Nothing bad to say Parking is ample, aisles are easy to navigate Staff that I've interacted with are super helpful Most of the time they tend to be well stocked, however there will be times where stuff isn't in stock Some days it can feel busier than normal with the rise of folks ordering online. A byproduct of covid so can make navigating the Isles tricky at times but most of the time it's fine Amazing gluten free section, and a lot of variety to boot

I like shopping here when it opens at 0600hrs. There's virtually no one here and the shelves are stocked with fresh foods that have long used-by dates. It's a quiet, serene experience. Using the Scan & Go app makes it even better. If you do need any help while you're there, the staff are friendly and approachable. Asda's prices aren't too bad but I have noticed that my weekly shop is around £10 more than it was just a few short weeks ago

Nice big store that sells most things. Separate pharmacy, currency bureau, cigarette counter, clothing section, bakery and a cafe. Nice friendly staff here. Very few tills left though. I was happy to see they still have sanitizer and cleaning stations. There are other shops outside too such as Birds, charity shops etc.

Love the cooked chicken thighs ASDA has got everything you need .have a look round if your local You can even shop on line 9 out of 10 .

Damien (ginger, Ed Sheeran look alike), and Karen from tabacconist from sinfin Asda, are what make the world a better place!, they go above and beyond even tired at end of shifts dealin with customers like us even when being put through ultimate people and numerous calls to support centres to get our own money back !!!Nobody wanted to know or deal with us and made us never want to shop in another Asda again in our entire life!!!!… everyone was so unhelpful and rude apart from these two people and a young girl with long brown hair,from self scan tills did pop her over to ask if we needed help with a smile which was nice but me and partner totally can’t thank Karen and Damien enough for their help and will shop in Asda again because of this and use their services and never forget the heart and speed they dealt with us and other customers like we were real humans not robots-totally restored all faith in humanity, can honestly say after such a bad few weeks these people have touched our hearts for there work ethic and professional ability to deal with the problem there and then!!, fair play to Damien this guy can run a business single handed and Karen could be his co pilot they r a dream team, we r not from Derby and rarely leave reviews unless necessary but I can tell you now I would hire these pair To run my empire- i would like to find these when I am successful and hire them to take complete control n trust their judgement and ability for people skills and professional decisions that none else wanted to take any interest in!, these two people will go far in life in one way or another!! Massive heart tonight ❤️ I can point out I was at the end of my tether with Asda service until these people!!!

Taken a while to shop for cheaper options. Asda on the whole as become expensive even though there cheap brands available, need to do better for the customers in these hard times.

It was busy when l was there last. Apart from customers, staff were restocking shelves/ freezer's etc. Quit a few empty shelves I wasn't able to purchase everything l needed. Just bad timing! Staff doing their best

Good for ordinary shopping, with many products having great prices. A lot of new vegan alternatives are becoming available, with many new "free-from" sections, as well as plant based meals added. However, I have heard many times that click and collect is awful, and hence wouldn't recommend it. Furthermore, I often see products change in price drastically, without any notice that it's an offer or similar, which I find mildly frustrating. I have been shopping here for many years though, and it's definitely a decent place to go.

Shop at sinfin perfect toilets a dirty disgusting mess ,human feaces on one toilet and one totally unflushable, told a member of staff her reaction was oh OK, with the covid situation those toilets should spotless at anytime but even more so now. more

Very friendly staff who cannot do enough to help and advise you. Stock is sometimes low in the chilled meal range, probably because of their popularity, so more stock should be ready ! Overall a great store 👍👍 perhaps another seat available for disabled or elderly shoppers would be appreciated 👍ten out of ten x

i do my shopping here every sunday and never had a bad experience - staff are always friendly and i can always get what i need. They have several checkouts, 4 self scan with a belt, many quick self scans and a scan and go. There is a cafe, a pharmacy and clothing department. There also have a photo booth and a coinstar. Restrooms too.

Like the self scan as you go which means you can keep an easy tally of how much you are spending and quick checkout as no queue. However staff seem to be around when you want to ask them something. Out of date butters found more than once.

Since COVID some of the staff look at you rudely and at payment some talk to you like as if you’re infected with the virus. This is pretty much anywhere you shop now. What happened to customer service always stays the same?

Great Supermarket, as you would expect from Asda. Massive car park with plenty parent and child and blue badge allocated spaces. Petrol station on site -£- Cheap -£- positioned next to a small shopping arcade which has a post office, travel agent, chemist, card shop, bookmakers, charity shops, chip shop, and a pub etc. In other words you only have to park up once to possibly find anything you might need on site.

Great Staff, come here at least once or twice a week, nice staff though I usually have no need to go to it's cafe saying the food is subpar, but has a nice lil pharmacy (Wilson's hasalways been nearby too if ASDA doesn't have what you need), toilets are meh, tehy are kept resaonably cleaned, George's selection is usually OK, the food selection is pretty wide, usually I can find something I haven't tried before there, I miss their lunch deli (for cold meats etc) but the fish deli is still available. Luckily for me I am 2-4 minutes walk away and it being a 24 hour store (not 24/7, not open 24 hour on Sunday for example) and its always convienient for me to just walk over to it when something urgent is needed like milk/bread. Been to the place so many times, at least remember it being here for 20 years and the amount of renovation changes, so it is a pretty long lasting store serving the Sinfin/Stenson Fields and surrounding areas. Had occasions where the item I wanted was either not in stock or not stocked at all any longer (taken off shelves) but eh nothing you can do about that. The pizza counter usually has nice pizzas. Overall the staff is nice, the range is wide, the restaurant and pharmacy are OK, Toilets are kept clean, usually stocked (Depends what time you go in) and has a few convenient shops nearby (though that has been dwindling since a few have closed down in the past couple of years)

They need to put the one way system in place again, it's hard to social distance when it's busy and everyone just goes any which way. Then people wonder why we ended up in Tier 4 or national lockdown once again.

I have fond memories of this superstore which gave me my first job in the UK. Great store with ample selection of all products with many good deals and several roll backs often available. Huge parking space and great location. Lovely staff.

Wow what a fantastic place. Everything u could want under one roof. U can get kettles, condoms and frozen pizza for under £20. Perfect night in although I did have to take the jonny off my head to eat the pizza but that's another story. Back to asda, I really don't know what would happen without this place, undoubtedly the jewell in the crown of the sinfin district centre. This might seem like a bold statement but without asda sinfin myself and other residents of sinfin would have to resort to looting, cannabalism, ripping the condom machine off the wall at the Ferrers Arms and who knows what to deal with the comedown from all that. I hope this helps people realise what a pillar of the sinfin community asda is. I recommend that everyone makes the pilgrimage at least once if their lifetime.

Plenty of choice and reasonable prices, lots of bargains to be found but do check the main isles and don't assume that end of isle displays are the ultimate bargain... sometimes these are actually a little more expensive than the main display.

While shopping today and following the arrows a young Male staff member started to walk towards me the other young man he seemed to be showing round pointed out he was going the wrong way. He replied " it doesn't count for us, only customers!" Confused!

I do regular online shopping for delivery I think they brill and usually if I have substitutes I'm pleased never been disappointed with them only thing is if I do a shop at weekends the delivery charge is quite expensive wish it was like the weekly charge cos petrol/ diesel is no more expensive during the week to weekends so I think they shouldn't put price up for delivery at weekends other than that I'm well pleased thankyou
