A.At long long last I have found the unpasteurised sauerkraut that I have been searching for with just the right amount of salt, not too much.Believe me, this is good, very good and besides being such a health-giving product, it is absolutely delicious. The jars are large and there is a long enough use by date, even for people who live on their own. The kombucha, wow, is lovely too
