Reviews of Morrisons
G.
Love shopping in Morrisons, they have a wide selection of good produce at good prices. Their fruit and veg section is very good and so is there meat.
The reason for me only giving 3 stars is due to the restaurant. It is the first time I have visited and was very Dissapointed.
The service was very slow, and the food wasn't that good. Both me and my friend both felt poorly after eating and we had 2 different menu items.
There definitly wasn't enough staff and I felt sorry for the ones who were working there. The restaurant wasn't very busy either, but there were lots of dirty tables, not enough pots for the tea or tea spoons.
I won't visit the restaurant again.
All the high chairs were dirty, and one was broken. Very annoying!
K.
I pop in to look at the non alcoholic selection. I do like the fruit vegetable here; they appear fresher than some places I go. I do find this shop a little expensive. So, don't come here often. See this place cheaper, tescos so mid rate . Cafe is OK but seems short staff the service is slow. Even when quiet .
J. B.
Nice little store, conveniently located (especially for cinema snacks). Bakery goods and other counters are excellent, although stock levels vary greatly based on my experience.
R. B.
Love, love Morrisons.Fresh veg, salad, fruit, eggs and responsibly sourced fresh meats can't be beaten.I'm an insulin dependant diabetic so avoid processed foods and always buy and cook from fresh.Prices are brilliant.I also use home delivery which never disappoints.Free same day delivery over £40!Order in the morning and it's with you by teatime.Highly recommended!
T. B.
Generally very clean, not always able to find what you want Product wise.
Good parking and reasonable choice in cafe. They are not good on loyalty cards and the staff are not well informed as to company policy.
P. W.
Great store, friendly helpful staff. Prices very reasonable, i really enjoyed shopping here & will re visit. Well done to the store team & management. Great store !!!
A. P.
Needed a coffee and food. Really cold in this store and restaurant. Very limited food available in restaurant. Not many customers in cafe but tables all had dirty crockery on. Tables cleared but not wiped.
J. H.
We travelled from warmley from work to hopefully go to the cafe then shopping.
We waited 5 mins in the cafe to be served and no body around. Found a member of staff who said they shut at 7pm, This was 5.53pm. And told they were no longer open. This has happened a few times when we have travelled all the way to cribbs causeway.
Not very impressed Morrisons.
K. A.
Quite well stocked only problem was dates on a lot of the fresh stuff was quite short but service was good and check out staff are friendly
A. F.
Very pleasant shopping experience I needed some assistance on the cooked meat counter and the young female assistant whose name I didnt catch was very obliging her customer service skills were excellent I'd definitely recommend
C. B.
Best meat, vegetables and deli food of all the supermarkets. Good value, good range of children's clothing, homeware and great selection of garden plants too, far cheaper than the garden centres.
G. K. W.
Used the click and collect for the first time and was pleasantly surprised, would've been 5 stars if I hadn't had to wait so long for my order to come out. Staff were friendly and polite.

Omg, what a nightmare was about to unfold. However, the Lady on Customer Service Desk ( didn't get her name) was amazing. Her honesty was refreshing, her help and advice was spot on. We went through the checkout at 14.43. So must have gone to CS lady at about 13.45. The Lady on the Checkout again amazing. Also the back up Lady, who advised me to put items on the till belt with a divider, until we got a sub total, genius. 😘😘😘. Totally enjoyed shopping at Morrisons, Cribbs. Myself and my Friend will be happy to shop there again. Gold stars 🌟 all around. Oh and the Chap on Pharmacy, also helped us by going into store to get what we needed. Another star 🌟 of the day. 😊😊
F. T.
Only give the store 3 stars.
Difficult to find goods NO soap in containers in toilets also water cold.
Food in caffe below what I would expect from Morrison's
M. H.
We love Morrisons, great range of products and produce, Market Street is a great feature.
L. M.
First visit to Morrisons in Cribbs. Very nice presentation of fruit and veg. Very accessible for wheelchairs to move around as well. Oh the cakes look amazing!!! Recommend a look.....
h. f.
Not bad great fish & meat...good fish & chips in restaurant.
Nice family clothing
L. I.
Lovely shop. Very good quality food. Magic bags!! Big and airy shop with bus stop just on car park.
C. P.
Nice smallish supermarket. Lovely store baked cakes, bread and pies. Great cafe.
R. H.
Big store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. Just off the M5. Access both north and south back onto the M5. Check out the Morrisons pies and pasties.
F. s.
Nice supermarket.
However can't recommend their smoked sliced ham as it was awefully tasteless
C. S.
Nice store for all items not just groceries.
j.
Generally good service and cafe is an asset, however have previously waited an hour for a salad there... Would give 5 stars for all for the amazing staff as I'm not sure they're treated as well as they could be by management and upper management!
S. S.
Nice place to shop, easy access, and a good range of products
A. P.
Great supermarket. Very clean & a great section of products & services in-store. Including pharmacy & lottery & cigarettes, confectionery. Has cafe & toilets.
Free car parking. Fully wheelchair & pram friendly areas too.
L.
Meat and fish counters amazing. Fruit and ved much better quality than other stores. Would be 5 stars if the tills were adequately staffed. Always a long wait with only a few tills ever open.
