name (despite handling over 170 parcels a day) and always has time for a chat. Much better service than any other Hermes drop shops I've used, would 100% recommend.
