Great selection of goods in this store, there are customer toilets and a cafe too. Definitely can do a full shop here. It got a bit annoying with the assistants green trolleys, too many of them blocking the isles.

Used to enjoy shopping here until McDs took over 1/3 of the carpark, parking layout and spaces have always been the downfall of this store and now it's unbearable. Decent enough shop, but I don't choose to visit by myself anymore.

I love going there it has everything you need under one roof prices are really good it helps when you get money off with your tesco card especially when things keep going up and up and you always have to watch what you are buying l go for the products and to save money.

Great selection of products, friendly, helpful staff, pretty standard Tesco selection and layout. Although tea, coffee and cereal tucked in back right corner, which took some time to find. Has a petrol station too with E5 petrol as Super Unleaded and doesn't seem too expensive at the moment.

My favourite shop from all the Dunfermline supermarkets. Always well stocked, clean and never had a bad service for 8 years since I moved to this side of the bridge.

Just bought tv and was very impressed with 2 members of staff. The guy with the beard who collects trolleys was one of the nicest most helpful people I have come across him and another guy helped me put the TV in my car was very helpful too . 5 star service.

Brilliant shop the size of two football fileds staff are very friendly and it's nice and clean, however there's an aldi next to them and to be honest it's well worth the vist because both will save you money.

Quiet shopping trip. Staff make every effort to maintain distance, pity some shoppers don't bother! We needed kindling wood for our wood stove, it was located on the out direction, so had to go into the store, collect the kindling then back all way around to the entry point! When you enter the store you are confronted by Xmas trees!! Move those inside and replace them with kindling!! Simples.

Big store with a reasonable range. Staff generally helpful and ok, though there does often seem to be a group of younger staff congregating by the checkouts more interested in discussing where they are going after work. Facilities are good, cafe is nice enough for a cup of coffee or snack. Roof always seems to leak when it rains..

Pleasant shopping experience. Nice wide ailses, well stocked shop which includes an optician, phone shop, electrical department, F&F for clothes, in-store bakery and large grocery selection. Plenty of parking with a petrol station. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Would give 6 stars if I could!! Massive shop that will have everything you're looking for, from clothes and electronics, to food and drink. Very modern and clean, the staff are very friendly and will make your needs the number one priority. I was looking for a certain item that was not on the shelf because it was being cleaned, so I asked a member of staff where I could find it and she stopped what she was doing and went and got it for me from the stock room. *Update* I was in tesco looking for a certain screw driver, I couldn't find it so I asked a member of staff and they took it upon themselves to open some of the boxes they had to show me inside. The one I wanted was not there. So the staff member took me all the way round to the security desk to ask his work colleague if he had any spare screw drivers under his desk. He had a look for me and even showed me the correct one on Amazon.

Had to pop in for a click and collect today. First staff member seemed to have dificulty reading, and then writing down the order number, he then asked another to go fetch it. This one returned some 10 minutes later looking for another member of staff who "had the key". After another 10 minute delay, he returned with the products but was haveing dificulty in opperating the hand held scanner....so of he went again in search of another member of staff to completr the transaction. Almost 30 mins. and 3 staff members later i finally got my products.... Not quite the quick, streigtforward procedure it should have been.

Large store, wide selection, clean, fast check outs, and you're able to scan and bag whilst you shop. Most modern store in Fife, I believe. Very much orientated to customer convenience - which is very welcome.

Large Tesco with petrol station.Friendly staff. Large selection of food and drinks. Electrical goods and clothes also sold. There is also a cafe/restaurant. Click and collect available. Petrol station was not cheapest Tesco fuel I've seen, but not as expensive as the big petrol retailers. Has an automatic car wash.

WiFi is a bit tempremental (using the BT gateway) but does eventually play ball and is reasonably snappy. Large store, plenty of space in the aisles and a great choice. Reasonable prices too. Love the self-scan as you shop!

I found the staff member I spoke too very unhelpful. I was looking for help and her best advice was wait til the next time, translation I can't be bothered so speak to someone other than me next time you come in!

Good range and quality of stock, would be even better if they had the same products as town centre store, breads especially.