M. L.
First time here as they don't enforce/encourage masks. Big shop, clean lots of choice.
M. W.
We popped in for a breakfast before Christmas shopping :) lovely food and service :) thankyou Morrisons. Merry Christmas ♡ xx
B. G.
Nice supermarket but did have Catfood I was unable to buy as well passed Sileby date ot so good
A. M.
I was having my car valeted, and had 50 minutes to wait. So had a coffee and baquette in their cafe.
Distancing obviously visible and well laid out, to make you feel very secure.
The rest of the store working very well
n. m.
Ok in general...apparently the best sausage rolls here!
L. B.
A lovely young man in your shop called e
Ethan or Nathan he was clearly very busyy but he went out of his way to help me as I struggle to carry my shopping and helped me find everything. Such a nice man as well as the rest of your staff. Thank you Morrisons for making my da
D. B.
Always great place to shop. Love the bargains. Had a shock when had to buy bags as forgot mine. 60p for 1 normal bag triple the price!! So struggled with just the 1 bag as being a single parent times are hard and just can't afford paying£3.50 on bags for my whole shop. So was quite disappointed in this.
A. F.
This Morrison's is located in the middle of an out of town location so you definite need a car to get here... Although I guess most people visit supermarkets by car anyway.
This is a large modern supermarket, with lots of car parking and facilities.
The store is well stocked with fresh produce and the usual supermarket fare. There is an onsite pharmacy customer toilets and cafe. The cafe was well priced compared with somewhere like Costa and although the coffee is self-serve from a machine is good quality. The case is large with plenty of seating.
A good example of a Morrison's.
D. M.
Nice new store. Few empty shelves today
J. S.
Easiest place to go shopping. every thing at one place
B. D.
Was able to quickly find everything I needed. Not very busy. Disappointed in the main cafe but was able to get refreshments in the small coffee shop just inside the door. Main cafe seemed to be short staffed. Tables not cleared and no one in attendance. Hopefully this will improve.
T. A.
Always good deals on, great veg and cooked pies and pasties baked in store. Don't go there enough really. The cafe staff (John) are chirpy and good to deal with too.... Food also looks great.
T.
Why is anybody reading a review about Morrisons? It's a supermarket, they are all the same. Plenty of parking!!
R. D.
Well stocked branch. A lot better than other Branches of Morrisons in Bristol.
C. E.
Be prepared for a good workout walking, staff very helpful !
M.
Kind staff but waiting 10 minutes for a takeaway tea is a little too long, especially when the cafe isn't busy.
R. L.
Morrisons is a must for me as I love their home made pies. I walked out of there with 8..yes eight of their pies when we last went. Four bags of two pies. They are lush, pastry is gorgeous and lovely fillings. A tiny bit light on the seasoning for me, but that can be added at the table.
V. P.
Easy parking. Cafe had a broken coffee machine which was a shame.
R. G.
Went for breakfast - even though they've made a big deal about the cafe being open, and it was listed as open on the website, it was in fact closed. No details as to why in the store. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Still queues at the checkouts as not many tills open. Rest of the store seemed fine. Down to three stars from four.
A. N.
Fairly clean reasonable selection but stay clear of the restaurant, miserable staff and long waits
B. P.
Having seen on the website that the store opened at 6am, I visited at 7am to buy plants only to find out that the garden section doesn't open until 10am. However I was amazed that Anthony from Produce, who was looking after the garden section, offered to open up there and then. Fantastic service 👏
I. R.
Always worth a visit - whichever Morrisons you visit. Thanks. Very helpful staff always cheerful.
F. C.
They still sell LPG!! Nice supermarket, not too busy
c. r.
The cafe has lost its attraction, it used to be very busy and a wide choice of menu, now it's like sitting in a provincial railway station, serviced by 2 overworked members of staff, shame on you.
A. B.
Visitors to the area a few times a year and always make sure we shop here. Great range of products at good prices plus a made to order pizza served by a very pleasant lady.
S. N.
I love the range of fresh produce, bakery and frozen products that can be found in Morrisons. They also have the most beautiful clothing range for babies and older children. Excellent store. Good for disabled parking too. And they have mobility shopping carts!
D. O. S.
I do feel sorry for Morrisons - I'd been gratefully using their store since they'd been offering 10% to teachers/lecturers off their weekly shop through the pandemic and I do like their mixture of unusual and honest (octopus on the fish counter and you can watch the bakers making bread from scratch) - but my visit today did reveal much of what's beyond their control and will continue to happen more harshly as the likes of Tesco offer £1000 starting bonuses for HGV drivers. Clearly the UK shortage of drivers as well as a hiring crisis for shop floor workers has hit them hard (they're advertising for staff on the boards as you walk in) and as I walked around there were gaps, dumped shopping and trolley fulls of collected goods looking like they needed homes everywhere. Not a great look but you gotta feel for them. I told my daughter who's due back at university soon she should give them 4 weeks labour as pay back. I hope it all improves soon.
P. G.
Clothing selection not very good. But everything else is good.
J. F.
Lovely supermarket, very clean and tidy, and in my opinion they sell some of the best pasties outside of Cornwall, I'd personally recommend the cheese and onion. Thanks Morrisons xx
Z.
