Reviews of Co-op Food - Kilsyth

The new lay-out is excellent. Wider aisles make it easier to move round the store. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The outside could have been given a coat of paint to smarten it up.

Recently refurbished and modernised to make it a lot bigger than it used to be. It's not as good value as the nearby Lidl but good range of local meats and foods. The self-service tills are horrible! Constantly running into issues and then need to wait for someone to come over and help. This can take a while as everyone who shops there knows how bad the tills are and they queue up for the cashiers meaning they're always busy.

Coop Kilsyth has building work going on. What a mess. No space, does not look clean. No chance of social distancing. Give it a miss for time being. Now improvements completed and smart shop. Self service tills annoying.

Good selection at a fair price, has a cash machine outside also.

I didn't go in but my daughter in law went in and managed to buy me plain, self raising and bread flour. None of which I have managed to get with online supermarket deliveries. Well done Co-op!

It's got food!
Also a car park, staff to look after you and one of the best bottles of gin I've ever bought in a supermarket. (I only wish I could remember the name of it).
Still, this supermarket is a big part of the community in Kilsyth and is stocked pretty well considering it's small size. It could do with more variety in some of the produce to make it a regular go to shop, but still worth a few visits anyway.

I think the selection of goods is quite vast considering the size of the store. Although it is higher priced meaning I wouldn't do a weekly shop but not bad if you're in a pinch or just browsing.

Great for certain foods which if your in a lot youl notice that after 7 ish the pro rd can drop from 2 pounds to 20p for certain stuff a lot of bakery definateley plus yoghurt and creams the washing liquid always has a sale to

Staff Always a good help when you go in. You'll find most of the stuff you want if not everything. It's a bit more expensive than a larger supermarket, but it's on your doorstep

The weekly £5 offer is great! You can get 5 items for £5. It changes all the time but normally a great deal
