Morrisons has very good options for day to day groceries for moderate price. I liked the quality of chicken and lamb, but many more to try.

There café is nice for a Sunday lunch. A large shop that is kept clean and tidy. I like the new layout. There prices are a bit high but nice for the quality. I miss the arcade on site I had 3000 tickets and they didn’t make much notice.

Cafe taste and ambience are very good. There is a kids menu which is served free all day with drink and chips. previously fish and chips are also include in kids menu which i dont found in latest visit. moreover, there is a discount of 1 pound on one dish daily after 3 pm.

Morrisons have good quality foods and lots of choices from fresh cooked pies etc to fresh cream cakes and bread and much more, especially fruit and vegetables, they have competitive prices which helps when you are on a budget. Worth a visit.

The store is great but two days running Amazon order cancelled 10 minutes after the end of the delivery slot.. won't bother using that again as I'm now going to starve to death and die.

Let's be fair this is a supermarket, a mundane but necessary part of life. This particular Morrisons is a good 10 mile from home but I thought it was worth the effort, of the additional drive. It's clean and bright as you would expect, there is plenty of space in the carpark. The variety of produce is extensive, with all the usual brands and pack sizes available. The checkouts were busy, with the infernal auto checkouts available if you're that way inclined (I'm not). I'm not a fan of grocery shopping, but this was surprisingly bearable, the store is well laid out, with meat, fish, the bakery and others taking the style of a high street shop, I liked it. We tried the cafe as well, a hard hour of shopping requires a cup of tea, it was excellent throughout.

Best butcher so far I went to for being a supermarket, a lot of different products from different countries that you can't find in other supermarkets, in general best supermarket in UK however if you going into this particular store after 8pm specially where the chocolate section is there are always a bunch of teenagers chatting leaving stuff in the middle so you can't even pass through, this is the 3rd time it happened to me that's why 4 stars though

Fresh vegetables and fruit available in abundance, even fresh lychees. I love to cook from scratch, If you do this is the supermarket to visit. Also the deli is fabulous, quiches, pates with an assortment of continental meats to create the perfect platter. A great shopping experience with competitive prices, we definitely need that!

Go to Morrisons for various supplies Supermarket supplies, as they have a shoe repair/ key cutting shop in store too, also handy supllies at Fuel station, so a handy place all round..!

Standard supermarket. Had a breakfast in the cafe. Beware that when the menu says a small beakfast, they really do mean small. Not enough to fill a child up. Service was friendly and helpful though.

I love this store but I always bought farmhouse bread from the stowmarket store before it closed, I just got some from this branch and it was awful, so what happened to the lovely bread I used to get, perhaps you should have brought the baker from stowmarket to bake your bread. I wouldn't buy my meat from anywhere else though Went today may 3rd and had lunch, I had a prawn and mayo sandwich that was completely tasteless and my friend had salmon sandwich with so little salmon in it that a quarter had none at all, the cucumber was cut In thick slices. We expected better and will think very seriously before eating there again, which we often have done In the past. .

Well, apart from it being a huge shop with an enormous rangy of products; today I had help from Emma (several times), jasmine and another lady whose name I didn’t catch. As a visually impaired person (with a white stick) I didn’t find such a large place daunting... because if the amazing staff!!

Haven't been here since before 1st lockdown. I was surprised at the new entry road layout to the new and extended car park. Whatc really impressed me was the redesign of the shop interior. Wider aisles, better display of produce and other items. Loved the new delicatessen, butchers, fishmongers and not forgetting the cake shop. Loved the coffee shop too. Morrisons has really upgraded itself. Just the restaurant seemed to have missed out, or is this next for refurbishment.

Missing their beetroot bread rolls but there's always plenty of other options. Nice big car park means we've never had to drive round trying to find a car space.

Since the start of the pandemic, this Morrison's supermarket is the most convenient store, location wise and where I can get most things I need, including clothes. I have always liked Morrison's, as they have some great offers. However, like all the larger supermarkets, their pandemic management has been really good: sanitizing trolleys, lots of sanitizing stations, so no need to delay others, good crowd control and staff who are helpful/cheerful, during what must be a stressful time for them. The aisle are wider than the budget stores, so it feels easier to socially distance and navigate your way around. There is also a dispensary, cash machines and a petrol station, so a good place for once a week shopping, if you are limiting covid exposure. The car park spaces are generous, since the new system was introduced. I have struggled to find jam sugar in stock, but that is a minor/niche gripe. I love the cheese offers!! Given the wonderful effort by staff, I am disappointed that some customers, at times, have not repaid this excellent service and have thrown their contaminated disposable masks and gloves in trolleys or in the car park. Disgraceful behaviour. The store staff deserve more respect. Where would we be without them.