Huge store with really helpful kind staff
C. R.
I don't go shopping here very often as I find the prices very expensive compared to Aldi and?Lidl, and apart from that it's a few miles away and very time consuming to get to with all the road works to and from Henbury and Cribbs.
B. W. (.
It's okay. Staff are slow at the checkouts, however the salad, meat, fish and pizza bar is very nice. A lot of range but not cheap.
N. C.
Good deals at good prices. Social distancing and mask wearing is in place and most people are adhering to the rules. Still good value for money with good daily offers.
J. A.
Compared with many other supermarkets Morrisons has a good selection of free from foods, the reason I shop there once a month. The store is well laid out and the staff are friendly
S. B.
They've made an excellent job of modernising/refurbishing this store, so it really boils down to whether or not you're a fan of Morrisons' products & pricing. The nearby Asda tends to be a slightly cheaper option for both groceries and fuel in my experience, although Morrisons often belatedly matches the Asda fuel price. The Asda also has a much wider non-food range, most notably with regard to clothing.
o. a.
Nice young lad I saw today, his customer service was delightful. I asked where the egg mayonnaise was and he lead me directly to it. This man definitely deserves a raise and a well deserved pat on the back.
B. F.
Big Morrisons but the shelves are not always stocked. Could not get semi-skimmed milk one evening for example.
e. c.
I love Morrison's at Cribbs Causeway, it's always a treat to be able to shop there. The car park is well laid out, with trolley points easily accessible. The store is very spacious, the alleys are wide and the range of goods available is absolutely great.
B. P.
Overall a good store, everything is pretty easy to find throughout the shop, only issue I've had is the security guard seems rather judgemental and have noticed him staring at people for no reason or stopping myself acusing me of stealing even though I have the receipt for all items I've bought&delayed my busy day
P. B.
The Morrison at Melton mowbray is a medium sized store but surprisingly well stocked with a good selection of fresh produce and I will be visiting on a regular basis over other local supermarkets.
S. B.
Great produce and shelves well stocked. Will visit again. Massive range.
R. D.
very clean staff, very friendly, good range of products
N. T. J. H.
A very good place to shop for foods, drinks and clothing and household kitchen ware and items all!! There's also a garage at metz way morrisons large store all!
Enjoy all!!

M. C.
My partner and I popped into Morrisons to get some cheese for our wedding at the Delhi and was served by Sandra, she was incredibly informative, helpful and friendly. Sandra later found us in the shop and presented with a bottle of Champagne as a congratulations from Morrisons. We will certainly be going back!
P. B.
Had exactly what we wanted, wasn't busy, and well laid out.
L. M.
Lovely supermarket with a good selection of products
M. D.
Love The Fishmonger, like manna from heaven.
S.
Visited Morrison’s today, had enough stock to check out for reasonable prices and the gentleman at the checkout was friendly and good with my sister’s children too.
G. R.
Went for a late afternoon.. Breakfast. Love the fact that they do it until 3pm. Food quality was good and staff were friendly. I gave it 4 star due to issues with order accuracy, the two meals were mixed up on plates and they forgot to bring out the side salad but it was quickly rectified. Food quality was good and the place was clean and tidy. Good experience overall
J.
First time of using and it seems to have a good range to cater for most tastes. My be it was a short staff day in the cafe as it took an age for the food to arrive and it wasn't very nice. Chose the Christmas meal deal, now I like brussel sprouts but the ones served up would have beaten hands down the worst school dinner ones ever experienced.
R. J.
New workers need to be empowered so that they are confident enough to make their decisions.
E.g. I just wanted to buy a greeting card, but one of the lot was expecting me to queue to get to the cards isle. Why?
This is not a rant. Its an observation so that the stores does the right thing.
H. M.
Sunday afternoon and although it is quiet with plenty of time to tidy and fill the shelves, the baking section looks devastated, messy and empty as it has for weeks.
You don't expect a fully stocked shelf in any shop ATM, but you do expect tidy....
That's why I didn't give 5*.
Come on Morrisons, you can do better.
J. M.
This is a big supermarket but not so big you can't find anything. The fruit & veg always looks healthy & well presented. The reduced specials are sometimes very good value and well worth checking out in an evening, but you might have to hunt around to find them.
S. B.
All the staff i came across were so friendly and helpful at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store, nothing was too much trouble. I work in education and the 10% discount was a real bonus, I even saw a colleague in there making the most of this generous reward! Thank you so much Morrisons
T. L.
Good fir shopping
D. S.
Some products not available due to shortage
l.
I always buy seafood here.
J. B.
Lovely place to shop. Very spacious, especially as I was pushing my gran in a wheelchair.. Gentleman that served on the till was so very nice too. Think his name was Terry. He works part time... Excellent customer service....
P. T.
Morrisons have a great in-store bakery with a wonderful range of breads, pasties, freshly made pizzas and patisserie. The store is light and spacious and they have the best selection of no/low alcohol drinks I've seen.
J. R.
It's very well organised, lots of different foods to buy. The clothes are pretty good as well.
C. G.
So nice to be inside Morrison's again. Easy shopping. Really appreciate the extra sanitiser points around the store. All topped off with a takeaway coffee from a very friendly Barista.
r. r.
