Excellent customer service and a large range of products. A lovely selection of house plants & flowers. They also have a large and varied collection of specialist Beers! My favourite shop.

Have a good stock of 0% beers if you're being a melt and doing dry jan. They have Big drop brewing and small beer, both decent. For when you've stopped being a melt they have a great whisky selection. The cotswold distillery single malt is banging.

Even for Waitrose fans like me, this is a great one. It’s utterly at one with its location and demographic; the time of day can be read with just a cursory glance at the shoppers, the basement car park is a handy 2 free hours and the staff are familiar faces. The fare on offer is just the perfect distillation of what you need if you live in the Vauxhall/Nine Elms area and don’t struggle. The wines are a fabulous selection and the periodic reductions and changes make this Waitrose the real place to buy discount and fine wines (streets ahead of the big Sainsbury’s at Nine Elms. A small Waitrose with a good selection, sushi bar, deli & butcher, as well as a cafe with seating area (currently closed due to Covid). Nice, bright and modern. Underground parking free for 2 hours, albeit mot many spaces available so be wary on busy days (Fri, Sat, Sun). Self checkouts and several tills, most of which were staffed. Overall great little supermarket!

I was not allowed to go inside the American Embassy and wait while my husband sorted out his visa. The Waitrose caffe was only 2 minutes walk, very clean, found the power point helpful to charge my phone while I waited for over 4 hours.

First time here today after friends had raved about how good this branch is. Decent sized Waitrose that also has a car park! The range at Bloomsbury is still a lot bigger and potentially even at the one in Kings Cross. Nonetheless the Service is what you'd expect from Waitrose. The only reason I've not given this 5 star's is because the contactless payment wasn't working on any of their self scan tills so a few people had to queue at the normal checkouts.

This is one of the big Waitrose. Near Vauxhall we have Tesco express and Sainsbury’s but they are much smaller compared to this one. They have fresh sea food which is nice. They stick up a decent collection of wine for daily use maybe. They do not have a lot of international food especially Indian food. So you might not get everything here but then try Tesco or Sainsbury’s.

Functional Waitrose bigger than usual supermarket, I found several things that cater to the more adventurous person at good prices. The place doesn't feel constrained because it has plenty of natural light, at the moment it's surrounded by building sites it will be a nicer place to visit once all construction is over.

Nice, large shop. Currently opened from 7:30 to 8:30 for people over 65 and those from risk groups only. Staff was handling the queue exceptionally well. A limited amount is let in at a time, so be prepared to wait.

One of my favourite Waitrose shops, right next to the new USA embassy. Stop here before or after Vauxhall car boot sale (at New Covent Garden market) on Sundays... Lovely glassy design, modern shop. Staff helpful and friendly (which is almost ubiquitous in Waitrose!) Do your shopping here in a cool environment, and enjoy your free hot drunk, courtesy of Waitrose membership.

I'm giving this store 4 stars because of the daily Sushi section. It's got an excellent selection of Sushi with its own Sushi chef's preparing it. I've not seen this in any store before but I am from Croydon, so maybe that's the norm around these areas. The rest of the store is good as well. Free underground parking for 2hrs. Macadamia nuts, 150g for £3, not bad at all. I wish this store was closer to my home, I'd be there all the time buying Sushi....Maybe that's not such a bad thing, I could spend a fortune on Sushi.

So I shop here a lot and have not reviewed since moving in until tonight. My partner and I forgot to bring our coupon when shopping. We were at the self-checkout when this happened so we felt very awkward situation. Rather than have the usual treatment at other supermarkets and have to rescan everything, the lovely partner Sonaya (I hope I got the name right) was so lovely and professional that she was able to make sure we didn’t have to rescan and let me wait nearby till my partner came back with the coupon. It’s moments like this that remind me why I shop here. Keep up the great work!

very poor signage from the car park to lifts and actual store - incl. instructions to pay for parking. Store is large but gave an impression of half-managed, as it wasn't actually fully functional yet. There were even heaps of refuse and packaging scattered around to season the untidiness

Local medium sized Waitrose with a laundry/John Lewis concierge kind of counter, sushi bar, fishmonger’s and bakery with cafe & seated area. Fresh produce (vegetables, fruit and meat) are all prepackaged so not the most choice or price. Plenty of newfangled juices and alternative milks and trendy snacks. Bakery selection fortunately has Gail’s sourdough breads but if you come late in the afternoon there’s virtually no bread left. Cafe staff can be slow and seating area can be dirty at times. There’s bigger supermarkets with way more variety in the area.

