This shop is in the ground floor of Lauderdale Tower. The new owner started slowly but has now built up a very good offer based around largely organic foods, both fresh and preserved. Fresh bread each day. We now go there for many things we previously had to go to Planet Organic for. If you live in the area, give it a try. It has a good range, and the owner will stock things not currently in her range, if asked.

Lovely shop. I come here for Monmouth coffee beans and salty liquorice. Nice range of items.

A beautiful little shop full of vegetarian and vegan food products as well as a good range of organic cupboard items. Also good to buy plants. Worth the visit!
