I am happy to shop here. Every single shopping experience had been satisfactory
M. W.Great place to shop nice friendly staff large car park with petrol garage. And me lil girl loved her own trolley has you can see. The new checkouts was clean and very spacious.

S. S.When I first started to go out to shop when the COVID madness started I went to my local store Asda Bilton Hull. I was impressed with the system set up and have felt safe each week we have shopped.
Today Thursday 23rd July all seems to have gone out the window ! No one monitoring how any people coming in store and a change to the till queue system, the system in the past weeks was two isles used for queuing but today one isle was used which caused a long queue with not much spacing.
Come on Asda get back to what you were doing ! It was great !
The staff at the store are amazing, so helpful and tolerant even when they Get negative comments for the systems in place.
D. G.It was my first experience with sea at Bilton Opticians and I was most impressed. I felt very safe and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was also very impressed with my choice of frames and the unbelievable price, which included my tinted varivocal lenses. I had 2 pairs for less than I paid to have new lenses in my own glasses at my local opticians. Brilliant service. Thankyou
V. f.It has all the normal house hold requirements not so good at exotic goods
M. N.Not a massively big Asda, and seems to sell out of random things sometimes, but has everything you need including an opticians and cafe. The store also offers click and collect and has a petrol station so tends to be our go-to store as it ticks every box. Also, unlike other small Asda stores it actually has quite a nice clothing section with plenty of sizes and a big range. I haven't looked at the clothes excessively but it wasn't hard to miss the huge Christmas range they just introduced. It's normally busy but not in an inconvenient way, it's quite a nice option over some of the larger stores. Only thing missing is the new scan and shop, but as I said it is relatively new and not all of them have it yet, give it time.
O. H.Fairly big supermarket. Sometimes have no bags and baskets. Could do with a better hardware/technology aisle since there isn't many products available and the ones that are there are old.
Please stock more lemon and lime flavoured water since there seems to never be any left no matter what time of the day you go. Replace some of the other flavours with more lemon and lime stock since it is the one that is selling the most.
I. W.Staff friendly, knowledgeable about what's where and efficient. Ordered Asda Hawaiian pizzas for dinner, a bottle of white wine and strawberry triffle for dessert, meal and wine tasted fine. Filled up at self service filling station, please note there is no filling station shop available, all fuel payments need to be made using debit or credit card at the pump.
J.It is a good place to shop but that is about it. They do offer a wide rang of items to buy bit they should. It isn't anything special and the staff are not jumping up and down wanting to help you. I would recommend for the monthly shoppers.
S.Its not a superstore but still has most of the essentials. Prices do go and down lots, mostly up then 'rolled back' to 'special price' which is probably just the normal price.
It has a tiny selection of boys clothes up to age 15years, but tones of girls, but that's the same everywhere.
Finally got the dark green school polo shirt for a local school. Thanks.
I've used the opticians for my 3 lads, wasn't too impressed, we went back to our previous opticians, but others may find it ok & it's good to have the local choice.

D. A.What to say about ASDA? It's like most supermarkets. I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. Customer service has declined over the last decade just like the number of staff on checkouts! This is not unique to this single store however, so can't be held against them. Nor can the increasing prices of smaller and lighter portioned products in ever more sophisticated layers of plastic packaging! Check out the plastic containers of 8 or 9 (yes really) assorted nuts discounted proudly at 25p. God Help Us....

S.I want to give recognition to the lovely man who works in the cafe,I felt faint whilst doing my shopping so went in here,he could tell I wasn't feeling well so told me to sit down and brought my things over.he kept checking on me and chatting.He didn't have to take the time to do this but his kindness went along way.so many thanks again 😃

k. r.Plenty of parking spaces. Low prices on fuel. Free wifi that reconnects automatically updated 48 apps in just the few minutes I was there. Helpful friendly staff. No complaints at all.
D. R.The asda I normally use, good park area, trolleys don't need that hard to find pound coin to use them, the staff are helpful unfortunately some of the shelf stackers seem to be oblivious to shoppers and more intent on stacking shelves.
