Reviews of Little Waitrose & Partners Kings Cross Station
A. W.
Pretty standard little Waitrose. It’s perfect for the quick grab before your train. We always stop for a G&T to bring on the train!
Q. O. H.
Good for a small Waitrose, it even has a bakery. Lots of self checkouts and staff around to help.

I always visit before getting the train to see my parents, I might not have bothered to leave a review even though I’ve always had good service. But today I’m going to help my dad move into a care home, and today the kind woman offered me a free pastry, a beef slice. I’m not sure I thanked her properly as I was a bit tearful, silly maybe. Thank you kind lady and thank you Waitrose.

This shop offers good reductions and good staff, also has the bag for life which is great.

I always love this store in Kings Cross great for what you need before you leave. Special shout-out today tho for Nathan who is really welcoming, genuine and personable as well as going the extra mile too support all customers.
A. B.
Bit more expensive than general Waitrose stores. Always busy as not much space. Nevertheless - fine for picking up a sandwich and drink. Easy check-out self scan. Good to go (wherever travel takes you).

Great location to pick groceries before your train journey home but very busy during peak hours.
You need to have enough time to stand in the line and buy before your train leaves.
Don't get in if you are in a hurry during peak hours!

Very handy to buy food and refreshments prior to train journeys. Waitrose isn't cheap, but better quality and better value than on train options. Very busy. Staff friendly and patient in the circs!
V. B.
It's a small expensive supermarket. Wish they did more GF. They stopped doing the nice sweet potato falafal. Current ones are dry and unpleasant (and if you've ever wondered what camel poo tastes like try the spinach falafal...!) Not a bad selection of snacks for regular people.

Billma (I hope I spelled her name right) helped me get a mask quickly when I really needed one for transport. Thank you!!

You have to love Waitrose. It not just the fact that the quality of every single thing in the store is guarenteed, or that the prices are no more than the other big supermarkets, but that the place is owned by the people who work there.

Whenever I go to Halifax from London, this is my best place to pick my breakfast and most of the times evening snacks as well. Not sure if any such quick store is available nearby but buying food to cook at home at the later part of the day to help wife makes me win some brownie pointes from her as I get late on Fridays when coming from office. Little love for little waitrose.

Very happy to discover a vegan sandwich with a little extra something at this Little Waitrose. The sweet potato and chipotle with chunky ratatouille was delicious. Please keep your innovative vegan range coming!

I love shopping here because there's a good range of products available and the store is generally quite neat and tidy. I do however almost always find the staff here rude, particularly staff at the checkouts.
B. W.
Picking up some early breakfast and left my wallet by accident. Staff kept it in the store safe until I could return from my business trip and claim it. Really helpful, beyond the call of duty. Thank you

Its a surprise to see a little waitrose as most of the time i see other brands of supermarkets but i have to say its great because you can find most of everything that you will need to travel like the bakery as always fresh and they own bread and its good that they do have the own service cashiers it does make a difference to go in and out fast

PEANUT BUTTER, BANANAS AND BREAD. I HAVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH AND WAITROSE FULFILLED MY DREAMS AND HEALED MY HEART (AND STOMACH)! THANK YOU. MOST AMAZING SHOP AND STAFF THAT HAS EVER EXISTED!
K. D.
Dropped my purse in the shop and only realisedonce i had left. In my panic i dropped my bottle of wine. Went back and the manager was extremely kind and very helpful. Great customer service - very grateful

Freshly made vegan baguette not on the shelves. The lovely Jo made one whilst I waited - no trouble! Thanks Jo, you're a star!
J. D.
Excellent range of sandwiches, soft drinks and savouries which I think are superior to M&S equivalents and cheaper too.
T. H.
Its a lovely waitrose, but the check out staff are extremely rude - barely look you in the eye and have conversations with each other whilst serving customers.
R. C.
I like the small waitrose as you just need little bits when your getting back home after a hard day and you cant be bothered to go to the supermarket!
J. C.
5 minutes until closing on a Sunday night and the lady that served me at the till was so friendly. Really makes a difference. Thanks babes 👍
K. S.
It is really good to have waitrose in the station. Nice collection of sandwiches and salads ready to pick in your way to train.
N. P.
3 out of 5 stars given because of the rude staff. Otherwise, we were pleased with the selection of items, hours, cleanliness, etc.
T. W.
Sweet little Waitrose, very conveniently situated in the main kings cross concourse so great for getting a last minute snack before a train ride!
R. M.
A good store set in a very busy station. Could do with more manned checkouts.
O. P.
This shop has been a lifesaver on many occasions. Everything you need for that upcoming train journey.
o. p.
Even more expensive than your usual Little Waitrose.
D. H.
Staff member reduced the fruit pots to 29p. Good stuff.
K. G.
Not so friendly place...I was one of the last customers hope that's why...
J. C. V.
Really good products but the costumer service it’s quite poor 👎🏻

(Translated) It seems that it is negative with the clerk's evaluation. . . I am using it when I am staying in London. All Waitrose brands are of good quality. Especially herbal tea is bought and brought home all kinds. I am sorry that it can not be obtained in Japan.

店員さんの評価でマイナスになっているようですが。。。ロンドン滞在時は利用してます。Waitroseブランドはどれも良質。特にハーブティーは全種類買い揃えて持ち帰ります。日本で入手出来ないので残念です。
