Pleasant experience with this waitrose. They have a good range of organic products. Very spacious and nice display of products. I hope the one under construction since forever on King’s road will be as spacious and full of organic products as the one in Bayswater so i don’t have to drive all the way from Chelsea!

A complete supermarket near Bayswater and Paddington. They have everything you need for food and some house essentials. The staff are really kind. The prices are a bit higher than at other supermarkets, but the quality is really good. The fishery has several options for fish, the only one in the area. Fresh sushi food is available, and they have a flower stand. Bring your own bags from home, as they only have 50p reusable bags there!

Terrific quality and selection. One of the best Waitrose locations, sheer size means it carries an amazing variety. Only knock is they tend to run out of stock of certain items, but it's a big enough store that there's plenty of alternatives.

Waitrose is my favourite supermarket. Unfortunately they were out if some of the things I needed, but that is the case in all stores at the moment. They are not hugely more expensive than the big 3. It is just an overall better shopping experience. Great staff too.

Very complete place to do groceries. They have fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, cleaning supplies, personal needs, and snacks. They also have quite wide wine selection. Price is what you expected from a supermarket in Zone 1 of London.

Fairly good but somewhat soulless. Combination of foreboding layout and staff who aren't instinctively as welcoming as say Waitrose Edgware Road. Suppose it's a different type of customer and less family friendly.

I went there the other day to buy house plants. I arrived in the morning around 10am and I was looking for some nice plants and I noticed that all their soil were dried. No one took the time to water them before the opening. I then asked someone working there if they have carrier bags for plants she said yes at the till. When I arrived at the till and asked the cashier for a bag for my plants she handed me a basic plastic bag, I told her if they had bags for plants and said no. While taking my plants she advised me to water them when arriving home I told her that I would and I told her that they should do the same for their plants because they were all dried up, she replied oh that's sad... But I think it's Not sad but unprofessional. Yesterday I went back there to buy a bouquet and at the till I asked for a bag for my bouquet and she handed me one. So they actually have bags for plants and bouquet it depends on the person at the till actually if they care or not. It is peticular to have cashiers that take the time to greet you and ask if you are doing well but can't provide a bag for plants to carry safe home.

As one would expect of a fine shop like Waitrose, they mark the levels of fat, salt and saturates etc. on their products, helpfully facilitating attempts to eat healthy. Also Waitrose seems to be the only supermarket selling silver polish (maybe not a very popular product nowadays).

First of all it has an underground car park, it's staffed during the store opening hours, it's free when you spend 50 pounds plus, just remember to get your ticket validated at customer service before you leave. They' re are fish , meat ,also ready to eat roast chicken hot food counters , the store has all your favorite waitrose goodies, there's a good selection of flowers and bulbs ready for planting, Well stocked area full of wines, spirits, champagne and prosecco, This store also has the Rapid service, you can order 25 items or less and for a small fee they'll deliver to your door in 90 minutes

This is a great Waitrose Store with good parking available. Store is well organised & stocked up. I've never left without buying everything I've wanted to buy. Has a nice coffee shop with a few tables & chairs as well as a nice long bench with high stools overlooking Bishops Bridge Road. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful too.

Is it a grocery store? Is it a convenient shop? Is it a butcher? Is it a wine store? Well of course not. It’s Waitrose and like all other locations, the staff are helpful. Good selection of fresh produce, frozen goods, fresh meat and seafood, a range of wines from around the world and has almost everything you need for your kitchen and home.

I did find some chilli con carne sachets that were 3 months out of date and after reporting this to a member of staff they were promptly removed. I say this without any exaggeration or even an iota of humour - this is my happy place. If I'm ever stressed out dealing with the almost never ending hardships of life or, you know, in need of groceries, this is where I go to solve all my problems. I know people think of Waitrose as an upmarket supermarket and in some respects it is but it is also the best place to get top quality groceries at a very reasonable price for the smart shopper. I can almost hear the scoffs echo around me as people read this statement, but as an avid grocery shopper (yes, it's a hobby), I can happily that a lot of products are cheaper at Waitrose than the Tesco around the corner, e.g. tenderstem broccoli, most fruits, home cleaning products, etc. If you have never been, I would urge you to go, even if you don't plan on buying anything. Just the cleanliness, great layout and huge product range will be reward enough for your efforts.