Easy to find everything a pair to asda .plus they do a better selection off meats off every different kinds iff meats . Allso the cafe are open u all so can get flat white for £1.75 better then Costa or Starbucks want u need to pay over 2pound .
J. B.
Update today.
Again I found something old fashioned I couldn't get elsewhere but Morrisons has a different ambience from some rivals when it comes to customer service, and not always in a good way.
Today while getting a clip of some products for maps something happened I've never experienced in all my similar media capture elsewhere. A security guard approached and asked "You use camera?". As though it were some military installation in a dodgy place and I were some foreign reporter. He went off when I told him what it's for. Well that weirded me out.
There are certain things Morrison's tend to stock that other supermarkets do not. Today, I just knew they would have fish and chips style curry sauce granules (on the Oriental shelves). A while ago I needed golden breadcrumbs - lots of them - to make a large batch of Victorian style scotch eggs for a charity supper. Not only did they have them - they had multiple varieties. I'm such things, Morrison's excels. I find their adjacent petrol station a bit cramped - not helped by a Range Rover driver parking at about a 20 degree angle at the opposite pump so I could hardly get out of my door - but its prices are good.
F. R.
I like Morrisons because they try hard to promote a market place shopping experience with generally good quality produce. But the fresh fish counter and vegetables sold at this branch has fallen below standard. I was compensated but felt I was regarded a nuisance but that's just my impression.
D. M. C.
Lovely visit! As per usual they surprise me with low prices and very high quality! Needed some indications and everyone was really helpful! Thank you so much everyone!
E. G.
It has everything you need, a large shop and the shelves are hardly ever empty. The only issue I found was the toilets had been moved outside. That was after the roof collapsed so that can't be helped.
E. W.
Went for some boys shoes from the nutmeg section and they had literally 1 pair of boys size 12 wellies and an odd few slippers. Lota more girls bits. Possibly because of covid? But the nutmeg section isnt very good. Guy at the door was very friendly! Didnt look round the rest of the shop.
D. R.
Friendly helpful staff, they can't do enough for their customers
G. G.
Freshly baked bread my favorite is beetroot with raisins yummy!
D. C.
Pricier than other supermarkets. Need to shop around
J. E.
Morrisons..... absolutely fantastic shopping experience. My first out alone after months in lockdown. I was nervous to say the least. I needn't have worried. There was little queuing going in, the staff are all lovely, well organised, keen eyed and happy. The store has a peaceful feel about it. The shelves seem to be well stocked too. Parking is easy, the petrol station is open and the outdoor plant section is too. I will certainly go again. Thank you to all the staff👍
A. L.
No problems, great store.
G. P.
Lovely stop off on route to Cornwall. Cafe was busy and a lovely staff member Stephen really helped everyone. He was calm and friendly and stayed in charge of a difficult situation when crowds of people arrived for breakfast due to another local store having a refurb and there was limited staff. Clean and nice enough
R. B.
Morrisons at Cribbs Causeway Bristol was a very good food outlet, with well stocked shelves. Excellent butcher and bakery choices. Staff were very polite and helpful with plenty of checkouts open. Their petrol station was next door and per litre prices at the pumps were good.
W. D.
Bought some bargain plants & grass weed & feed cheapest around for after cut & weed & feed.£1.50 for 6 lobelia plants.£3 for 6 geraniums as most people wrongly call them
J. C.
Waited quite a while for our. meal to be served but meal was nicely served and enjoyable.
very reasonable price.
A. K.
Haven't been to Morrisons for a long time, so it felt really weird going in there today. Obviously they have building work going on and COVID to deal with, so in fairness I think their system seems to work.. Good bargins too!
J. L.
No crisps at the meal deal section? What are you meant to chose... Fridge raiders? Yoghurt? I'm not an animal.
T. P.
My favourite supermarket. Good food selection and never crowded. Good staff, an obviously inclusive employer which I like. You can breeze about stresslessly looking at the fresh fish and wonderful cream cakes and desserts. But not the cafe - avoid the cafe. I have complained 3 times to the manager re overworked staff and not enough of them, coffee machine mostly on the blink, food not of ideal quality, crockery and cutlery often not clean enough with smears and residue. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
T. B.
Usually no complaints but today they hadn't put out meats and the containers were just left in the aisle!
T. H.
Always love the range of cooked meat and their bread is the best, I always get my fresh bread here. Fruit and vegetables are always lovely and fresh. The flowers are very good quality and reasonably priced. I love Morrisons
W. T. F. D.
I like the new entrance area at Morrisons it makes it much easier for entry and exit if not for staff trying to criss cross people in and out while we are all social distancing. The store overall is looking great though.
m. m.
A good supermarket with excellent staff that are friendly and helpful. Lay out of the shop is the same as any other Morrisons, so you can't really get lost. Good range of products and produce at good prices
D. C.
I gave this rating only because it was my first visit and didn't know where anything was although I found that to have home articles in the middle of food stuffs quite strange. I think they should either be at the end or the back of the store or is this a ploy to make every one look around and impulse buy. On the whole store very clean veg n fruit fresh and nicely displayed and staff I came across very friendly
S. P.
Frustrating when the thing that I'd phoned to check was in stock before I left was nowhere to be found. Manager(s) were very helpful and are trying to sort out getting some to me 🙂
K. R.
It's a Supermarket. It's not a stunning supermarket. But it's pretty decent. It was hard to find soup though
A. G.
It's a good Morrisons I enjoy there hot food and the Salad bar section. The problem I find is depending on the day or hour is dependent on what food and the quality of the food you get. If you head in at 1 most of the Salad and hot food are gone and they don't seem to refill these very fast which is a shame, I think it would be more of a hit if they did.
