The day my alarm failed!! Just want to thank James , my delivery driver, at Robroyston. I failed to hear him on his first visit this morning. 2 calls later and he appeared smiling and chatty as always. Above and beyond this morning. Thank you so much👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My 16 year old daughter ordered a Yankee Candle from ASDA online, with a delivery slot of 9pm-10pm. She had been anxiously waiting for it and was disappointed when it had not arrive by 10pm. at 11:58pm, the doorbell rang and Steven Cannon from Robroyston ASDA kindly delivered the candle, explaining that the van had broken down and had to get a replacement van from Dumbarton. Apologising for the late delivery, he said he didn't want to disappoint any customers that still had orders outstanding. I have never shopped at ASDA Robroyston, but would like to commend Steven's work ethic as he is a credit to the store. Hopefully the Manager reads this and can reward Steven accordingly.

Customer service assistance attitude is terrible, but cannot complain about the other floor staff very helpful. I want to know if or when you will be getting fresh curry leaves (origin india). Curry leaves are so fresh & use as a herbal drink which is very effective for controlling cholesterol ect

Hi We were in Asda Robroyston store on the Thursday 31st July at the bakery dept. Needed some help ordering Birthday Cake for the 2nd August. The assistant (Robert) help us explain everything Thank you so much.

Generally well stocked and Staff are friendly and helpful. One negative is that most of the Trolley Return Bays have missing or broken Trolley Keys, today I had to walk half the length of the car park in the rain to find a Trolley Bay that had a Key. Should be an easy fix Asda !

Good superstore, has what you would usually expect from an asda, good clothes section upstairs. Has a travel money shop at the entrance as you go in as well. Plenty of parking and handy for McDonald's and Costas along with B&M etc in the retail park.

Staff are usually really friendly and the shop floor staff are very helpful. Range of products from food to household goods and clothes is excellent. Huge car park although getting out at peak times can be difficult. Queues inside are frequently 3 or 4 people long, however there are self checkout facilities. There are escalators and a lift in store, a foreign currency counter, self service petrol station, pharmacy and a cafe.

Started using this store instead of Asda Parkhead as you can do a large shop here and go through a manned checkout before 10am. (ASDA Parkhead don't appear to want customers with large shops before 10am. A number of staff are also very rude, I was told that the assistants were not there to scan my shopping at unmanned checkouts, so I like many now shop elsewhere). The added advantage of this store is that the staff appear to be much friendlier and willing to assist shoppers. I have also found the selection of fresh food in this store to be much fresher.

Great supermarket this. The trolleys are always readily available which I have no doubt is down to the fantastic guys who collect trolleys and are always chatty and polite. Especially one in particular…Michael. There’s only one…👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The staff at the pharmacy went above and beyond when my niece's medication bottle broke on the way up from England. Late on Friday afternoon, they helped find a solution so she could get what she needed. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did

Often run out of stock which is not ideal when you just want to go to one large store for your weekly shop and not have to go to multiple stores The fruit aisle was decimated but the rest of the shelves throughout the store was fine. There’s always something they don’t have. Last time it was eggs!!

Love shopping here staff very helpful and checkout staff always cheery, was disgusted tonight while I was waiting in que because so called lady was asked for Id to buy alcohol she started basically giving checkout woman abuse and she was only doing her job. The checkout operator serjit kept her cool and treated the customer with nothing less than total respect, I think it is totally shocking what these workers have to put up with and still remain professional well done (serjit) hope I spelt your name properly. I suggest that the cleaning station for trolleys should be at the trolley park and not at the front door of the store. This would allow people to clean the handle of their trolley before they touch them instead of after holding them for a bit while queuing to get into the store

I visit asda every Monday the shop is busy but why gave at least 15 check outs,but they only use 4 maybe 5 you should not be in a queue which stretches back into a isle 20 min wait on a good day .I've tried different times but still the same please can you employ a few more staff,I assume you can afford to,thinking about changing to Tesco, £300 a month I spend in asda

Do my food shop here every second Saturday. Very friendly staff and everything is laid out with ease of access for the public. You get nice pizza in the cafeteria as well lol.

Went into store today picked a packet of galaxy ripple for 1 pound got to checkout and got charged 1.50 went back round to check again and noticed another box not next to the pound label but that's the ones at a pound please check your shopping bill as this is common practice in all supermarkets beware 👀👀

On Sunday 1st April 2018 the Blue Knights International Motorcycle Club held their 13th Annual Easter Egg run in aid of "CHAS" and to support Robin House Childrens Hospice in Balloch, Scotland. Asda Robroyston supplied 3 shopping trollies full of Easter Eggs for the kids. This was an act of extraordinary generosity and kindness by the management and staff of the store and helped us give some very sick children a little happiness and joy in their final few months of life.
