Nice to have this shop in the hospital and Handy to pick up items on leaving or for your visit.

The quality is good, the presentation is lovely, the prices are absurd. What these giants of retail forget is that not everyone can afford certain prices and being it a hospital, some regards should be paid to state of those who require buying food to stay with a sick person or the person themselves, ill and only having one choice on offer. I hope they rethink this and show a bit more compassion.

M&S within the hospital has everything needed for anyone visiting, for inbound patients that want something different to the hospital food, and for staff working within the hospital to be able to grab essential items on their way home. Not overly priced, in fact cheaper than other hospital based shop's. Everything I bought from the store was to be expected from M&S top quality, staff were really helpful and friendly with amazing product knowledge.

Wide variety of different types of food. Lovely cakes and drinks. Clean and tidy. Very helpful and friendly service. Would be nice to have the human touch than a machine when you go to pay for your goods.

They're very conveniently situated near the entrance of the main hospital. Generally busy atmosphere. I like buying the fresh juice bottles after I've had a few tests done.

In my opinion this hospital will be hard to beat in any survey. The staff as a whole are pleasant, courteous, helpful and very professional, whether it be surgeons, doctors, nurses or cleaning crew, I can't fault them.

Hospital staff brilliant. Parking is a total nightmare!! Took me 35 mins to get parking space. Allow and extra hour on travelling time for parking.

Car parking, like at most Hospitals is extortionate. Also at times the one way system of traffic causes gridlock, so slow yourself plenty of time to park.
