Went early for sashimi and sushi but the sitting area not open till 12noon… but they still let us order and sit there 11:45 x Good was okay~ value with that quality~ Not a big store but clean~ 3 people working inside the sushi bar~

Best fish quality in London! Hands down, big statement but it doesn’t get better than that for quality it’s on par with Aqua, sticks & sushi etc but and it’s a big but that’s the only thing you’re getting here it’s a supermarket not a restaurant.

Simply the best sushi in Golders Green. Food is always fresh and there are generous portions of Wasabi and ginger. Also the food is made quick and delivers fast.

They have an absolutrly delicious sushi and many Japanese products on the shelves. Be careful with their opening times as they are a bit peculiar but the sushi is absolutely worth it

When the store is stocked it’s good. But the last two times I visited, they had barely any stock on the shelves. I asked if they had something and was told it’s probably in the back, but they don’t have the time to put it out. I was the only customer int he store. Their freshly made sushi counter has very nice sushi, but the price is a little high at ~£5.60 a roll.

Sushi really good. Service not so great. Unwilling to take an order on the phone at 11.05am for collection asap (11.30 ish). I didn't understand this at all! When we arrived around 11.25 they were willing to make whatever sushi I wanted. I just don't get why they wouldn't take my order when they opened!

Authentic products to buy for home to cook and snack on traditional Asian ingredients. Products include Japanese and Korean drinks, snacks, ingredients and some homeware. Staple items someone would use if they were from Japan! However, this place is also a hidden gem as they serve fresh fish dishes ,like sushi , to go and even have some seating areas to eat in! That’s the best bit, all handmade in front of you. Delicious

My local sushi joint for Saturday Lunch. They have a very good variety including soft shell crab rolls and dragon rolls alog with an extensive sashimi menu. Besides being a sushi bar it is also a small japanese restaurant. If you are going to eat in, it is worth calling ahead if you are going during lunch hours as it gets busy, but there isnt much seating available. Their prices are extremely competitive and staff is friendly. Their loyalty scheme is quite a nice incentive to repeat. It is a must for a uick sushi bite or takeaway in North London!

If you are looking for superb sushi and sashimi (these guys supply Nobu and the best high end restaurants across London) this is the place to drop in or get take away. There is a Japanese store here too , get your Japanese treats and superb grade Sushi at the same time.

A small Japanese market and restaurant, a little expensive but so are most places that specialise in Japanese food and products. Staff are friendly and helpful and most speak some level of Japanese. The selection of items in the store is quite limited, you will probably find the core ingredients but nothing too unusual.

A treasure trove for the sushi lover. From seasonings to sashimi, Atari-ya is my go-to for any kind of Japanese food. Reasonable prices, the freshest sushi grade fish and all manner of asian groceries and accoutrements. There is also an eat-in sushi bar which I haven't tried but I have tried the take away and it was delicious. Atari-ya is right off the A406 so really easy to get to by car. Fortunately for me, I live right nearby!
