I went shopping last night in Tesco Old Swan. A massive shout out to two members of staff whose name I did not get....sorry. The gentleman stocking the Pet foods went above and beyond to find me some tropical fish food. The lady on the tea and coffee aisle. A credit to the store . All the staff very friendly under very difficult times for them. Merry Christmas to you all xx

Visit here regularly as it’s my local store. Shop is always clean and tidy, staff always friendly and there to help when needed despite it being busy. Can always find what I’m looking for as there is a good range of stock. The ladies who work in the cafe are really lovely too. 😊

As supermarket's go it's quite good,the only thing that could put people off is the small amount of people that hang around begging,the old swan area it somewhat rough, it's nothing Tesco can do much about.

A superstore with a large selection of food and drink products including alcoholic drinks. There are many items for the home including kitchenware and electrical goods. A cafe provides hot and cold snacks and meals. Toilets and baby-changing facilities are available close to the cafe. There is a large car park.

Was desperately looking for a particular initial mug (couldn’t find my initial), and couldn’t find it in other stores, or this one- asked a member of staff who I think may have been a supervisor/manager, who went and searched for me. Took a while, but he managed to find me one hidden away somewhere. He was so helpful and friendly, absolutely made my day, thanks so much to him. Super pleased customer! Other staff I talked to were lovely too, such a nice store.

I absolutely love going to Tesco in Old Swan as the staff are all so pleasant. I have been to other stores and sadly the staff seem miserable (especially Allerton Road). Last time I was in Old Swan Tesco I actually spoke to one of the managers and mentioned his staff to him as I was at the time complimenting a member of staff to him. Been going to this store since it first opened. Ideal location with plenty of parking both for able and disabled customers. Shop is on one level and disabled friendly. Dividers are still in place so you can still feel safe regarding covid. There are places at the entrance to the shop for you to sanitise your hands and your trolley. In all, a very good shop with plenty of variation of products. Definitely worth a visit, plus there is an on site cafe too with good food if you fancy a snack or a cuppa.

Easy parking, most customers wearing masks, but not all. A large store with plenty of choice, no matter what the item. Fresh fruit and vegetables in good supply and well laid out. Most staff friendly and helpful. The only criticism is moving aisles around which becomes confusing

The store was not very crowded, plenty of room on the large car park and lots of check outs manned when I had finished my shopping. I was in formed by the lady on the checkout that this was always the case on Sundays.

Just back from shopping at vulnerable hour and we’ll done to all the staff! Not too many people in and was able to get most things. It was getting busy as we were leaving, hopefully they are going to have limits on the number of people allowed in at one time. Keep up the good work it is really appreciated.

Have just done my shopping. There was a small queue but it moved reasonably quickly. Recently cleansed trolley available on entry to the store. Floor marked out with directional arrows with staff pointing this out to those wanting to go the wrong way. Staff members directing you to the next available checkout. This morning shopping in Tesco Old Swan was the first time in three weeks I have felt safe shopping. I queued outside at a safe marked distance, I was given a trolley near the door which was cleansed. There was plenty of room to shop and well stocked shelves. Then when I went to pay I was to go to aisle 14 which was well marked to keep your distance, at the end was an assistant telling you which till to go to. When at the till I had to load from a given mark, then when loaded I moved to the other end on another given mark. I don't often shop at Tesco's Old Swan but this will be my shop from now on. Well done to all your staff.xxxx

This Tesco is very well stocked and staff are polite. On my recent visit had problem with self service till. Had to have help from staff twice. I have found recently with the introduction of several ways to pay electronically that self service has become too complicated. I shall be going back to using a manned till !!

I use this store to do all of my shopping. I suffer from fibromyalgia and my pain has been so bad this week. Anyway, I was to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the staff that helped e today. I struggled with my trolley for the checkout when a member of staff saw me struggling and escorted me to a seat. She requested a first aider to come. In the meantime she organised getting my shopping packed away all neat and tidy. The first aider arrived and asked if he could call anyone for me and showed so much compassion. The checkout lady and another lady had everything done all I had go do was pay for my shopping. The firstaider (a male) pushed my very heavy trolley and a lady carried my three bags of shopping out to the taxis outside. I cannot thank the staff enough. Their help was VERY much appreciated. Thank you all so very much

The one way system should be brought back until we are properly out of this pandemic. People are milling around and getting into groups. Doesn't feel safe.

I've found the staff are lovely and helpful. If you can't find anything, or it has moved, don't be shy, just ask! the store managers also try and minimise clutter and temporary displays in the gangways, which are a hazard to push chair and wheelchair users.

I have used this store since it opened.On the whole the staff are normally very helpful and friendly.The exception to the rule is a lady on the customer service desk Ann.Always has a surly look on her face and it always seems to much effort to deal with customers. This is a large superstore and you have to spend some considerable time to look at everything or find the things you want if you do not know exactly the location of the items although staff are helpful
