M. Z.Customer Service grade, Level 3. Very personable experience: I enjoy shopping there, good atmosphere. I shop there first before two other stores. Five stars mean you can still improve, never forget that.
S.Decent size, nice staff mostly. Prominent location. Standard price, some items slightly dearer than Tesco. Clean and spacious. Theres always this lovely lady selling the Big Issue outside, say Hello to her even if you dont buy an issue, she really appreciates it.
P. H.A nice local store with friendly and helpful staff. Seems expensive, but if you use a loyalty card and buy their own brand items, you can make savings on your purchases, or donate to good causes.

M. V.Not the best co-op store but definitely not bad. Offers a good selection overall but bakery is definitely not its strong point. Also most of the times the self-service checkout machines are broken, so you would have to que for some time. Could definitely be improved