N. S.
Well stocked supermarket with helpful staff
c. f.
Great sandwich deal, best meal deal out of all supermarkets I think.
Now a refurbished menu gives you the big daddy breakfast, the best full English I've had in months possibly years, anywhere, even café that supposedly specialize in all day breskfasts. Really, really impressive.
R. M.
It's Morriston, good parking, easy to get too, store was clean and tidy and had everything I needed.
C. H.
Visited here instead of my local quiet surprised wasn't busy as I expected which was less stressful a big plus point for me
M. S.
Excellent shopping experience
H. C.
Good food great staff...
s. i.
Got all we needed; including potted Dendrobium for Mothers Day. Time of day was great, no problem parking, even in 'disabled 'normally have to wait; straight through check-our. All staff were polite and helpful, as usual, only a pleasure today, Thanks
C. S.
Good selection of products and helpful staff. It is undergoing construction at the moment but the store is still fully functioning l, the public toilets have just been moved outside.
I. B.
The Northern shopping experience, they sell Scotch pies and have a good selection of beers but mostly it still feels like the International from the 70s.
C. W.
I can't tell you how nice this lemon and poppyseed cake is ... you've got to try it!!
D. '.
Good bakery products. Nice budget ice cream (great for milkshakes). Smells nice in store too & not freezing cold when you walk in (unlike ASDA)
M.
Nice big store with lots of nice products at reasonable prices. We're running low on bread today though so will have to pop out again soon.
J. K.
The seafood is always the best compared to others. But the fruits and vegetables are sometimes not good condition.
T. R.
Been a couple of times in the last fortnight & found lots of items missing from the shelves!!
The salad cart needs to be stocked better, today, once again, we found lots of items missing!
The barista bar had no one serving at 11.44am, went to customer services who were told by the kitchen that it would open at 12.30pm. Um... morning coffee after 12.30pm????
H.
It was absolutely Baltic in there today. Apparently the heating has broken down so the air con was blasting out freezing cold air. Glad I only popped in for a couple if things otherwise I would have had to abandon my trolley! How the staff are expected to work in such conditions I do not know. I won't be returning until the air con is sorted....or switched OFF 🤨
R. M.
Called in early, so still opening, just bought what I needed then and left. Looks like a good store but not looked round shopping.
A. K.
Very busy place and parking can be interesting as people just seem to be a bit manic. Shop was quite busy and could have done with some more staff there. Overall a positive impression though and they have some good offers which is great.
M. S.
Nice shopping trip with mum with some cheeky chicken thighs from the hot counter thrown in.Absolutely spot on
G. B.
To be honest I was disappointed with the service in the restaurant, the lady was not welcoming. The meal I wanted was sold out as was the second choice. I choose gammon egg and chips which took 15 minutes to serve up. I like Morrison but not today.
S. G.
Great supermarket with great range of fresh, chilled and frozen produce. Ideal for your weekly shop. Has pharmacy inside too. Staff are very helpful and help navigate you to the correct aisles if your in a hurry! It's found at the Cribbs Causeway and opposite B&Q.
L. C.
Smells of sweat when you walk in the entrance!!..otherwise I've always liked Morrison's
E. D.
Always a good experience here. Clean and shelves stacked. Frequent hand sanitiser stations around the store.
P. C.
Visited Morrisons Cribbs Causeway today. Unfortunately didn't feel very well,😟 staff were extremely helpful and caring. Thankyou so much.😉
J. S.
I do enjoy shopping at Morrisons as the staff are friendly and helpful.
How smart it all looks now as it was looking very tired before.much appreciated as I'm sure everybody else is.good luck Jan
R. C.
Reasonable selection but a lot of fruit and vegetables in plastic plus I wasn't asked if I wanted a receipt (which I would have declined), one was automatically printed
S. I.
Pleasant supermarket, always well stocked. And can find good deals.

Both me and my daughter were shopping and my daughter found some elfs, she asked a lovely lady how many there were, the lady ended up giving my daughter a choc rabbit as a prize, it made both our day. Absolutely brilliant day shopping there, will go back for sure.
j. p.
I love the fact that it's not a massive store but they have plenty of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a breakfast at The cafe it was really busy but we didn't have to wait for long and it was really good.😁
M. W.
Outstanding customer service in the restaurant by your employee Ashleigh we received a balloon as it was my son's birthday!
Please make sure she gets our thanks .
C. B.
Morrison has always to me been the same today as 15 years ago with a rotation of products, fruits and vegetables displayed in wood shelves, a fish monger whom is educated in their field. A butcher who is easy to talk to and get what you ask for, the cafe is rather cheap and the children's clothing area is totally under rated! I mostly go for hovis products, homepride, Bob Martin's and Heinz. My only concern is how saturated and depressed the cashiers look and come across in general it's too the point me and my missus joke over 1/10 how sad our cashier will turn out this time. Rest aside the staff it's a good prices and justified shop.
s. c.