As this is my local store I use Waitrose at least 5 times a week. I come to the cafe with my friend or husband at least 5 times a week. The cafe area can be quite dangerous due to the bad flooring, infact a friend of mine who has a broken wrist nearly tripped over on the flooring a few days ago, which seems to be held down with gaffing tape. When we mentioned it to the staff on the bakery counter they didn’t really take much notice. I am sure Waitrose could get someone in overnight to fix this problem, it has been like this for months. The staff on the bakery counter are usually helpful depending who is working there. Simon who unfortunately left two weeks ago is very much missed. Today My self and my husband were served by Amber on the bakery counter who was very pleasant. One thing the Notting Hill branch does much better is to offer individually wrapped tea bags at the self service counter. The Porchester branch has loose tea bags kept in an open Tupperware box, behind the customer service desk. I do not like using these tea bags because I find this very unhygienic. Customers are putting there hands in to get a tea bag if any customer has a cold or virus such as the Norovirus this could be easily spread. If Waitrose is keeping the tea bags behind the customer service desk to combat theft I do not have a problem with that but why can we not have individually wrapped tea bags.

Clean, large and a plethora of options for your grocery shopping needs. Convenience, name and selection come with a premium price. My recommendation is to get a myWaitrose card, which allows you to get target discounts of 20% on ten items, which can rotated quarterly.

Great for grocery and cafe lounge to plan. An interesting cosmopolitan array of customers. However since 09 one has had a community proped up by Mr bigs cocaine cartel and a dark police force encircling one on the streets and into stores. I have been fitted up as a scapegoat (whipping boy) for the arrival of a dark police force (singing SIRENS) whom are using mobile encirclement warfare on the streets of west london. This is being done to contain mr bigs street operaters to disrupt Mr Big (top brass laundrette bosses of cartel network). I am being blamed as a spokesman by the neighbour 'hood' of Mr Big and have been used as a Cat's paw by the singing SIRENS to act as a honey pot to trap mr bigs street operaters against ones will. Now the community under the establishment and Mr bigs idolatry of Mr big encircle one on streets and into stores with tight encirclement with whistle, wide cavity of feign of musculature yawn, eyeball, to break me to have me locked up in an assylum where I would meet my own feign of death. The Cartel community and establishment together are manipulating GPs and the medical world by souping up my medical files to change my identity from a nervous light student to a deranged delusional psychopath. This is liable slander as I was attending university during this period and passed all my exams to gain a degree in psychology with birkbeck in year 15. A (goverment insider) GP infiltrated medical office to soup up my medical files and to manipulate all GPs and nurses and cheif staff to bear false witness of my situational/self to back up her false report and to see a freind quack of hers. "So it says here that you imagine gangs and cars following you" , the man in white coat and thick black glasses with black quiff shouts. No I do not imagine anything of the sort I am being encircled by organised mobile networks of the cocaine cartel. "Oh and why would that be!", He gets out a syringe to say can I inject you in the bottom..."No you cannot", I said. I then walk with pace out his office door through a dark ward of neoroligically comatised zombies... I continued my 4 year degree programme to graduate in year 15...During this period I was being hunt encircled into college on the campus by 'mobile' cartel networks with whistle, eyeball, death threats but endured this test. In year 16 I do some detective work to find out why I was being hunt encircled and slandered and dehumanized on the streets and in 'big' stores. The cartel network of mr big had been persuing one into the local medical centre to paint me to medical staff and GPs as a deranged man and troubled man. A new overqualified GP then arrived in year 11 to meet me on the streets from return man hunts. The cartel community was in momentum with a mass machine of menace of vans, cars, in covert camoflage as electrical, mail, building trucks, council refuge trucks, transit hire vans, many with logos HealthCare, Deadline, ...Cleanstreets...these machines would drive alongside one to paint an assosiation of me being dirty and in need of Health Care to the world. The GP whom Id only seen once was giving me disaproval eyegaze after being circle hunted by mass numbers and penetrated with taunting whistle, confrontation, blow horns.brow buts to the head...from builders with scarface... I then phone up a health clinic to find out if Ive been labeled by a GP of the establishment. A woman with africaan accsent laughs at me to say to me...."you have delusional disorder, ha ha ha", she laughs. Can I speak with the quack 'gonzo', I ask..."Sadly he has just died she tells me... I then phone the GP to file a complaint at a false medical label by the cartel community establishment...The GP asks for evidence...I decline to be wary of this GP...I take it to the courts to clear my name of damaged reputation by liable slander of souping up my medical files...The GP in year 17 vanishes from medical duty. I ask for your loyal alliance to not fall short of slanderous gossip and to do good for man.
