K. M.Shopping at the store is good but feel that the cafe has really gone downhill over the last couple of months.
Always have issues with vegetarian food not being in stock or they are not taking orders for 20-30 minutes at a time.
Often in the morning when hardly any customers. Has now happened on multiple occasions.
Used to be that staff were always happy to help and nothing was a problem but everything feels like an effort now.
Feel this is a disservice to the Morrisons brand.
J. M.Lots of choice in fresh, frozen or packaged goods. Lots of goods to choose from.Large store. Some clothes and homewares....also cards. Plants and flowers also garden plants sold here. Cafe and toilets. Bus stop near.
Large car park and petrol station. Cash machine outside.

The store is small compared to others.
Don't waste your time going here. Even the fuel station was closed off.

F. B. (.Well its safe to say that Morrisons is a good place to buy all your needs,they sell from toys to food to home hygiene. So basically everything, but some things are really close to expire date but only some.

D. S.Have not been their first some time. Our overall experience has been very good. But when we went for a cup of tea we found that our overall experience was a bit annoying due no trays, but as there was one for the pots of tea vacant and was given this. But overall a very good experience.

It always seems busy but that's probably due to the large numbers of amazon prime shoppers.
Phone reception on EE is terrible so if your shopping list is online or your Morrisons card in the app make sure its loaded before you go in or as you start in the q at the tills ...

B.This morning I went to pick up party food I had ordered, unfortunately the fresh cream machine was out of order, so cakes I had hoped for couldn’t be made.A lovely lady Claire, the cafe manager was there to explain, and saved the day when she managed to put together a beautiful tray of cakes as an alternative, she was most concerned to do all she could to help . I was most impressed with all the bakery staff.I would definitely use this service again.
M. Z.Their deli counter is lovely, can be hit and miss with what's on offer sometimes (even prior to covid times). The beer selection is decent too.

M. M.It's a supermarket what do you expect? . Parking for normal people is further away. Be disabled or family and park up front. ( If you are a disabled person in a family maybe you can drive through the doors ? 😂) Mixed service. The cafe seems to close early frequently and the staff don't take the baskets back from the tills in my experience. They can do better
K. B.Quiet for a Saturday morning. Disappointed to find no Halloween themed foods as I have always been able to rely on Morrisons to provide a few treats. Again alot of grocery pickers which I find personally annoying. Reduce range of products on the shelves too so will need to go elsewhere
g. v.Lovely store. Staff are not as friendly as they are other morrisons stores. Went to get diesel and the diesel pumps were very dirty the pump bases appeared clean but the pumps and handles had sticky black gunk over them. The store cleaning staff need to be trained as to how the pumps are meant to be cleaned
B. *.Good value and good quality. The restaurants are very well maintained and managed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are average for the area.
D.Busy in day, but less so in eve and although my last posting said they had plenty of fresh baked bread in the eve, it has now changed and its hard to find any fresh bread at that time. Poor or good management, as now I have to go elsewhere for my daily spend of £15. I have dropped my star rating
Still layout for fresh fruit is good. The people at the tills are helpful.

Z.A few times I've bought some hot food like chicken nuggets and chips from here. But the last few time ...The chips and chicken pieces are so dry I had to throw away! Even the seagulls weren't fussed!
I've now learnt my lesson and won't be buying from the hot food!!
SUGGESTION ...open more tills also
And turn the oven down .
J. H.Helpful, cheerful staff. Try their best to maintain social distancing without being dogmatic. No jars of mincemeat, cooking apples or filo pastry. Dreams of special dessert destroyed.
H. H.Super friendly staff who talk to customers. Well stocked and clean. The cashpoint outside feels a bit isolated. The entrance to the car park is far too complicated and the disabled bays are not at the front but to the side of the busiest part of the car park. There does not seem to be enough either.
A. J.Feels like a very dated supermarket. The whole shop takes you back to what feels like 1991. The prices aren’t super competitive either. We only visit here through convenience. The fresh veg department is quite good as well as the petrol station. The cafe has a very basic menu with the majority of it being fried food.

M. A.This is a complete super store. From grocery to small home appliances you can get almost everything. At least 2 times a week I go to shops there and I never felt disappointment with the product quality nor I would complain about the price. As a added bonus there is a cafe with great selection of food and hot and cold drinks. Staff in the store are very helpful.