Not as wide a variety of food as expected, i.e Angus beef burgers none not a wide selection. In any of the meat area at all. Much disappointing
p. g.
This is a really nice store I think it's been upgraded, plenty of stock, clean and tidy, very helpful staff
T. T.
Always queues to pay never any trolley. Very frustrating when you are in a rush. Staff should be on the tills instead of walking around the store doing nothing
C. I.
Fantastic choice and brands including own. The attendant staff were very helpful indeed and I was able to find everything I needed. I found the atmosphere very happy and of course that was what was intended.
S. S.
Really good supermarket with ample parking and wide range of products. Particularly good fish counter.
d. d.
A good size store , well layed out after a face lift, and reasonable prices.
C. T.
Went and got a birthday balloon today there ,great balloon just not very good service .had to wait 20 minutes, only to be told they would blow balloon up at checkout .some kind of sign saying this wouldn't go a miss .
w. t.
Very friendly and helpful staff, store undergoing a refit at the moment but does not hinder your shopping at all.
P. E.
Okay it's been refurbished but for me if anything it's not as good. For some bizarre reason the coffee machine is after you pay and to pay you need to know what hot drink your having as they are now different prices.
D. P.
A huge place with a vast range of products. Decent Covid precautions in place. Plenty of parking space. Also seconds away from all of your shopping dreams (or nightmares).
M. K.
Re-fit excellent. Will shop here more often.
However, whilst impressed about new, impulse purchase Barista bar ar Entrance/Exit, wife and I appalled at the lack of thought/management scrutiny of new concept.
Every table taken as I wheeled shopping to car. On returning to meet my wife at the Barista Bar, most customers had finished and therefore vacated the tables.
With new customers awaiting service, the ONE member of staff Kylie, repeatedly had to call for support, belatedly arriving after 10 minutes or so.
Tables full of dirty crockery was not a professional look at all. Kylie was superb, kept her cool, was polite to customers but badly let down by Management!
Self-clear tables onto a racked trolley would help enormously.
If this is an impulse buy, going in or leaving store, overworked barista and dirty tables will result in failure but not through fault of over-exposed staff!
Management, earn your salaries and FIX!
MIKE
M. F.
Very good supermarket with good fish/meat counter, bakery, and build your own salad bar. The fresh pies, sausage rolls and chicken things at the deli counter are very tasty and good value.
A. A.
The shop is better for finding things now. It's nice to see food behind cold glass .and was very impressed with the way staff go out of there way to help you.. worth shopping there ...
D. J.
Good quality bread & cakes baked in store so really fresh & still warm if you get there early. Great prices too. Better than ASDA.
A. O.
Large main supermarket where there is a very good selection of food and drink. There are fishmongers, a bakery and a well stocked green grocery department. The staff were very helpful and the prices very reasonable.
T. W.
Honestly this morrisons has been better since the revamp but I still feel like they should have fresher produce and there is never any staff on the shop floor, if you need someone you are looking around for ages.
M. I.
Morrison what a great place to do your weekly shopping
S. B.
A decent supermarket. Well placed on Cribbs causeway shopping mall so easy to pop in when doing other stuff. Good quality at a reasonable cost. Meat department usually well stocked with good quality selection
R. B.
As my regular grocery source I can say it's a nice Morrisons store in general and the till staff are friendly enough - but it seems at times you get the impression the stores expecting a visit from management and things are fresh/well stocked, then for the next couple of weeks your looking at sparse fridges and struggling to find every day products with an acceptable expiry date.
C. D.
Better quality food than your typical tesco/asda type supermarkets. Plenty of parking, clean store, only downside is the lack of till operators.
P. R. S.
Nice Morrissons, good counter selection the best fish counter out of all the Morrisons we've used across Britian meat counter isn't bad either. Morrisons have the best selection of ales at the moment out of all the large supermarket companies,
My only concern is that the meat and fish counters in particular only occasionally have staff present , sometimes the wait means you walk away.
G. M.
Huge range of goods however recently I have noticed that the fruit and vegetable shelves are looking empty ?
j. !.
Good safety measures in place and always stocked up with everything you need only few empty spots on sandwiches and take away drinks which happens.
k. f.
Good parking & a good supermarket easy to get around good layout, sometimes a lack of fresh fruit and veg at peek times and leaking fridges but we think great for quick shopping great quality food beats Aldi and Lidl for this ....worth a tiny extra cost.
D. C.
Price more than other competitors
T. A.
Only places I can fine pie minster pies .
Cafe could do with improving
A. &. V. G.
Wouldn't like to see the store taken over.
The selves were empty in places, why was this
T. D.
Although basic ...its difficult to beat the restaurant fish and chips..... brilliant value, great quality, always friendly service. Better than the majority of pub equivalents. Recommended.
B. I.
You need to be in a car to visit this large store. There are public toilets, a restaurant serving meals and drinks. The store has a good range of products and the staff have been helpful. There is also a pharmacy here which is very handy.
L. R.
Cafe good but service re: cleaning tables, below average.
