1. Wood Fired Quattro Formaggi Pizza 🍕 - Baked in a real wood-fired oven, this ultra-thin sourdough base is layered with rich, silky béchamel sauce, caramelised red onion chutney, creamy mozzarella, pecorino cheese, regato cheese, fior di latte pearls and caramelised red onions. Loved it so much because it has a white sauce base instead of the regular tomato sauce 👌🏻👌🏻 Packed with dairy goodness 🧀🥛 2. Beef Lasagne - Rich beef and tomato ragu with egg pasta, béchamel sauce and mature Cheddar cheese. This was the complete opposite of the pizza. There was just too much tomato sauce and too little pasta sheets. The sauce to pasta ratio was not balanced 😩

This is a great new store, really handy for the University and it has a big range for a convenience store. Including Costa Coffee machine, hot food, food to go, fresh fruit and veg, in store bakery, vegan range and oriental range!
