K. E.Having recently had an accident, I have been using the delivery service. I cannot fault it at all. This is my 3rd delivery and every driver has been so helpful. I live in an apartment on the 2nd floor with no lift. The delivery drivers have been 100% helpful. Waitrose have so many good deals and offers. What I find also is the salad and fruit products stay fresh beyond their use by date. Definitely would never change to another provider. 100% satisfied.

G.Very bright, clean and classy, the staff obviously take pride in their jobs, huge range of items without the store being physically enormous and foreboding, nice and spacious layout of self-service, tills and tobacco desk; the opening hours were a bit frustrating when I worked nearby for many years but that wasn't something the store could help

Great selection of green grocery, with a wide choice of vegetables, fruit and salad ingredients, wonderful wines for most budgets and a great choice of your weekly staples. The fresh meat and fish counters have a good range to select from as does the cheese counter.

A. S.I was disappointed. Waitrose is my favourite store back in Kent. So while away visiting we popped in to there local branch. The store lacked the normal well stocked shelves, friendly staff, only one counter open and a tedious self service system.

H.ErFirst visit to this store very happy yes something's are expensive but the range and quality are fantastic got an Irish whisky for 20 pound new potatoes the best ive ever tasted if you want cheap go to lidl but if you want quality you know where to go the staff are very smart and very knowledgeable
W. F.I only popped in to use the toilet as others were closed. But when I came out into the main shop I was tempted in further due to the beautiful armoa of the cooked foods etc. It certainly got me in the mood for a bite to eat. The whole store was immaculate and welcoming. It may be more expensive to buy your weekly shop but the quality in my opinion was well worth it. Will definitely use again

C. T.I shop in Waitrose most weeks. It is a lovely, clean, spacious store. The staff are always polite and helpful. And despite it's reputation, it is not that expensive. I spend on average £30 less a week on my weekly shop than I do in Morrisons. It is a pleasure to visit.
J. T.Wheelchair accessible entrance and aisles. Disabled parking bays but they need more. Great fresh produce section as you walk in, followed by the meat and fish. Like all store they have you usual tins etc. However what I like are the unusual items for various styles of cooking, I especially like the chocolate for cooking with great quality. Then their range of toiletries are vast and the special ranges are amazing quality and fragrant. There is a good range of wines and spirits also having vintage drinks like port and the upscale gins. Can be busy but worth a visit for something different.

C. J. F. H.Easy access by bus to and from Hull as stop right next to the store. Plenty of products inside and with wide open aisles around the store. Finding items in store a little difficult as not many store staff on the shop floor but when found, quite logical layout. Quality of fresh goods looks good.
B. S.A pleasant place to shop as the aisles are wide and the store is rarely busy. Although many products are more expensive than identical ones elsewhere, there are good offers to be found and the store is very useful for those hard to get items which you buy only rarely. The free coffee is excellent and in my view far superior to that which is served in the cafe. I am, however, left with a very poor impression of Waitrose customers who seem to think that they are too posh to return trollies or to leave the toilets in an acceptable state. I feel sorry for the staff who have a herculean task trying to keep them clean.
D. G.A cooks dream - always great for finding ingredients you can’t get in other supermarkets. Of course it is on the pricey side. Location is good, just off the a164, parking good and some other stores nearby. Staff I have found a bit hit and miss, some really friendly but others can be a bit terse and cold.

n. w.Well, first let me say it was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The 3 star rating is sadly a reflection of the struggle of high street and supermarket retail to compete in these troubles times. Lots of empty shelves, and not many customers, a sadly self fulfilling feedback loop. I really wish them well, its terribly hard out there.

If you have to ask the price of everything and the value of nothing, this probably isn't for you - there are however plenty of cheap and cheerful alternatives nearby in Willerby Retail Park! Great social atmosphere, caters for many tastes.

A. U.Wide range of products at a good price. If you become a MyWaitrose member, you can get a free cup of tea or coffee and a free paper if you spend over a certain amount. The staff are very pleasant and approachable. Lots of reduced items!!

Great that they offer a few newspaper when you spend so much as well as a hot drink. You will need a waitrose card for this privilege.
The only snag is that the cigarette and lottery is the same checkout as the basket only section.
But if you paying by card then you can use the self checkout.
a.Like any other Waitrose! A great selection of produce as well as alcohol and everything in between. Well laid out. Not cheap but you get what you pay for! Plenty of parking too and easy access from all major routes.

K.No matter who you are. ... how you dress..... how good your queens English is...... this particular store does not make you feel any less deserving to shop here than the multi millionaire you're stood next to. Specifically chose to go to waitrose for their amazing selection and choices of both cooking and baking ingredients. Thankyou waitrose for once again welcoming all.class and wealth of people.

J. D.At this difficult time of the covid virus, Waitrose has done everything possible to make shopping safe. They have a queing system, sanitising trollies and baskets and even offer separate times for NHS staff. With their scanner you don't even have to go to a checkout till, making it faster and easier for your shopping experience. staff are always very pleasant and happy to help.
P. B.Queuing to get in again which seemed unnecessary, some poor stock levels, not enough tills in operation, cafe appeared closed, member of staff that served me no mask on. For a top end shop the experience was more bottom end.
V. G.Love Waitrose. Some things are a bit more expensive but it's good quality and a better variety of the hard to find recipy ingredients. I bought some stir fry duck breast strips today.

B. B.I like Waitrose in Willerby there is plenty of space to social distance and the policy of counting people in seems to work well.. Yes they are a little bit more expensive than others but its a price well paying for if you feel safe.
N. P.The store is a perfectly acceptable if pricy shop with excellent selection of groceries. However, the car park, which is shared with other businesses, has to go down as one of the worst design layouts with a horrendous bottleneck for the exit. Avoid at peak times, or allow plenty of time for getting home...
