Amazing shop with varied selection, friendly and helpful service. Goes above and beyond the usual nuts/pasta/granola of a typical zero waste shop — they have refillable shampoo/conditioner and dishwasher/laundry soap, plus really good dried mango + pineapple and chocolate treats. And make your own almond butter! Also downstairs area is fab. Bring your own containers or use their paper bags.

It’s a very nice shop, it looks lovely, has plenty of things: grains, nuts, pasta, spices, zero waste things and cleaning liquids. And the staff is very helpful and friendly.

amazing zero waste shop in my neighbourhood. Staff is super friendly and always helpful . i 've been trying to avoid plastic packaging for a while and now i buy almost all dry foods in bygram, and also vegetables sometimes (a bit pricey but convenient to get some bits and bobs together with the rest of shopping). Their coffee is amazing and very reasonably priced, it can also be ground in the shop. i recommend.

Lovely shop with very friendly staff. They really make an effort to make the service personal - I feel like I'm seeing old friends when I go in. The ethos is also great, allowing you to shop more sustainably. Many products are a little pricier than the supermarket (although storecupboard staples may well be cheaper) but are package free and most are organic . The labels give good information on the origin of products too so you are fully informed as a customer.

I shop here semi-regularly because I try and cut down on package waste. There is a wide selection of things refill. It's on the pricey side, but it is Parsons Green so accept that. Main problem for me is that the staff are quite blunt and make me feel like I am imposing on them when asking for something, despite the sign saying not to serve yourself. No smiles, no greeting just straight up, "what do you want?" A lack of competition means I come back, but no other reason really.

Great zero-waste shop that has it all- foods, snacks, fresh veg, but also detergents and toiletries on the tap. The owners are very educated on the topic of reducing waste, you can have a chat with them as they are super friendly

I love this store so so much! Not only are the products thoughtfully sourced and of fabulous quality but I have also cut my use of plastic in half, if not more!!! Chris and Tonia are always so welcoming and willing to help. It's always a delight to be there. O, and for anyone reading this... when you go, make sure you go downstairs too! It's a treasure chest of yum!

I shop regularly at Bygram and love this shop. Everything is excellent quality. I love the tahini, olive oil, lentils, sourdough bread, honey and the fresh fruit and vegetables that they sell. I refill my bottles of washing up liquid and clothes washing liquid here as well. All items are very good value for money; the customer service is outstanding and always friendly.

A one-stop shop for so many ingredients, kitchen essentials, treats, household products and eco-friendly tools. The staff are very helpful, the shop is well-stocked and the prices are definitely lower than if you bought the same at a supermarket. Whether or not you're motivated by plastic-free shopping, this is a total gem of a local store - do check it out.

Such friendly service! I’m thrilled to have a zero waste store in the neighborhood. I’ve stopped in to refill a large 3L container of washing machine liquid from their handy tap dispensers in the lower level, as well as sampling their tasty granola. Next up, refilling my dried spices! Highly recommended.

Very nice organic shop! Not too expensive for the rice pasta etc, excellent bread (4-5 pounds for a big loaf) and vegetables (more expensive). I would highly recommend.

Lovely shop, great concept. Loved the displays and range of products. Unfortunately the lady working there was most unpleasant and rude when I asked a few questions about the products.