I have shopped with morrisons for years and until recently have been very happy doing so. But recently i have had several incidents of rudeness and un helpfulness from staff. I've also been quite concerned throughout the pandemic about the cleanliness of both the self serve trolley tills at this store, particularly as I have wanted to use them to avoid close contact and another person handling the goods I'm buying. Considering shopping elsewhere now mainly because of the treatment I've received from a few staff.

This store has recently gone through a transformation, probably at great costs. Although the layout is taking time to adjust too, they really seem to have got the balance right. And it is noticeable the store has got busier. The New little coffee Bar, by the check outs does a nice coffee, and watch out for the brekkie roll and coffee deal. Great value. Management need to sort out staffing levels at busy times though!!! The fetching and carrying of bacon and sausages from the main cafe is also crazy, and time consuming. You have a Big queue, staff being under pressure, and one of them then have to troop off to fetch fresh supplies?? Would suggest that you give the staff facilities to cook their own bacon and sausages, or someone from the main cafe bring fresh supplies to the coffee bar. There sorted, perhaps? This doesn't take anything away from the very hard-working friendly staff who run the coffee area. Well done.

Haven't been in here for a while and I was so impressed with the change in entering and exiting the site. So well done and totally streamlined as was the interior. Just popped into the Ipswich branch, was greeted by staff and security guards. Hand gel & wipes were available and there was a limit on the number of people who were allowed in the shop. Food looked fresh, and the staff were clean and tidy. The shop has been revamped since I was last there, so the aisles were wider and a lot more variety of stock.

Wow looks fantastic with the new refurb. I took me a little while to get my bearings as some of the items gad been moved around the store. Once I had sussed it out found my shopping route more convenient. Still great quality and prices to match. Thank you to the customer service assistant who couldnt of helped me more excellent service. Didn't use to like going to this store, vastly improved since my last visit though. Might become our new place for a big shop. Only thing is the access, looks like the layout recently changed and not sure they have improved it. When going to their petrol station if one person is waiting for a pump to become available more suited to their side of the car the you can't get around them to use one more suited for yours! If that even makes sense.

A larger Morrisons supermarket not far from A14 Sproughton Junction. It's quite a well spaced out supermarket for it's size. Some supermarkets can feel a bit claustrophobic but this has a very calm, light & airy feel to it :-) . The staff are very polite & friendly too. The car park is very large & I never have any trouble finding a parking space. The Ten Pin Bowling alley that was nextdoor to the store was demolished recently, more parking was added & the entrance to the petrol station much improved.

Well the shopping was good. However the cafe dining experience was awful. Dirty cups and filthy sticky trays. At midday with the cafe only half full it took 27 minutes to get an omelette and chips to my table. The table behind me demanded to see the manager and the elderly couple beside me who ordered 5 mins after me were still waiting for theirs when I left at 12.50. Overall because we like the supermarket and cannot split the rating I will give it a 3.

Ordered prepared party food for 150 people attending a ‘wake’, their largest order to date! The food was all beautifully prepared and set out - so all we had to do was remove the lids so every could tuck in. Without exception everyone enjoyed the food from sandwiches, savoury platters, spicy nibbles to fresh fruit and mini cakes. The staff at the store were very prompt in helping us to the car - 5 trolley loads! Well done - will definitely recommend them in future!!

I popped into here for a couple of bits on my way home. This is not a local supermarket for me. For a Saturday (before Easter) it was relatively quiet. I'm only giving this a 3 out of 5 as this store has went downhill fast. I was in today 01/11/2018 and they're either having a refit/refurbishment or it's closing. I've shopped here for nearly 9 years now and the products I used to love and buy regularly aren't there anymore,which is such a shame as I used to love this shop. They're dates on certain products aren't always that good either. Still 3 out of 5's not bad,but if it doesn't improve soon I may be forced to shop elsewhere. 😔

I visit morrisons daily as my work place is literally 3 mins away. The store itself is always kept clean and tidy. The staff always seem pleasant and helpful. The trolleys and car park are always kept clean. Since their big revamp of the car park, it has given more space and easy access to the petrol station and shop. It has worked well. The reason for 4 stars is since the covid outbreak their queuing system is really confusing. Obviously before masks were made mandatory there was one queue in place. Then a while after that there was two seperate queues. One was made for a quick shop and the other for large shops. Fair enough. Then a couple of days later it changed. And another few days later it changed again! It then went to have no queue separator at all and has now gone back to being a quick or large shop. It's already extremely confusing for people to get to understand their local shops rules. But to keep changing them isn't fair. My other reason for 4 stars is rubbish. Although I said the car park is clean and tidy I have noticed that people walk back from morrisons and throw rubbish in the edge at the back near the industrial units. I have also heard about one of the car wash workers going to the toilet behind those hedges! And it wasn't a number one. I think morrisons should have more bins. Even just two large ones.

