Richard - the sale assistant - has been very kind and nice. He helped us as we didn’t have coin for the trolleys, and he has also helped us to bring down all the foods to the car. We need more people long as him! He has make our day! We will come back!

It’s very cheap, decent selection for the size of the shop and some of the staff are friendly but not particularly covid safe, busy, long queues most times of the day, no one really wearing masks, no hand sanitiser in sight (why is the sanitiser dispenser always empty? Please just open one on the shelf for customers to use!) and they only have hand sanitiser for staff behind the tills that customers can’t use. All the baskets are broken and dirty. It just needs a bit of an overhaul really. The scan and go app is excellent however, similar to Sainsbury’s one, would recommend this

I had, the most delightful experience, shopping here today. And I do, shop around. Plenty. And plenty were the smiles, at Asda. The most courteous, most kind and very well presented attendant, assistem me with my purchase. And I must say, the service provided, was beyond the ability, of The most revered hospitality freeman, in the city on London.

Amazing customer service, staff especially on the later evenings are very friendly and welcoming. A rarity these days in shopping. Rarely any queues aside from expected peak times and an excellent world foods aisle.

This store makes shopping slightly cheaper than going to nearby Sainsburys. However, the freezers are poorly maintained and always seem to have problems, with the exception of one male member of staff and one female, staff generally aren't very helpful or friendly - they don't interact with customers (even a smile). The overall cleanliness of the store could be better too. I've witnessed rolling of eyes and verbal annoyance at being asked to help customers. They're often in conversation at the tills and leave customers waiting despite clearly seeing us stood there waiting to be served. One girl was sat checking her mobile phone whilst serving the customer in front of me and thought a giggle would make up for leaving me waiting, because she hadn't noticed the other customer had packed up and left.... I only go here if I really have to.

I have to wait a bit because the till checkout assistant need help from her supervisor. It was only one checkout toll open and the other self service ones. The was building up and as other staff members did not notice that there was more than three person in the queue. I think someone would open up another till to carry the queue down. There was more than eight persons waiting to cash. The service was not too bad but I think someone should be keeping an eye on the queue at all time. The store is excellently laid out so I think you need the worker to match that. Overall your staffing level is not quiet there because they would walking around instead of serving the customers. Anyway I will always shop at Asda everything because things can only get better.

I found this store being more convenient than other stores around nevertheless they have to sort up the queues issues when it's busy time. Carla it's always very nice and helpful when she's doing my checkout.

Prices are good for many items especially if you are a parent and need to save on the pennies but at the same time you want good quality. Unfortunately the staff are rubbish over wrked i guess rude with attitude and dont really know where anything is just best to have a relaxed walk round.

It has all of the basics and a little more but its one of the medium sized smaller stores (not mini or metro) so there's less variety than you'd hope for but you are more than likely to find what you need here

Great range for it's size and some good discounts for prerishables. I sometimes pop in as not on my beaten path, enjoy the surreal surroundings of the "lost in time" mini arcade surrounding the supermarket.
