Plenty of parking. Store very busy and cramped. Lots of staff dumping their warehouse trolleys in the middle of the aisle so customers cannot get access to the shelfs easily. Long wait in queue. Security person is a scruff and terrible attitude and if I was store manager I would tell him to smarten himself up or don't come back.

Smaller Asda so naturally there is a smaller range available in comparison to the other Asda in Dunfermline up by halbeath retail park. Everything you would expect from an asda is still here though. George clothing (not much for guys), home & leisure, DVD/ games, bakery, a good pizza counter and click & collect service. Also it has a range of ethnic products not available at the larger Dunfermline Asda which is interesting. The staff are helpful enough and you often don't have to travel too far to find someone. One thing I will say however, there are some self scan staff, 3 older women in particular, who do tend to prioritise their conversations over better, swifter service. If I have an age restricted product and notice they are huddled together talking I know I'm in line for a wait or having to interrupt their conversation awkwardly. Misses out on a 5 star because of this. The smaller range can't be helped and is to be expected at a store this size. Only other thing I will say is do try not to visit when Dunfermline highschool is on lunch break between 1-2 pm! Busy, loud and if you're a grump like me, bloody annoying! 😂🤷‍♂️

As always, shopping here is no hassle. Good, friendly staff who always try and help if asked. Only problem now seems to be lack of staff at checkouts. More self service tills.

This is a well laid out store, apart from the cheese not being anywhere near the other dairy products, obviously there is not as much choice as you would get in a larger store. Perfect for me to get around despite having mobility problems.
