Paid £8.50 for Express delivery, only to find my £60 order had had 2 and a half bags of shopping. Then there was 17 items missing. Tried to call the store couldn't get through. Done a online refund to be advised today that it has been rejected. Called customer service to go through the whole process again . And the I have have to wait 3/5 working days for refund JOKE will not be using this again . No apology nothing .....

Large Asda superstore which is open till late but not a 24 hour store. Well laid out spacious store. Has a large spacious car park, has cash points for convenience. Inside all the usual Asda grocery stuff you need from fresh fruits and vegetables, n confectionary, drinks, bakery amongst other things. Has self checkout section as well as plenty of tills. Friendly staff able to help you out when needed. Pleasant shopping experience with nice modern store.

I'd like to thank Linda on customer services for her expertise and knowledge! ...she not only dealt with 3 separate refunds for me at "warp" speed, she also checked that I had found everything I asked her to direct me to when she spotted me later in the store ...great customer service!!

Friendly staff, but how can self-checkout replace the tills when it's not permitted to do a full trolley on the trolley shop self-checkout? Let us pay with cash on Scan and Go and stop turning it off when it's late evening!

In my opinion, this is the best Asda in Liverpool... great parking, huge store, upstairs area with garden centre, photo area & camping equipment, really kind & friendly staff. I needed help with getting photos printed yesterday and the lovely woman on the photo stand, Kelsey, couldn't have been more helpful, she really helped me out without me even asking, she was just fab!

I went to the Asda in Huyton today and was dreading it, as I’m 68 and with a heart condition but to my surprise I glided through the aisles. Even though a lot of the items where missing you could see the staff trying their best to get what they have out to the aisles. Also the cleaning staff where hard at it. It was good that they keep about 4 or 5 checkouts for the old and ill, this made a lot of difference and a special thank you to my checkout lady who was kind as I wasn’t the fastest in the world getting my stuff through, also the free bacon butty that they gave out to us oldies etc.

Placed an order for delivery. A lovely lady rang before my order arrived to say if I had any trouble or was unhappy with anything to ring her and left the number. My order arrived on time and all was correct or so I thought. I put my shopping away but a few days later when lifting out 3 of the same product one was out of date . I had checked the top 2 pieces of steak but not the bottom one. I rang the store and explained thinking they would just make a note of it. I didn't expect them to bring a new piece of steak to my door a couple of hours later, but they did. Was very impressed. Thank you very much for you great customer service.

Big thank's to Asda Huyton for the early entrance for the elderly, vulnerable and carer's. There was limited stock on the shelves, enough to get by and so much better as there was no crushing. I hope this is a regular thing? Thank you again we were running low on a lot of groceries your a life saver.

Great place, absolutely massive, sells a huge range of products but staffing levels are too low, especially in the present circumstances. Only one cashier at the back exit by the security desk. Her queue was a good 20 deep and the poor woman looked on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

The customer service I received yesterday was above & beyond. My car door was dented by a careless customer on the carpark who then drove off before I had returned to my car. The lady working at the security desk did her best to identify how it had happened on the car park cameras along with the help of another member of staff working outside in a yellow hi-vis jacket. They both went out of their way to help me even though we weren't able to identify the culprit. Something similar happened to my mother-in-law at Tesco's who refused to get involved. I am extremely grateful to the two before the boys lovely staff at Huyton Asda for their help and kindness.

So happy that I can't continue going to Asda as they do not enforce masks which is the most amazing thing as a company they can do. Making masks mandatory is very dangerous as they do not actually prevent catching covid they prevent blood splashes. They also lower your oxgyen levels. BE SAFE SAY NO TO MASKS. THANKYOU ASDA!!!

My husband is 82 and has just stood in the rain for an hour because it was supposed to be pensioners allowed between 8 and 9 only to be told it had been changed to NHS staff only it would be a good idea to make sure that people know when you decide to change. I am in all support of this but please let us know

Constantly picking up out of date food. Wonderful friendly staff but Lazy unassertive managers not making them check dates...fruit and vege often gone off . Store is clean and tidy but be careful of fresh oroduce. Also was sent a parking fine by Asda's parking eye service. They said I had left my vehicle overnight...I challenged and the sent photos...exibit A was leaving store at round about and exibit B was entering store. Next day...I visit this two consecutive days a week and can visit it twice on the Friday or Saturday. A few people have had parking fines sent and I notice review here mentions same

I had arranged to meet my 83 year old mum as she needed to go to the optical dept as she is unsteady walking I arranged to meet her after I finished work in the cafe. As she entered the store a staff member called Sheila came over to help her and took her to the cafe and got her drink for her. I arrived to find my mum happily waiting for me As we sat there Sheila came back to make sure that my mum was ok Sheila is a credit to the store.

I am not a usual Asda shopper and local is Hunts Cross but they've stopped stocking Tinned Dole Pineapples in Juice and more recently Goat's Milk. Called Asda Huyton who not only assured me they had the pineapples but also aisle they were in. Just been up there and noticed that they do goats milk too. I purchased 12 tins of pineapple in 2 cartons. Got to car and was struggling to open bag and put carton in when lovely chap called Wayne came over and put both cartons in bag for me, all with a smile and friendly chat. My visit to Asda Store in Huyton Liverpool was really nice and refreshing!!! Store was extensive and just off the M62 Motorway!!!! A good opportunity to stop and shop for any journey essentials indeed!!!! Very handy and full of variety groceries and other products, and customer services!!!!!

I usually love asda but I do particularly drive to huyton asda to buy meat bundles from the butchers. Having heard the Mcgees is being removed, I don't think it's for the best. I understand the fact they aren't selling meat but I never travel to huyton and just buy mcgees. I always buy the rest of my shop too. Without the butchers I won't travel there at all. I will be going to a butcher's elsewhere so money is definitely being lost from my shop. Also the fact I've heard it's for selfish reasons to sell their own not as great value for money meat and additionally to hear not one member of staff from mcgees was offered a job within asda... very brutal for a family friendly shop. Also not impressed with the fact it was heard through hear say and there was no advertisement or information online so a trip to asda was a waste.

Plenty of verity as you would expect from a shop this size. Seem to be trying to kill the town centre by having a bank, sports shop ect all in the shop. I hate using the self checkout because I like talking to the staff and hopefully keeping them in a job. You seem to get pushed towards the self checkouts when theirs a que so they don't have to open any more tills.