Nice choice of produce.
Toilet below average. Felt a bit like an old fashioned public toilet.
P. B.
Great shop now since the refurb, great fresh fish counter, with hake, swordfish, bream ,sole, and good spacious isles .
I. J.
Only us this site for LPG as it's the nearest to where we live. Helpful friendly staff.
m. D.
Very busy we purchased fuel quick and efficient service
J. B.
Love that they have small trolleys for little ones to use. Helps with the stress of shopping with a toddler.
G. H.
Convenient supermarket with a petrol station.
Update: Hopefully with the recent change in policy more people will wear masks. Up untill now too many people don't wear covid-19 masks in the shop. This applies to both shoppers and the staff. I know wearing masks isn't everyone's thing but surely no one would want to be hospitalised with covid or to be the cause of someone else getting it.
C. B.
Large Morrisons superstore, large carpark, reasonably priced cafe. Excellent range of goods on sale, petrol station an site. Store is probably one of the largest Morrisons in the area . Large B&Q , Asda and The Mall, a large shopping venue nearby. a separate section with restaurants and cinemas also nearby.
J. A.
Was a bit disappointed in the cafe was hoping to get a hot meal and only had sandwiches or a piece of cake
P. E.
Good variety of food always good tasting. Staff who are always helpful and happy no matter how busy it is. Well done everyone thank you.
K. B.
Spoilt only by the idiot behind us in the checkout queue, who had not hear of the two meter rule. We missed the Caffe.
E. T.
Love morrisons always do much good choice and the shelves are always stocked.. great work
P. C.
As of September they are having a huge refurb. Many items are low on stock or totally missing. That said I still prefer Morrisons to the insanity of Asda.
J. B.
Keep discontinuing products and sometimes have a very poor selection in some areas
A. M.
Good place to shop, always plenty of parking
f. H.
Alot better than asda which are going down hill. Presentation, a joy to walk around.
H. B.
Excellent fish counter with a helpful and knowledgeable fishmonger, all the fresh produce is very good and keenly priced.
P. k.
Good till service, fishmonger and butcher counters are very helpful. Limited selection of some lines, some speciality items frequently out of stock.
D. B.
Went in mainly for bedding plant's as last year they were the best to buy and it's the same this year. Also picked up many items in the store that were bargains.
M. C.
I love Morrison's but can't always get there. They have lots of offers on at any one time and their produce is always good quality.
D. W.
The fresh vegetables, fish and meats are always great quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good sized store with everything you need for a weekly shop.
T. T. D.
There are various reasons to shop at Morrisons. A couple of high lights... they do a sausage roll that's like 2 foot long and the coffee from the machine is actually acceptable
B. M.
It's a morrisons, not a great deal you can say about it really
L. L.
Shame about the extra new parent and child spaces that either aren't used or are used by parents with older children, can be a challenge for someone with mobility issues who doesn't qualify for a blue badge. Asda is easier for access.
K. G.
Good store .as per usual Morrisons.plus point they have good cafe.(unlike Lidl/Aldi).
A wide range of fruit /veg.in fact everything .Good parking /petrol diesel..late opening.
R. O.
Pretty standard Morrison's. Has a cafe, food to go, in store bakery etc. Easy to get to, just off the motorway. Good parking. I go here regularly so can't be that bad.
Z. C.
Very large store look nice after refurbishment, lovely barrista coffee shop in side and reasonably priced
J. P.
Cafe on reduced menu not gd but staff nice.
S. C.
Morrison has great deals
G.
Had a takeaway breakfast which was spot on, great value and staff couldn't have been friendly!! 👍
V. C.
So good to shop comfortably - staff and majority of customers abiding by distancing rules
M. “. J.
Busy but easy to get round
E. H.
Good quality and choice Better than many other large chain supermarkets for prices
H. S.
Better choice of veg than other stores on 24/12. Cheap whole salmon.
B. B.
Always great - lovely staff, good quality products @ fair prices & the best grated 4 cheese blend of all the supermarkets featuring, Monterey Jack, Edam, mature Cheddar & mozzarella - the other supermarkets seem to have just different cheddars & mozzarella
A. A. M.
OK- no to expensive
M. K.
Petrol station slightly narrow for a bigger vehicle such as a flatbed van as I was driving but a good driver should have no problem. Friendly staff and cheap fuel :)
K. M.
Really nice now after the recent refurbishment , just a nice shopping experience, i don't normally shop here but will now in future
M. K.
A typical Morrisons store with a great range of groceries. A parking lot with plenty of spaces fortunately there were no long queues at the tills
R. M.
Good size store, good variety of products and reasonable prices. Often cheaper on petrol prices than Asda as they continue their price wars.
N. G.
They always moving staff around so you will always stay longer to find what you need. Even the staff isn't too sure if they know all the products in the store.
R. D.
Busy at 1030
Very low stock of basics such as toilet rolls, flour and beans. Panic buying seems to be back!
C. R.
Typical Morrisons
Visit here for tomorrows work lunch, there are always offers and plenty of choice, even in the evening, the staff are very helpful, and happy !
