Good place for frozen edibles with a variety of options.

Good deals, narrow aisles. Every time I've been here there has been 1 out of 3 checkouts open but queues are never too bad

In truth I only walked past the store but my phone thinks I went in. The walk past this store was incredible -both stimulating and moving, apart from the smell of weed.

Shout out for recognition to Luke our delivery driver firstly, he's always polite and helpful. As for the store itself, I've called a few times due to various enquiries and always spoken to the same female member of staff, I think she may be store manager? I'm unsure as I never remember to take her name but she's fabulous at customer service so she really needs some recognition for it. If calls are recorded I'm happy to be contacted so I can give you my personal information for our calls to be listened to. Thank you all for your hard work, we know it's not an easy job. Stay safe.

The wholemeal, pittas although "reduced" at two for £1 are still more expensive than Sainsbury and Aldi. The bananas aren't fair trade and couldn't see free range/outdoor bred meat. But at least the orangutan policy is in place.

Iceland foods is everything you expect from an Iceland. This is a smaller store but with a good selection. It is in a good location to jump on the bus home with your shopping. I did feel I had to wander the whole shop to find what I was looking for, labels could be clearer.

I do like Iceland and buy all my ice cream gateauxs and was also buying my slimming world food from there every week but you do not seem to have all the meals I like anymore is this your choice or slimming world please I don't eat meat although I do eat fish I used to like the sweet potato curry but they have now put a lot of aubergine in for me it has spoilt it I visit Iceland everyweek either in town at the food warehouse or the Range thank you sandy stevens

Ok for a basic frozen shop, price's reasonable. Get there early if want delivery, IP2 area especially!! Place's go fast. Unfortunately, they don't deliver out of the town to the village's where people really need it.

Shame for Debra and good staff at Iceland ipswich sailmakers if it's true I was told outside the ipswich shop you are closing . Is it true? Most of us will miss you Debra however we the buying public have noticed 70% of your Iceland sailmakers shop staff and delivery drivers are NOT Bothered if we the customers are in the shop or not . A delivery driver said himself he hadn't bothered wearing a face mask since the very start over year ago of rules and laws to wear them he comes inside customers homes with NO MASK NO 2METER SAFE DISTANCE ALSO

Yep Iceland love it really good selection ironically there is a large shop down the road and they charge a lot more for the same sort of stuff so Iceland comes up trumps every time in my wallet home delivery is even better. Five stars all the way.

Very convenient store in a very convenient location since it is directly next to the bus station so you can buy frozen and hop on a bus. The store isn't as big as it could be but there simply isn't enough space in the unit.

Is the remain shop in Ipswich from Iceland Chain. Is very well located and has massive sells. Fortunately. Because many products are really cheaper and has a large range of.
