This is a nice suburban branch with clothes and other non-food products, making a good range. It only lacks a cafe, which the larger stores have.

Just wanted yo say WELL DONE!!! For the first time since covid began I actually felt that staff were confronting people not sticking to the social distancing/mask wearing rules. I hope people actually take notice now and we can get this thing under control together.

I usually go shopping at off peak times so its not too busy (even with the recent Covid19 procedures) - this store recently started deploying "scan and pay" on mobile which isn't too bad, but app is a bit laggy and so is the transfer to the main EPOS terminal; not quite as smooth as Tesco with "Scan as you shop"

Staff is friendly, they have a good selection and they have family parking on the side, which is a plus for those with young children. Early morning however, it is difficult to find an open cashier and one is forced to go through the self check in, even with a trolley. Since they opened probably one of the most competitive petrol stations in this area of Ipswich, I only get my petrol here. It is also easily accessible via Bourne Park (pass via the parking of the GP practice where there is a pedestrian access). 2 ATM machines can be found on the left of the entrance.

Have shopped at whitehouse asda and needed tranquilisers by the time we got out!! Staff unhelpful and even been tutted at for asking where an item is. !!! Stoke park asda small but staff are realy helpful and polite always a smile for you A clean compact store good car parking and some great offers and sales.

Hi I was shopping on saturday morning I had my weekly shop which is massive as we are a large family the shop assistant helped me pack took time for me to getbags in trolley and at the end I asked to pay card and cash I think the gentle man was new as he wasn't quite sure which buttons to press he not only smiled throughout but said sorry that he made me wait I would like to say what a lovely man he was and really helpful it made the weekly shop not so much a struggle I am sorry I think he's name was Dharka sorry if spelt wrong Yours sincerely Mrs Tracy McGInn

Didn't have a wooden spoon. Was told to go to customer service desk they would call white house store. 8 minutes later no answer. Come on Asda answer your phone. Lady on customer service desk was not really happy to phone the other store as"they never answer "
