This is a supermarket based in Kingsbury if you are looking for a Lebanese ingredients they sell anything and everything. Also do a fresh meat counter fresh bread olives nuts and lots of fruit and veg. There is parking on the main road and the nearest station would be Kingsbury. This supermarket also has a separate shop a few doors away where they do all different types of Lebanese sweets and dried fruit. They even gift wrap for you if required

Impeccable service as usual, wonderful range of products. For Some reason the Sohan is cheaper here than in Alwan Sweets? It's £6.00 here and £8.25 in Alwan Sweets, which is a bit dishonest. Anyway, always a good experience and very helpful staff

You can do all your middle easterners food shopping here. Excellent butchers too with all sorts of fresh Halal meat. They even provide for restaurants and community programs. Fresh meat selection is amazing here, Plus a good variety of pre-prepared meats for shawarma, kebabs and more. They have a separate fresh fruits section too.

I've been living in the area for last three decades. Know almost all the shops when and how they cMe into being. This is the first Iraqi stores opened around 1992, and eversince serving the clientale. The only pain in the proverbial is the butcher's. The Afghan guy pretending to be an Arab is extremely rude and arrogant to non Muslims. I was the only person waiting , and looks somewhere else barking NEXT? Man, we all know your background. Customer service is key to business. Learn.

This is very good supermarket for Iraqi and Mediterranean fruit and vegetables, foods, meat and spices. The disadvantage of this supermarket it’s too small you can not hardly turn around in the shop and there products are a bit expensive compared to others supermarkets plus it’s hard to find parking near to the shop.

Great variety of fresh produce

If you are from the middle East, this is your one stop supermarket. It stores all middle Eastern food. Sells halal meat as well. It's fruit and veg are always fresh. The price is generally fair. I find it's halal frozen food the best. Quite a large variety of frozen food, a great alternative and much superior to your full fish and chips dinners after work!

The fruits are lovely, the staff are very friendly and the butcher is splendid. Very good prices on the meat. If you have a complaint, they want to listen to you attentively and resolve the issue.

Iranian and Arabic ingredients can be found there. For instance Iranian saffron or Halal butchery. However, it is not a well organized store. Every thing is messy. The aisles are too close to each other and two people at the same time cannot pass between them. Overall, for buying some commedities this shop is our only option.

The original and best Middle Eastern shop in kingsbury. Original name was Tetra and was run by a chap called Mustafa back in the mid 1990s. The whole little precinct has changed since this shop first arrived. Now it’s a lively bizarre with cafes and other Beirut/Baghdad style shops. Certainly a change from when Tetra first established itself back in the mid 90s. Would recommend to anyone looking to cook up some Middle Eastern food for a dinner party.

Very busy shop especially in Ramadan. Wide variety of oriental foods and halal meat. Prices are not the cheap in Kingsbury and the food quality is not the best. Staffs are friendly to customers. They have putcher inside the store. Waiting time on the till is reasnoble on normal days and very long in Ramadan.

Alwan is an excellent specialty supermarket with a wide selection of Iranian, Iraqi and Middle Eastern produce. Alwan's is smaller but owned and run by a likeable Iraqi gentleman. The service at Alwans's is better than the large supermarkets on Kingsbury manned by Russian refugees who while pleasant enough dont know the specialty produce from a bottle of Vodka. I will visit Alwan again when I get a list of items to procure from the Middle Eastern side of the family. Prices are fair and produce fresh.