K. M.As usual the shopping experience was good,however while we were queuing for the cafe,we were just abruptly told No orders being taken " whilst we fully appreciate the health& safety issues the manner could of been more polite as we'd already poured our drinks...otherwise couldn't fault it.
i. s.Car park was busy with learner drivers, the shop although busy was roomy. Lots of great fresh food, love the doughnuts and getting through the tills was very quick. Just watch for learners they are a nightmare.
P. R.Free parking, petrol is often towards the cheap end. Overall the produce doesn't seem the best quality, bit price wise is above average. Range of items seems smaller than Tesco, own brands don't inspire confidence. All that said, pizzas are very good, wine selection is interesting and kids clothes are good quality

A.-Great friendly staff in the Deli counter, bought cheese and staff were more than happy to assist me
-Fishmongers and Butcher counters looked well stocked, didn't purchase anything from their though
-Bakery pick and mix rolls are delicious, used my own draw string bag
-Had no issues with using my own container at the Cheese counter
-Checkout lady was friendly

S. G.It is an absolutely fine supermarket. Not really sure what you can say about a supermarket other than it has all of the items that you would probably want. The fish and deli counters are good and the staff are friendly and have always helped when I have needed it. It also has a petrol station if you need to re-fuel.
A. L.Do like a bit of Morrisons. At the moment they stock a good selection of garden plants, compost and gardening products, which are good value.
G.Visited the store in Llanishen, Cardiff at 9.30am on Saturday morning and, whilst there was no queue to get in, it was every man for himself. People wandering all around the store and no social distancing. It wasn't helped with shelves being stocked by staff and loads of pallets blocking the aisles, why hadn't it been done earlier before the store opened? Quite a few shelves were empty so couldn't get everything I wanted - but that's normal. May have to start going to Tesco which is further away.
A. C.Getting a lot Of our shopping done via Amazon now App and guaranteed delivery within two hours is a real bonus. We use the other large brandies a lot but having to book days in advance is a real pain. I much prefer a combination of Morrison’s and Prime Now.

C.Shop here every week because it's close to home. Like the store very much and the staff are extremely happy and helpful. The shelves occasionally need filling but generally are well stocked.
L. G.This is a great large store with parking, ATMs, bicycle parking, and public loos. There is a wide range or products to buy and I'm yet to come here for an ingredient and not find it. They have competitive prices especially for fresh produce and regularly so large discounts on expiring good so sticker hunters rejoice

F.Morrisons has just about everything you could want Under the Sun as far as food goes I particularly recommend they're marvellous cheesy muffins that have revolutionised breakfast for me this in addition to the overall sheep cost of tins and various other simple food goods make Morrisons a highly recommendable supermarket for your weekly or monthly shopping trip

W.We bought freshly made pizza here, the staff behind the counter were courteous and professional, and asked me if l wanted to go and do my shopping then collect my pizza on the way out, as I had visited the pizza station at the start of my shopping trip. On my return, I was asked if l was there to collect a pizza and was given my complete pizzas promptly.
I like shopping at this particular branch of Morrisons as everything is laid out in a logical easy to follow pattern. Just a hint, they do not add salt to their toppings, so if you are going for the no cheese option as we did, then you will miss the salt and might want to add it before preparing your pizza. If you have cheese, I don't think that you will notice any difference.
This particular store also has a range of turkey products such as mince, breast steaks, bacon, sausages and burgers. If you are trying to eat healthy, turkey is a tasty low fat affordable replacement for red meat like beef, lamb or pork, just replace them in your recipes and cook them the same way.
S. O.Newly renovated this place now has an upstairs to cater for a wider array of products and draw in a wider range of clientele. The food here is well priced and popular among the area. It has a large car park and is right next to many other shops and is easily accessible to walk.
D. Q.Morrison's is a very good store. Theu have a variety of every product. The produce is clean snd fresh. Their bakery is beaitiful with fresh bakes daily. The staff is very helpful and they have a cafe and many food bars within the store.

A little on the expensive side, but excellent quality good that I think are a little above asda lidl and Tesco. If I was a slightly flusher individual I may do my monthly in here, bit alas I'm not so I shop in Lidl 😂 but generally a nice shop that I would recommend

J. L.Llanishen Morrisons is definitely my favourite superstore in Cardiff. There's always everything You need; they've got the best meat selection, good choice of fish, fruit and veg, nice deli counters. If You're willing to have a meal You can head to their cafe. Toilets are clean and looked after, plenty of parking space and very convenient location.

H.What a nice store, full of helpful and smiley staff unlike many of the German owned stores like Aldi and Lidl and the other foreign owned stores like Tesco and Sainsbury's, yes these really are owned by "foreigners", only Asda comes close albeit owned again by foreigners Walmart. It's getting harder to find shops that are not foreign owned these day, Napoleon once said the British are a nation of shopkeepers, not these days, maybe a nation of shop workers.....

P.Morrison superstore it has most of what you would expect to find in a superstore there is a pizza counter , butchers , deli area , salad bar, sandwiches area but unfortunately not much electronic items and only a small clothing selection, also small selection of books, dvds and cds also a very small toy section. In store restaurant and restrooms, a coin exchange machine and 2 rides for small children. There is free parking and a petrol station. The staff are polite and helpful.
B. C.Shelves seem to be becoming less stocked everytime. Not a huge choice anymore and struggle to find what I need. Gone downhill bit especially with some on the tills.

S.Staff are slow to respond. Especially when the wheels on their crappy wheelchairs collapsed. Not just on one, but two chairs, humiliating my disabled mother. What use are plastic wheels, I ask you???
