Was here the other day and it looks like it’s recently had a very nice refurb of this store. Has a fresh meat, fish and bakery counters in store and also a sushi bar. I was looking for a specific item I’d found online but couldn’t find it in store, spoke to a lovely Irish lady called Joan and she directed me to the right area and found me exactly what I was looking for. Really very happy with the attention to service from the staff and the amount of choice so very happy and will definitely be using this store all the time now!

Waitrose is a really good shop and they have some good offers before Christmas Strange this branch was a bit shirt on fresh veg but guess being Saturday they are being careful about food waste Very helpful well trained staf and this is a good shop recommended

A nice size supermarket, easy to navigate and usually a good selection... I like that they have a good selection of organic fruit & veg and other groceries. Lady on the till wasn't too friendly today. I made an effort to be friendly and polite but they didn't really respond, maybe they had a bad day...

A big supermarket with lots of choice to choose from for almost anything you could think of. I also found the staff to always be welcoming and willing to help whenever I had a question, which makes the shopping experience very pleasant.

Great supermarket, the quality of the food is top end and I love the fresh meat counter. The steaks and meats have been so good. Also the ready meals are excellent pricey but the quality is there. Staff are lovely as well, helpful and professional. I always feel welcomed. There frozen section is the only issue they are having problems with the freezers.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Great to have the store on my doorstep and they have good quality products - I'm a huge Waitrose fan - but stock range reduced considerably, shelves poorly stocked except at Christmas, not enough tills open and the self service usually is managed by the manned service tills which holds everyone up. There is a serious management problem here which has existed for a long time.

My only regret about Waitrose is bread and never having fresh crusty rolls,plus bread in to different sides, pre packs of 2-4-6,never seen any since store in KHS🙁,other then that nice food I can't really afford

This is my regular Waitrose and love it. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile for customer service. The produce is of high quality as to be expected. Fresh meat counter is brilliant

This Waitrose is larger than it looks from the high street. Lots of the quick products (snacks, lunches, tv-dinners) are at the front, but there's a full range of veg and frozen goods, as well as non-perishables, towards the back. There are also checkout tills at the back too, which are often quieter than the few at the front. Staff are helpful and keep the store tidy. Waitrose food can be expensive but is usually good quality. Their own-brand products are often in-line with prices of other decent supermarkets and they have deals which make visiting worthwhile.

Even though we couldn't find the wine we were looking for, they have some amazing vintages here and I'm pretty sure we'll back. Staff was extremely helpful and did their best to help us. The shop is well maintained, clean and offers the selection you got used to.

Many supermarkets offer fresh hot food daily but one of the things offered by this waitrose outlet just stands out. Aloo Gobi Saag is an Indian dish sold here. It's absolutely authentic in it's taste and can really satisfy a vegetarian from India who is looking for a quick cheap grab for lunch in this area. Another suggestion, do not take the rice they give along with. Instead buy a fresh baguette from the bakery section. The combination is amazing 😋 They also have raised sitting area along the wall, so you can eat it absolutely fresh and hot right there. Otherwise, Holland park is just across the road (weather conditions applied😂).

The staff was so helpful I found a old lady need help asked a member of staff to help me with her they done the whole shop for her and didn't except any money from her very kind people at this store. This is when the pandemic first started.

Never enough staff on the tills hence long queues. The ones who are on seem exceptionally friendly and helpful - not so the shelf fillers. Pricing of goods is very unclear and infuriating.

I've not yet been here, but I had a dream about it involving my P.E teacher - Nacho. Not good. Nice halloumi isle ( I think, never actually been). Nice dream though. Thanks for reading my review.
