The price and quality of the products are wonderful! The only thing that needs to be improved is its delivery service. There is no delivery time slot to choose from. I only get the message on the morning of the delivery date. However, I do not at home at that time, and they refuse to leave it at my door or leave my order at reception. I have to pay 4 pounds extra delivery fee to arrange another delivery the other day. This is the only store I have ever experienced to refuse to leave the stuff at reception, which is very frustrated.

An excellent online Chinese (Asian) Supermarket. I have been using this online shopping website for more than two years, the service is always perfect. They provide Chinese customer service via Wechat which is very convenient and easy to communicate. Their price is also reasonable and won't be more expensive than supermarket at the China town. I switched to doing my Chinese groceries with Q&T at the start of the lockdown in 2020. They have excellent delivery and customer care. I get everything I need for a fantastic hotpot dinner, from the sauce to fresh vege & tofu. Recently I started trying their frozen ready-made food. The sesame rice balls and steamed pork buns taste great, just like the ones you get in China. I can imagine I will keep shopping with Q&T even when the pandemic is over!
