The frozen food collection is good and the staff is also very kind and humble. What I have a problem is that every few months, they seem to decrease the opening timings. First it was 8 to 7 then decreased to 6-30 then opening increased to 8-30, perhaps by the time I write this, it may decrease further.

Fresh vegetables, fresh dairy's and meats. Steaks often placed on offer ending of the week making a loin half price! Yoghurts pancakes other breaded foods all within a reasonable date to consume. Security walks the store and is friendly also speaks English! Great atmosphere staff always looks busy too.

Over all the shopping experience is good but one female member of staff is always quite miserable and one of the delivery drivers well let's put it this way if moaning was an Olympic sport he would have a gold medal! But apart from that everyone else is helpful and friendly

Always the cheapest option - e.g. 4 pints of milk £1.09 At the Co-Op a few shops along Crow Lane it's £1.49!!! Great food at low prices. Staff can be a bit miserable though, especially a guy called Mike - never seen him smile or be pleasant in all the years I've been using this branch of Iceland (and the manageress is just the same - a miserable old trout!