R. T.
Always a good shopping experience, parking available at all times. Shelves topped up, and a good selection in stock. I'm happy
L. W.
Wide variety of products. Friendly helpful staff. Good disabled access
C. B.
Well organized. Plenty of room to shop without feeling crowded. Great experience.
S. M.
Used the jet wash! Would have been better if there was a light there, to be able to make sure it was done fully!
J. N.
It's a one stop shop for all your needs DIY tools timpsons dry cleaning and a petrol station not forgetting all your shopping
r. m.
One of our favourite stores to shop in. It's not too big & has everything we need. Nice restaurant too.
E. O.
Love Morrisons, they have keto friendly chocolate and fizzy woohoo
D.
Good value for your weekly shopping, but truly atrocious cafe - horrible food and incompetent staff.
C. S.
Its not as big as its main rival but always has the shelves full of the right products and at the right price, well done Morrisons.
T. s.
I am not a regular shopper at this store or town but i was able to find most things i need. Great service from self check out colleague Amber.
D. M.
every thing you need and great staff
M. W.
Good sized store with great stock selection. Especially freshly prepared food.
J. W.
I go here regularly and usually well stocked. They are having a little trouble at the moment due to the recent bad weather but I'm sure it will soon be back to normal.
C. P.
Seems to stock much less since refurbishment. Can't find my favourites anymore and the chocolate choice is much reduced too.
M. H.
Very good, modern store with a wide range of goods available at reasonable prices, the cafe is pretty good too, staff are very friendly and helpful
m. c.
We pop in on the way to the mall to have our lunch which is first class, then do a bit of shopping and go to the mall, a good day out !!.
P. J.
Very clean and organized, plenty of choice too. Thoroughly enjoy shopping here.
C. B.

P. B.
Huge Morrisons store, has everything you need. Nicely laid out.
A. M.
Really impressed with the range and availability here, especially the vegan products they now do.
D. S.
Always fine here. Petrol station is always mega busy so be careful if you are in a rush for fuel
S. S.
As are most if not all Morrisons stores, clean, bright and helpful for having the loos open when the nearby Asda shut their's at 7pm.
S. A.
Not too busy, no queue but it was bad weather. Still busy enough and some limited choice/availability of things
F. K.
Really nice place. Get all you need here. There’s also a petrol station and a car wash outside
P. W.
Easy to find things all looks clean and tidy nice check out girl who at least chats as you pack not service in silence very happy with my visit.
D. W.
Morrisons fish counter is one of the best and I like the shop as it is normal size and I dont spend hours walking around looking for items
s. s.
Lovely staff but the disabled toilet was disgusting, really needs a good clean all over xx dirty toilet very dusty and needs to wipe the top of the seating area too.
D.
So hard to find on foot as I don't have a transport. Nice and large but only 2 cashier checkout were open at 8pm
f. m.

Good store, good breakfast and friendly staff. The customer service lass was really helpful.
R. B.
Love the bakers section always plenty of fresh cakes mmmm
M. B.
It is a good supermarket for bits and pieces, I would never do a full shop as it would be very expensive.
S. B.
Easy shopping experience
G. K.
Good variety of deli food veg more expensive quality good can't cook a doe nut or X bun but easy shopping keep good stock control main competitors don't
K. P.
Easy parking and the shop layout is simple to navigate, beware of the car park as it slants and you don't realise it until dragging a heavy trolley over it
A. N.
Large Morrisons with a slightly confusing car park! Bought a nice salad bar there though they were a bit short on options.
R. G.
Its a supermarket. It has food and clean products. Fish count was well stocked
K. S.
I go here to recycle my carriers bags, type 2 and 4 plastics and bubblewrap
A. H.
Not a bad place to shop but definitely prefer somewhere like Asda or Tesco, prices are actually more expensive in comparison to competitors
C. R.
Friendly service. Not to busy. Only issue was we had to wait 30 minutes for food in the cafe
B. M.
Has everything you need with great variety, helpful staff also with in-store cafe and bakery.
J. H.
Plenty of stock on the shelves, not too busy at 11am on Monday 2nd November 2020
r.
Used to be great store but lately noticed a lot of stock is not priced staff seem not to care disappointing
A. S.
I've never particularly rated Morrisons, and wouldn't choose it over a close contender for choice, but it was clean and tidy and you could likely pick up anything you needed.
m. i.
Great shops with great produce. Would be five stars but they lose a star for having halal section.
F. B.
If you're a popcorn lover like me, you don't need to look any further. I get my already made popcorn in big bucket for just £2.

M. W.
Nice staff
Like to watch 6pm wrestling fights on clearance veg and fruit
B. W.
My usual supermarket is Lidl, where the checkout speeds are great... Dealing with the checkouts in Morisons is painfully slow!!
M. P.
At least NHS Staff can get a discount which is a great help.
M. K.
Fruit and veg section usually looking fresh and tidy, the meat is excellent as is the fresh fish and deli.
M. S.
Not as cheap as they used to be but still good value and they in house stuff is great!
K. G.
Decided to give Morrisons a visit for the first time in years. As they're in the middle of a building renovation or extension, not a great visit.
G. P.
Helpful polite staff and good service
S. J.
Its a Supermarket. Large amount of parking, could do with the checkouts being better staffed as at busy times can be a wait to be served.
K. m.
