I come here lots as it’s my local zero waste shop. The prices are very fair, there’s a great range of products and the staff are always lovely and very helpful. Even though I have to take a longggg walk up Gloucester road to get there, it is so worth it!

thank you for helping me reduce my plastic/packaging footprint. Hardly ever need to put out the black bin now and could even go a few months before the recycling bin is full. Everyone should get on this. Great work preserve!

Cool find today, zero waste shop with most of its stock being organic. Super friendly staff who were very helpful and informative. Cool ingredients to buy and really cheap too. Saved a ton on spices that are better quality than supermarket ones. They've got sustainable focused extras to buy like bamboo and metal straws, organic washing up liquid, eco-sanitaries and bamboo toothbrushes. The vegan fudge is a must, might as well try all the flavours. Simple weighing system in the shop and then just take your priced goods to the till. Makes shopping a little more fun weighing all your goods too 👍

Wonderful shop, my favourite in Bristol! It's great to see so many using this shop as it really helping us with making changes for a better world. The staff are great and very accommodating. I currently do no contact collections due to covid and they are very happy to bring my order to my car boot which is a big help 😃

Consistently and happily surprised with each visit to this shop. All of the products Ive bought so far, have been cheaper than leading supermarkets. Friendly and helpful staff all of the time. Great work

I thought I'd try the click and collect service at the Westbury shop recently. I have to say, the communication was excellent when I needed to contact them and check something, the service was excellent when collecting from the shop, the value for money was excellent and the produce was also of excellent quality. 100% plastic free with all produce packed neatly in little brown paper bags, in a brown box, with a personalised hand written note. Even though there is a small charge for collection (which is totally reasonable given the effort to pick and pack the produce) I will definitely be using this service again and supporting our local high street businesses. Thank you and well done.

Great local shop with a brilliant selection of reasonably priced and high quality items.
The staff are friendly and happy to help with suggestions and advice when needed!

Good variety of food and non food items to reduce plastic waste plus it's cheaper than alternatives in the local area. I've not compared to Gloucester Rd shop but I'd rather shop locally as I don't have time to mission around Bristol to save few pence. Most products are organic and any that aren't are clearly labelled. I've always found the owner friendly and helpful, as are the other staff - occasionally telling a child off for putting their mitts everywhere doesn't count as rude for me.
