Palm Deli is a nice shop, has a variety of selection and the owners are nice. It's quite messy though, and things aren't really placed with a criteria in the shop. For example on fresh cheeses, some weeks you'd find some selection, other weeks you'd find others. Also, it's very pricey on some items that I think should not be. The wine selection could be better.

The best corner shop in the world, by a stretch. Fresh coffee and pastries, bread from the best local bakeries, an ace selection of fruit and veg, great drinks selection, and always something new going on at this multi-cultural community hun of a shop. Lots of friendly faces working in there, who will greet you like a friend on your daily grocery run.

The store, that's a true legend indeed!! For decades it stood steady through the ups and downs of fluctuating economic climate, pandemic, and high street competition. Undoubtedly, the management knows the trade of finer produce ❤.

Delightful grocers with a large variety of fresh vegetables, organic stuff, pantry goods like herbs, sauces, different pastas and more. Definitely a gem and much better than the Tescos a few stores down. Only tip for improvement would be to properly mark prices as I had to take a few things to the till to check and ended up not buying some items as they were much more expensive than expected.

Excellent delicatessen, fresh special occasion items, AMAZING coffee and always very sorted variety of products. Very helpful, smiling and gentle staff. Lovely food, although a bit pricey. Highly reccomend.

Great deli/convenience store in general, good selection of drinks as well. Only problem being the coffee...they don't rinse their milk jugs enough, 3 times now I've had to run for the toilet because of. So no more coffee but I'll use the rest of the shop...

not as expensive if you use it wisely.. goods are rare, fresh coffee and hot food buffet, fresh fruit and flowers,always cean, thouh the stacked shelves make it more a day out than convenience store, amazing place.

2 Issues. 1 - lack of clear pricing. A huge amount of items have no price on them, leaving it be be a total lottery when you get to the till. 2 - Overpricing. They can bleat on about local competitiveness all they want, but when they are regularly 30% more expensive on items readily available elsewhere (and very locally, such as across the road.) it becomes a ripoff. The fruit and veg is also outrageously expensive. If they dropped their prices I would visit far more regularly, but as it is, I often leave feeling mugged. It's a shame, I want to support them, but when I can go down Chatsworth Road or to Church St for much cheaper produce at the same quality, then I will. They should look at Newington Green fruit and veg to see how they can get far more people through the door by cutting the prices a little bit. Quality is high, but the pricing is a bit ridiculous. Oddly, their hot food is often not a bad deal.

A bit on the pricey side for a corner store deli, but it is really more than that. It offers ready made fresh Neal's artisan bread, fresh organise produce and a decent selection of wine beer and liquor. Overall it's a good place to throw a meal together or grab a quick coffee and snack.

It's a grocery shop. Old school style. I love it. Soap by the pound. There is a range of freshly made real food with veggie options, for the herbivores, and artisan coffee for keeping up with the hyperactivists. I like this place, it has a great vibe, and forms a hub of activity in the Clapton pond area.

This place has a fantastic sour dour pizza restaurant above the shop. The grocer is also fantastic. It is perhaps the finest grocer I have been to. I have only been lucky enough to have a friend who lives nearby. It adds real value to the neighbourhood.

Fantastic shop with some great independent brands. The restaurant above the shop has very talented chefs. We recently atteneded a party taking place in the restaurant and i just loved the feel and vibe of the space. worth a consideration if you looking for a space to hire.

Local version of a New York deli. Excellent takeaway food selection and coffee for all Clapton hipsters either bussing it into Central London or just sitting around in Clapton Pond with time on their hands. Plus you can buy your groceries here too. The owner also runs the Organic and Natural shop across the road, so some of their stock also finds its way into Palm 2.
