M. I.Went to click and collect a package that was delivered from John Lewis warehouse. Had to wait around 10 minutes for my package to be brought from the back. I thought it would be quicker, But never the less an easy click and collect service that also has the option to have your package brought to your car rather than going into store!
J. K.A brilliant Waitrose with a great selection of products and clear layout. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and I would like to give a particular shout out to their security guard - who I think was called Augustin - who was particularly helpful when I asked him where a nearby bus stop was. He carried my heavy bag through the car park and showed me exactly where the bus stop was - he really went above and beyond!
J. M.Love the store although the staff often seem under pressure. It would be helpful if they flagged up that the cafe is closed as I have seen many people disappointed. Would be good to know when it will return.
J. G.Nice Waitrose. Can get a bit crowded. Very middle class. There was a woman today with a pet budgie in a box strapped to her waist. Just saying.
J. T.Not my favourite Waitrose, some of the partners are super helpful and friendly while others are notoriously standoffish. The shop floor is not as tidy as I'm used to with Waitrose with cages blocking pathways and shelves. However they do have a great range so overall it's ok.
L. P.Not enough selection of products, store is very limited, security guards think they're working in some sort of reserve Bank. They seem to think it's okay to walk around like they own the store. The staff are all okay except 1 or 2 who think they own the place too. Other than that just a supermarket with limited items. Sadly will not be visiting any longer as it's now in the ULEZ, having owned a car for the past 12 years and no intention of changing it, will no longer visit S Woodford Waitrose. Will now go to Sainsbury's Chingford.
