Partridges stores are known in London for having high quality products and ingredients. As part of their groceries, they have also available ready and so fresh meals small portions to take away like spinach pie and stuffed grape leaves for example. The dairy options are so broad but bakery can be improved. The price for the areas where the stores are located and considering the product quality levels are really equalised. In my opinion, they could have a broader options of gluten-free and a bit of premium wines as well. Amazing grocery store.

My one piece of advice would be not to visit Partidges hungry - everything is of such high quality and looks so delicious that you may end up buying the whole shop. Perfect for edible gifts, quick lunches or snacks, as well as buying high quality products such as jams, chutneys, oils and more.

If you’re participating in some sort of American Thanksgiving tradition in London, look no further. This store is stocked up on most of the items you’ll need to set your authentically American Thanksgiving table since early October, and you should go as early as possible as they do run out of things quite early. Thanksgiving aside, you’ll find most of the sweets and staples from America here, with a mostly reasonable upcharge well worth the price for that feeling of home. I see most American expats missing ranch & vlassic pickles, and both can be found here. PS - I didn’t check the prices on everything else on the shop, but I did find it quite absurd that a bottle of Whispering Angel rosé which usually retails for £17 was listed at Partridges for £29. That’s quite a steep price hike. Definitely get your wines + spirits elsewhere.

Great products but RIDICULOUS PRICES and PROVOCATIVE PRICES!! Plus, the other day I was given a completely dry leftover at full price of 10£ a few prawns covered with burned teriyaki sauce. Leftovers should always be sold at least 50% off original pricing.

The freshly baked baguettes from Partridges are some of the best in London, although the other bakery items rather mediocre. There fresh food counter is lovely, with a wide range of cheeses, charcuterie, salads and other prepared food.

10am 19/1/20. Staff in the cafe are superb however the same cannot be said for the Deli counter. It isn't clear how to order so we approached the Deli counter to get some cakes but the lady told us we had to order through the cafe, she seemed very abrupt/rude when answering. We bought some take away food there while we were staying at a nearby place for a week of vacation in London. It's a good tradeoff when you don't want to cook and can't afford everyday any of the nice but expensive restaurants of the neighbourhood. The place is nice, the food is good (special mention for the cakes) and you can find plenty of typical products.

Get the negative out of the way - the service in the deli counter needs to improve, slow and ignorant. So the review loses two stars. Otherwise Its a great store and full of wonderful things you won’t find in your average supermarket. They also have an American section for your pop tarts, sour patch kids & lucky charms yeeeeehaaaa. A rather upmarket shop and cafe with many delights and a huge variety of produce. Fresh meat is available on the counter, from Beef, fish, chicken and cheeses. There are a variety of locally sourced jams, honeys, freshly baked breads, terrines, sweets, and cereals. Pretty much anything you can think of, they have here. The cafe is a great place to go for afternoon tea, or having a cake or ice cream in the summer. You could even do your shopping first then have a tea in the cafe. The staff are very friendly and the service is pretty quick.

I do go for their Saturday Food Market as well and let em tell you it’s amazing ! The price and quality are great 👍🏾 plus the venue in Duke of York close to many other amenities such as museum and awesome Taschen and John Sandoe Bookshops you will not be disappointed with so many amazing spots and little street to visit such as Pavilion Road! Ah, let me add the icing on the cake, you get to meet Public Personalties such as Mourinho and others shopping in there. How amazing is that you have at least a minute glimpse of your role model?

If you want to shop grocery like the rich you are in the right place. Partridges is a upmarket deli/food store for the old money and the American expats. Products are expensive here and not always the best quality. Surprisingly large selection of mass market American brands. Price is not for the faint hearted. If you are a food connoisseur you won't shop here. Service is aloof and not in line with the price.

Take note: it's only the Chelsea branch of Partridge's offering the full top quality range of deli grub of all kind - savory and sweet - made daily in-house, globally sourced supermarket goods, decent wines and spirits selection etc.

The best grocery store for American goods! You can get almost anything here: American cereals, candy, drinks, etc. There's a cafe in the back with pretty reliable breakfast options. Service isn't great but it's a nice option. Go on a Saturday morning and stop by the market outside.

Second unusual (but thats really cool!) items that you can't really find in other places including American cereal (win!) amongst other stuff. My sister loves their brand of chelsea tea and to be honest so do I. A great place and their market on Saturday is loads of fun if you fancy a wander. Did I mention they have a cafe too? 10/10

Four of us visited the Saturday food market today, fabulous. Not too big. Went into Partridges café for a sit-down and a natter. We had Caesar salad, beef lasagne, eggs royale and a salmon fishcake. None of us were disappointed. The poached eggs were perfectly soft boiled and the hollandaise sauce was very good, but not overdone. My Caesar salad was just right, with not too many croutons, just enough dressing with tender chicken. The ladies told us that the lasagne and fishcake were extremely tasty. Attentive and friendly service. Our only concern was that there was only one toilet available, with a lot of stall-holders from the market queuing in a long line.

Attention US expats: Missing your favourite American brands? If so, this is the place for you. The store has a large-ish corner, where you can find find the following products and brands: Pop Tarts, Kool Aid, Cap'n Crunch, Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben's, Duncan Hines, Campbell's, and more... Although, they are quite pricey, it's a great place to find a treat.
