Good selection generally although a lot of missing items in certain areas like snacks and baking. Parkjng is fine and the store is laid out well. Similar to other reviews, staff are really hit and miss. Some of the staff are efficient and polite. However the staff at the customer service desk are unfailingly rude. For example, a man today chose to help someone with a click and collect order and then wander off to sort out baskets when other customers were waiting. It leaves a bad impression about Waitrose.

5 stars to Kazim - Duty Manager - who's articulate, a great listener and a professional. He turned a sour experience (from a rude young female behind the fish counter) into a positive one. Kudos. One star for the rather strange layout of the store.

Exceptional customer care. I had an issue using self-service QuickCheck, query technical or user error, and was assisted in the most warm, tactful, and professional manner by Lauren & Virginia. They went the extra mile to resolve the issue and deserve high praise for being so kind, considerate, and absolutely lovely! Positive interactions and random acts of kindness can be more impactful than we sometimes realise; today's made my day :3) Thank you.

Well trained staff, good fish+meat counter. They have a decent ethnic foods section. Good sized carpark but the entrance road is awkward as you have to turn left immediately at the end of a straight run and then brake hard to meet a zebra crossing. I'd like the manager to sort out some traffic management there.

It made my day! If you can take the time to complain, you should also take the time to recognise. The Wimbledon store has some jolly decent people, who demonstrate kindness and initiative. I love this Waitrose. My wife and I always go to this as store for our food shopping. The staff is always very helpful polite and friendly. The shop is always cleaned and they have a great selection of food. I particularly like James' customer service, the guy that used to be at the wine and beer section. He has always given my wife and I excellent recommendations when buying wine or beer. He is now doing another role in the shop but he never hesitate to help me if I wants to try a different wine or beer.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. You almost always get what you came for. Lively butchers and fish counter. Nice selection of different cheese and you always get quality wine to come with. I love to shop there and my kids too- they are happy to push the trolley around and load it with groceries.

Looked slightly messy in places, not the high expectations You expect from a Waitrose Brand. But this store always seems to be left behind when it comes to store presentation. Otherwise I rate it satisfactory.

The security guard runs this store like a pub or nightclub - 2 minutes before closing I was ushered towards a checkout and threatened to the effect that I wouldn't be able to buy anything at all if I didn't follow him towards a till immediately. This is despite other customers still checking out and a trolley full of shopping, having earlier queued for ages outside to get in. Security ought to learn from Waitrose staff about customer service and avoid harassing 'punters' trying to shop during a stressful period for everyone. A simple "excuse me, we'd be grateful if you could wrap things up as we're closing" might have been more effective but I guess that sort of polite is not normally within a bouncer's remit.

Well stocked supermarket with quality items. They are not as econmial as Sainsburys or Tesco more on par with Marks and Spencer prices. Large selection of goods provided and nice staff.

Great shop. Stocks much more than you need daily, so you can visit this shop four times per day and your trolley will be full of different high quality products on every your visit! Unbelievable! Love Waitrose very much!

My shopping here is usually brilliant and lovely staff and produce, but today, when asking where sponge fingers are, one of the staff told me directions to get out of the store. While I'm not sure what I did to prompt such a 'lovely' response from her, I'm fairly sure asking for sponge fingers shouldn't count for it. I'm sure that she thinks such a veiled insult is not worth being pursued, but while I won't mention her name, I would like to bring this to attention. Another member of staff was very helpful and sweet, so I'd like to thank her very very much for that. I don't remember her nane, but she has dark hair and was wearing glases today. Thank you very much!

Decent store with a great selection of quality produce - a somewhat stress free shopping experience compared to most other super market chains. However, strange, condescending attitudes of the ladies (younger and slightly older) at the Customer Service Desk/Click and Collect, if you aren't dressed in your fur coat or heels (!) English sounding young gentleman with very short hair and glasses serving at the same desk, was super friendly though.

Wrongly rated by people as being too expensive but it is often overlooked in terms of the quality delivered by the own brand goods. The service is suitable here and I like the fact that there's a decent amount of free parking for two hours at a time. Plenty of goods available. Definitely a better shopping experience than most Tescos, Asdas and alike competitors.

Great store, large, with most of what you want and helpful staff. Car park on site, or a ten minute walk from Wimbledon station. Coffee machine, fresh fish and meat counter, bakery with counter serving baklava, cupcakes, sourdough bread, etc. Flowers and a small selection of plants available in the foyer.

Good range of products, staff are helpful apart from those working on the front desk....they tend to be very slow and far from energised. Allow a good 15 mins if you are picking up a parcel. Parking can be a problem at busy times.

Waitrose is not the cheapest supermarket on the high street but the quality of their food, and in particular their fruit produce is incredible and definitely worth the extra. These days waitrose seem to be trying more to compete on price and with the myWaitrose offers its not that far off.
