J. B.Decent range of products but there are always cages left in the aisles which makes it difficult to navigate the trolley around the store and nigh on impossible for wheelchair or walking frame users.
M. K.Should go for groceries and wide range of spirits. Bakery shop and cafe is a plus point. Its amazing to see wide range clothes in an affordable price. Loved to buy miniature of Glenfiddich and JD for a gift. Grooming section is also well maintained with lots of offers. If going from city center can go by metro if not taking car.

K. B.Went to Asda yesterday in Gosforth There is a cash machine there is you need to withdraw cash. Shop was a little un-accessible due to trolleys stacked against trolleys. Staff should leave gaps between them so you can get what you want. I am still rating them five out of five and that was due to a great woman on the tills. I bought a vegetable and it was not at its best. She asked for it to be changed but there was no replacement available took it anyway. I call that fantastic customer service. Much better stocked than the littler Asda's.

J. H.This store is wonderful. Even in the middle of the Corona crisis the staff are friendly and helpful. After the initial stockpiling madness the shelves have been full. The aisles are marked with directional arrows to assist with distancing and limited number of people in store at one time.

c. d.Had a few bad experiences recently with Tesco from staff and manager so decided to go elsewhere, went to Asda Gosforth today wow what a difference and great pleasurable experience staff a hell of alot nicer way it should be and be going there from now on , thing is specially with the situation at hand at the moment ,have a negative attitude when your in you then go out being negative, straight away the staff member was pleasant and friendly was positive already ,experience inside was positive, I then cane out positive and saying thank you and appreciate you to the staff ,as makes such a big difference not only to the staff but yourself and others ,going on abit but both me and my wife have anxiety badly and the difference it makes to us is a worlds difference instead of feeling angry upset and shaky we came out really happy and positive.

D.The staff is helpful and so friendly, basically everything we need (including medicines) are available 24hrs (10:00-16:00 for Sunday ), and the best of all is that they take the trouble to provide the accurate information about their holiday opening hours on Google Map, which very few businesses do!
