Getting my Waitrose home food delivery few weeks ago game charger.. will definitely do that again. They come in your kitchen help you unpack your food and pop it in your Fridge. Life savers Great service keep up the good work. I do go to this cute little Waitrose when I’m able and they are so friendly and adorable. A few ago they over ordered tulips I noticed and brought a brunch as I felt bad for them when I got to the till they give me one free. (Buy one get one free)Little things like that really makes my day. Thank you guys! 2 brunches was perfect for my pink vase..looked beautiful on my kitchen table that week. 🤍

Very good Waitrose, but the main thing is the staff, always helpful and service with a smile. They helped me when I had a serious coughing fit, made sure I was okay and got me something to drink. Great team and a credit to the Crouch End area. Always a good selection of Wines on offer as well.

Disent size Waitrose - bigger than your typical local. Also with a Customer Service desk- works for pick up point for your other shopping in the Group's shop - like John Lewis department store. A very welcomed addition to Chrouch End highstreet

I have been in this waitrose many times and have had lovely experiences. Tonight, I was waiting for a cab, on my own, quite late at night and an employee of this branch asked me if I was ok and if I felt safe. I really appreciated this level of concern and felt valued as a person in the locality of this shop. Thank you to whomever this was.

Great medium-sized local Waitrose. Staff are polite and mostly friendly. Queues can get long at times but staff are always quick to open more tills if necessary.

Reasonable size popular store, though often lacking in items which would seem commonplace for a supermarket. Aisles frequently rammed with stock cages and staff restocking shelves. Queue for the tills can get crazy long.

Great staff and reasonable selection of food. Shame about the new self-service tills - they have such good checkout staff - why replace them and downgrade the service? Also, remove the 'cafe area' - the store is simply too small - bring back more stock - if I want a coffee, I'll go to one of the million or so coffee shops in CE. Can also get manic at peak times - especially now with the longer checkout queues.

A very handy Waitrose right in the centre of Crouch End - just big enough to have most of what you want, without being too big and it has a great bread section.

I don't usually shop at waitrose because if I'm being honest I find it a bit rich for my blood. Saying that, on the odd occasion I visit this store I'm always super impressed with the staff compared to how you are treated at say a Lidl or Aldi store, but there again that is why it's more expensive I guess.

In love with this supermarket - it's the perfect mid-size which means it's not huge, so don't expect to find those extremely unusual things Waitrose often carries, but do expect to find the best quality fruit'n'veg in town, plus excellent brand goods and fine bread/booze.

Great staff but horrible customers! a frantic woman with satsumas walked into me and the staff threw her our, top stuff. Don't get the coffee though, or you'll evince your inability to make coffee at home, a real no-no in this bougie borough.

Good waitrose. Recently expanded into the old bookstore and now a bit bigger. They carry Burford Brown eggs! Store can get extremely packed on Saturdays / Sundays / rushhour with a long queue which makes it difficult to access some of the candy & snacks which are closer to the registers.