I like the new store. I would make 2 comments. The first is about If you drive in pass the garage, turn left and then immediately left again to park. There are no dropped kerbs in this area, this means that if you bring your trolley across the pedestrian crossing back to your car, you either have to lower it from the kerb or push it along the road. Is there any fix for this? My second comment would be that the lone person working the till in the cafe during my visit did sterling work in the face of a queue + refilling the drinks machine - well done!

I would like to thank the staff (two lovely ladies in the flower/plant section) as you enter the store, for stopping a man who was entering the store with a trolley WITHOUT wearing a face mask, who hadn't even bothered to use the hand sanitizer gel, of which there was a more than ample supply! WELL DONE TO THESE DILIGENT STAFF MEMBERS - THIS STORE SHOWED SOME GUMPTION. I have been in a number of stores and if I see somebody without a mask and enquire with a staff member, in general they shrug their shoulders and say we're told we can't say anything, it's a police matter. I have recently come out of shielding, I have serious health issues and would be exempt from wearing a mask BUT do so for the sake of everyone, not just myself.........let's put the KIND into MANKIND please x

Junction 54 on the a 14 and a short drive along the Sproughton Road leads to the huge car park where there is a car washing service while you shop. The shopping area is huge with a pharmacy and a key cutting service plus shoe repairs. The cafe is usually busy but there is always room to get a seat. This place is worth a visit

Just your big standard Morissons, staff are a little hit and miss when it comes to attitude towards a customer. The toilets have recently been done up so that's a nice touch. Not my primary supermarket, but still shop here often. The addition of a shoe repair/key cutting shop is a nice touch!

Staff are nice and very clean and lots of food and drinks and clothes and coffee and tills and the floors havent got any holes in and the roof only leaks a small amount and the windows all work as intended and the crisps are good and the biskits are good too and the vegetables are good too and the fruits are good too but sometimes the customers dont smell very nice and they are loud and rude and they arent nice and the people are in the way when I'm trying to go and they wont go but they need to so i can go, the bakery is my best bit it has lots of snacks and bread i like the breads they are good and the snacks as well and the doughnuts as well and the cakes as well thank you morrisons for being not co-op in these hard times you have done good and asda isn't very good the bakery isnt as good and the tills arent as good and the people arent as good and the fruit is smelly. And sometimes the aldi and lidl get confusing I dont know whether I'm in one or the other they are sounding the same and they sell cheap things but they arent as good as morrisons bakery and the shop too because the shop is nice and the fish bar has lots of fish on it I saw a whole salmon on there and though wow hes a big boy I couldnt eat all of that but he was chilling in his ice having a cool time and I didnt want one so I went away and the drinks isle has lots of selection I got coke AND lemonade and I didn't have problem picking them up because the wheels on the trolley went round and round not up and down like Asda's ones do. All in all I had a good time see you next time on the adventures of wanpachi and friend bye bye.

I've shopped at the Ipswich store for since it opened and always used to buy fuel at the same time. I now use it less and less, especially fuel wise. The fuel station often has only one till open which leads to the forecourt becoming blocked and the inevitable delays. The food store also suffers from a shortage of staff on the floor so I have to search for a member of staff to slice bread or to serve at the deli counter. All in all, Morrisons need to reinvest in people in order to provide an acceptable level of service.

I shop here because it's basically right near my house, I'm afraid the standards have gone down hill greatly, Morrisons come on TV with there keeping prices down advert but only for named products, most of their owm products seem to have gone up quite a bit, I know other shops have had price rises, the first National supermarket con was when they all matched prices, so many prices all shot up not down, Morrisons don't seem to match prices unless they are "Named" brands, lets face it everybodys own brand bread seems to be cheaper than Morrisons, I shop around 7p.m at night after work and they always have basic shopping items not in stock that time of night, why open till 10 when your shelve are empty at 7p.m, I'm talking about simple things like Bread, lettuce, fruit etc etc, always seems to be their own products missing , I reckon for the last 4yrs on a trot they have had freezers out of action in the middle of summer, again not there fault but to have eqipment constantly broken can't do anybody any good, hopefully one good thing coming soon is Aldi's are supposed to be building a store across the road, that will make them pull their socks up, a bit of healthy competition, with Aldi's and Lidl's constantly coming across these days above the other supermarkets, I'll still shop here but will have much better choices once Aldi appears as well

I went to Morrisons, Ipswich, on Saturday because I wanted some Carlsberg Special Brew (for some visiting friends). Tesco and Asda have decided to become the *Drinking Police* and no longer stock it since last year. Their loss, at £7.60 for 4 ! So far, Morrisons and Sainsbury consider their customers are adults who can make their own decisions. Naturally, I bought other goods as well, which Asda and Sainsbug missed out on as well.
