Good location and decent range but layout changes recently have made it a poorer shopping experience with fewer self serve tills creating queues, only ever 1 manned till open, but smaller facings on some product ranges mean my favourites are now often out of stock. Disappointing. But generally the choice is good and staff friendly.

Love our visits to this store, really handy and as usual exceptional food quality. We frequently stop for a coffee in the cafe where we find the staff really friendly and eager to please. The only issue we have is that the cafe area is quite cold, even the seats! Feel some investment needs to be made to remedy the cool atmosphere during winter? We are certainly not wimps as we love the outdoors but it says a lot when customers are sitting with their coats and wooly hats on whist having their coffees and that was not us! Despite this we still come back....

Really lovely place to shop. Staff are friendly and helpful with everything easy to access and well laid out. Cafe is a great place to grab an affordable healthy meal.

Café is a bit squashed (feels like an afterthought) and hunted for sandwiches in the main part of the store until I realized that they were 'food on the go' and nearly at the back of the store. Staff were really friendly though and happy to help.

Its Marks & Spencers - good quality stuff at a price. Its a mid size store so not as comprehensive as some of the bigger stores but it's a great local option. Good bakery and cafe for coffe and more.

Good news for people in the locality who like M&S food but donʼt want to trek across to Kingston Park or battle through traffic into town. The range of items is fairly extensive and any gaps on the shelves are usually very few and far between, the only real downside being that the size of the car park is fairly small (though this shouldnʼt concern people alighting at Regent Centre Metro Station on their way home from work, for whom the store is ideally located).

My favourite supermarket, that has some of the best selection of food and choice mix and match selections - love the stir fry multiple options that let you build your favourite meat, noodles, vegetables and sauces.

Using Click and Collect service and Top Class from start to finish. One or two problems with the order but sorted by Excellent Staff.

They do a cheese scone version of the cream tea. It's supposed to come with some cheese but when it was bought to the table the waitress insisted it came with jam and clotted cream. She would not check and I just used butter and brought the jam and cream home. Not the best customer service I've ever had

M&S food is lovely- but expensive. I am disappointed that they no longer have the top crust pies - really disappointed. They were gorgeous.
