I. D. h. a. g. r.All I would like to say is that every time I have visited our local store I have always managed to find what I needed. The staff are always friendly and pleasant to speak to. It’s great because it reminded me of how the shops used to be when I was young (35 years ago) shopping with my grand parents.
Chris is always great to speak to and very aware of how to welcome customers. The rest of the team are just as nice and make you feel so welcome. Thank you!!
During this last year they have demonstrated a real care for the customers they serve locally and the community in which they operate.
Well done and although it may not be obvious, I thank you for all you all for serving our community so well.

D. A.Friendly staff. Courteous service. Just called to see if a paper left and could they save it for me for tomorrow when I could call and pay for 2 days. Manager answered, who I've chatted to many times before. He was so kind and helpful and as always went above and beyond. I live in Crownhill, but this is by far my favourite local shop in the area. I use it regularly for a good reason...I'm treated well, everyone is friendly and customer service is a badge they all wear with honour, not an inconvenience like in some shops. Well done guys and girls. 🌝 Thank you.

S. M. (.While shopping I heard some terrible ageist remarks coming from the older supervisor to the lady that was serving other customers, when I paid for my items the lady was very nice and polite.
There are several times that the shop is shut just after school when it shouldn't be too, very inconvenient.