Decent small store with the usual higher-end high street groceries you'd expect from Waitrose. Surprisingly for the store size, it has a huge underground parking space with room for a couple of motorbikes too. Car park is pay and display.

My local Waitrose that I shop at every day: PROS: Very friendly staff, always happy to help, mostly the younger staff are the most helpful and very polite and friendly I have noticed. Fruit and vegetable quality is fantastic. They could have a better range of vegetables though- for example Okra and savoy cabbage. CONS: The security guard does follow people around though, slightly unnerving. One of the ladies on the self-checkouts asks if you have paid for your 5p shopping bag, every time. They tend to ID only the minority race people when buying alcohol I've noticed on several occasions. The range of meat could be better as well as the fresh fish counter. Better discounts on out of date food - less good than most Waitrose stores. At the customer service desk - sometimes they could acknowledge you and say will be right there instead of ignoring.

Large store with a lovely cafe that has a plug socket if you need to get work done on your laptop. There are free toilets in the store. The alcohol selection is wide. They sell alpro caffe milk which is a bonus for me. Prices are good. Checkout is quick. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

I was recently in the Nine Elms branch of Waitrose shopping for Vegan products for a dinner party. Being clueless with regard to all things vegan, I asked a young assistant for advice. She was amazing. She walked me around the shop, pointing out the vegan product ranges. And double checked on several items she was uncertain about. I left the shop not only with a full shopping bag. But she also very kindly gave me some great suggestions for a vegan meal. She was herself a vegetarian. I wish I'd noted her name. She was so helpful!

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The store offers a great range of produce, if you have a waitrose card you can get a free coffee and the place is never packed with people, all of which contributes to a very pleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic help from floor manager Tuesday 19th June my son stuck with no money whilst waiting for a friend at the USA embassy. I phoned the store to try and get him a sandwich which I would pay for over the phone,they said they couldn't take payment over the phone but tell him to come in to the store and they would take him to the cafe and feed him.The staff were fantastic and really helpful I was 3 hours away by train,even though my son is 18 it's good too know some people will still go that extra mile to help.Big Big Thank you

OK so it does have underground parking that's free but annoyingly recently they made you get a ticket from the machine before you head into the shop. This seems pretty pointless as there would be much easier ways of doing this either with a barrier or automatically. Also amazingly this 'trose' seems to NOT stock some items I find in almost every little Waitrose. Examples: ox tongue or reggae reggae sauce. On a more positive note they do have one of those really good sushi bars next to the deli counter.

It's brand new and with fairly good selection. Theres a lunch corner and, as far as i know, this is the only Waitrose with fresh sushi kitchen in it. Definitely try the crunchy salmon rolls. Location is a bit desolate while the massive Nine Elms construction galore finishes.

One of the bigger Waitrose's in the area, it's well worth visiting when you're planning on doing a big shop. They have the self scanners which can be fun and quick for whizzing around the shop picking up products. There is a large selection of fresh vegetables and fruit available, fresh fish and meat counters to pick produce from. The aisles are filled with anything you could need. They have a large and impressive bakery section, and their own Waitrose Essentials sections. Finally, towards the back of the store, there is a cafe where you can have a free coffee (if you're a mywaitrose card holder) and a slice of cake from their fresh cake section. There is also free wifi here!

I often shop there since it's the largest Waitrose near Vauxhall and Victoria. Good experience. My only criticism is the Sushi Bar. Sainsbury's Nine Elms has a larger and a finer sushi offering for the palate with similar prices. I bought the Spicy Salmon but the red chili coating literally burnt my tongue. The chili over powers the taste of the fish. I could only eat half of the box that expires the same day since it's freshly made. A bit of a waste.
