Great for getting a few bits. Things to consider is that it's not as vsried as other supermarkets. Also that layout is so annoying because you can't cut through the shop you have to go right to the end of the aisle. Don't know why Iceland does that. Prices are ok for some things

This store is always clean and maintained. The freezers, fridges and shelves are always well stocked and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. 😊

No parking, no gluten free choices. Aside from that it has a good selection of basic items and convenient prices.

The staff make this place. Great manager, great cashiers, pretty much all you need (there's a fresh fruit and veg across the road too). We've used the delivery service which is very clear, cheap and useful if you're busy.

Good store with a wide range and keen prices. Last visit, I heard a man screaming, "There's a line! There's a line here!" over and over and finally realised it was a security guard, and he was screaming at me. He thought I had jumped the queue. When I explained I hadn't, he went from scream to mumbled apology and shuffled off. Nevertheless a good shop. Will deliver, too.

I was shopping on Saturday evening and I must say that I never have seen anything like it before. A lovely checkout lady got verbal abuse by an elderly man. He was with his family I must say I was very shocked to hear such foul language coming out of his mouth especially in front of his wife and child. I felt so sorry for the cashier. But I must say she handled it very well and stood her ground and it was good to see that the manager stepping in.

It's Iceland. Most staples available. Newly refurbished however the self service isle is continuously decommissioned and has never been used since it was made. Could it have something to do with the area?

What can anyone say, this is Iceland, great for frozen foods, and not at shabby for fresh foods either, at low prices, at times even some items they're the lowest around here. Security guard is welcoming and friendly, staff/cashiers, are always smiling genuinely, helpful and somehow I always get a good positive feelings from them...even the odd laughter, which is always great...keep doing a good job guy's!!

Went into Iceland in West Norwood with the aim of getting some bread, eggs and veg. Pleasantly surprised to find near entrance half price seeded bread so bought two. Half price large cauliflowers (at 75p each) so bought three. a half price pineapple at 50p, also bought fish cakes and fingers for a bargain deal. They had the best value garlic and coriander Nan (small 50p, large £1). Eggs are still £1 for ten. Potatoes and sweet potatoes half price. Only downside is they rarely reduce below half price. All in all a good haul. Luckily my big strong friend David had driven me there and carried the bags to his car. I remembered I must shop here more often. Its only parking nearby that's no longer great since Lambeth Council removed most of the street parking.

Poped in just to buy some ice cream but had a very good impression about the whole store: great selection of products, friendly and welcoming staff (good customer service), organized shelves and cleanliness. It was a good feeling to walk between the nicely presented and divided departments and could feel that this store (particularly) is somewhat exceptional in comparison with other Iceland stores. Can recommend.

On a recent visit I was helped by Josephine who I have to say is a credit to Iceland and its ethos. She combined professionalism with friendliness. Oh how I wish every shopping experience could be like this. Absolutely 1st class customer service!

If you are looking for a place that really follows the rules about distancing and that doesn't allow lots of customers inside at the same time, this is the place. Went to small Sainsbury's across the road and aisles I couldn't even pass because it was too full. Good stocked and found all I wanted besides baking powder. Good customer service. Ps: treat them well and with respect they have enough stress!

Iceland food prices are always great. No stupid covid price increases. Nice pleasant store with friendly staff.

The shop looks really great since they've renovated it. It's a lot more cleaner and looks more orderly and spacious as it did before. I always choose to come here compared to the other shops in West norwood as its the cheapest for a lot of things. Most of the staff are friendly, though it gets very busy in there at times, which is when they need more staff on, though the manager mostly sorts it. It's also good now that they lock their liqueurs in a cupboard because a lot of people found it easy to steal from there before. You get the occasional trouble maker in there, though the regular security guard is normally quick at sorting any trouble out. He is very friendly and chatty as well, and I know he helps the other staff out when they're really busy.

West Norwoods Iceland is my go to store. I work for a small Mental Health charity just up the road in Knights Hill, my job is to feed up to 50 people a day, a healthy and interesting lunch, and pretty much all I need to do this I can get at this store. The delivery service works brilliantly for me, a big shop on Monday morning sets me up for the week, and then I may pop in for the odd bits at other times, if only to say Hi to the staff, who I reckon to be really friendly and welcoming, a community store with an authentic community vibe, thank you. And a big thank you to Jay Sinclair, our local store manager, I enjoy your banter, and when I told him about the local charity I work for, he was able to give us a discount on one of our big shops, it was a big help and very much appreciated, brilliant.

I like Iceland, u have to be a bit careful as they tend to round up prices to the nearest pound, but some great bargains. Yeh sure everyone in there seems to be from the roughest part of town, and the prices are not always completely up to date, but I don't like to pay more in a supermarket for no reason, I will brave the sullen zombie atmosphere for a bargin ;-)

Prices are good for eggs, pre-cooked ready to eat meats, and ice cream. Everything else sits between the Tesco and Sainsbury price range for other things. The ice cream choices will boggle your mind - two freezer rows FULL of frozen treats :D
