We have just returned from M&S Wolstanton and would like to share the most fabulous customer service experience having purchased a suit for my husband today. We had chosen a lovely blue regular fit suit and waistcoat, in the fitting room area we were asked by Tracy the M&S assistant if my husband had considered a slim fit version of the suit as she felt it may be a better fit. To help our decision, Tracy found the equivalent suit in a slim fit and my goodness how right she was! Nothing was too much trouble for this lady, shoes were found for my husband to try with the suit and alternative size jackets were found to ensure he had exactly the right and most comfortable fit. This lady is fantastic and a huge asset to M&S Mens suit department, well done M&S and thank you so much Tracy for all your help today you were amazing!

An extensive store with lots of parking that does get busy at peak times because it's such a great shop; the road works at the bottom that are out of their control can impact when leaving. I had a little trouble at the check out on the 10th March but Paul the store manager resolved it with aplomb; thanks once again Paul. As a suggestion perhaps the checkouts need bar code readers pointing towards the customer; that will improve the experience I'm sure when using loyalty cards etc.

Received excellent service from Roger in menswear whilst purchasing a large order of suits for our wedding. He ensured we got the best fit and even ordered suits to be delivered to more convenient stores for members of our party.

I have visited a few times with my mum, we've had afternoon tea which was reasonably priced and very tasty and on a separate occasion came for a light bite and each had a toasted sandwich which again was very nice! M&S food is always lovely and this cafe is always a hotspot!

Excellent customer service and care received on Thursday, 12th May 2022. Whilst shopping with my mum and sister, mum became light headed and dizzy. An M&S lady assistant sat mum down and waited with her, she came looking for me at the pay desk, then later as mum felt a little better, she fetched a wheelchair and stayed with me as I went out to the car, where she helped mum into the car, she remained with mum as I noticed my sister hadn't followed us out of the store, I returned to the store to the store with the wheelchair to see my sister was looking extremely unwell. The other member of staff had stayed with her and kept her talking, checking on her condition. She helped my sister into the chair and stayed with me, again I was so very grateful as this 2nd lady helped my sister into the car. Unfortunately I don't have the names of the two very caring members of staff. The staff were exceptional, supportive and a true credit to M&S. I'm just so sorry I didn't get their names as they deserve to be named here. ❤️ A huge thank you to them both. Leonie 🤗

Only the second time I've visited this store ,but what a nice place to go for either food or clothes . I went for clothes and was pleased how spacious it was and the mens section had plenty to choose from.. Think I'll definitely go for clothes there again, ok it might be a little expensive, but quality does cost a be more but it lasts.

We called in for Christmas decorations & mince pies. My wife loved ballerina decorations on a display tree. None on sale. My wife called an assistant over to enquire about stock & the lady , a Bristol girl called Tracy K (there are two Tracy's) , went away & returned with a part box of six & made up the box from the tree display. Friendly , helpful initiative & a credit to the company. They look great on our tree. The mince pies are delicious too......

Lovley store and well laid out. Lovely view from large cafe window . However , very slow service , spent half an hour in a cafe queue as other staff were clearing up 2 hours before closing time on the Sunday. Not what you expect from M and S . Service not as it used to be .

I regularly shop at M&S Wolstanton, but today I was amazed by the FABULOUS make over of the food hall. Wider isles, more choice of food & drink and an area where you can bring your own containers and fill them with the frozen fruit of your choice. I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful and told me how it worked & how it was going to developed with more products. It made my day!

Just returned home after visiting your Wolstanton branch. I had searched on line and finally found a store which had black knee length school socks in stock. I was very annoyed and disappointed to discover there were none on display in the size i wanted even though it stated there were 3 in stock. I was just about to leave the store in anger when i spotted a member of staff in the household department and when i told her my dilemma she went on a mission and after much searching found a pack for me in the store room. I think her name was Jill {i hope i've got that right} and i can't thank her enough.

Went here purely for the food. I have to say as M&S food halls go this isn't bad at all. A very good selection of produce. They also have their own entrance / exit from the rest of the store, so at busy times you don't need to walk through the whole shop to get to the food. Ample parking outside the front plus even more around the side next to the food halls entrance. I'm only giving 4 stars due to their pricing regime which is a little high. I'm not just talking about their own branded items but even big labelled produce too. But, it's a very clean place and staff are friendly too. Definitely worth a visit for smaller shopping food trips.

We've had our furniture from here which is very good quality and looks great in the living room. The staff were very helpful and patient with us whilst we chose the colours and style. We ended up getting a colour shown to us by staff and we're not disappointed. The store is huge and has very thing you need. I've also done some Christmas shopping in there, buying clothes and gifts. Visited here to pick up some bits for my grandmother, lovely selection of clothes and most are adhering to social distancing/mask wearing which is being enforced by staff at the door. Regular anti-bac stations too. The cafeteria is wonderful and similarly is adhering to social distancing measures, with lovely food too!!

I went to buy underwear and slippers bought both very good quality and also bought a jumper while there as well. They have a good selection of what I like and so always go to them first. When I need something specific I always think of M & S good value for money.

M&S is my go to place as I've always brought my clothes from here. I always find good quality and excellent customer service. The stores location is excellent with lots of free parking and a Starbucks opposite for you coffee lovers. However today at this particular branch I found myself having to approach a staff member for help with the fitting room and it wasn't manned when I finished. Not knowing what to do with the unwanted items I'd tried I found myself wondering round the store putting things back. Not that it's a hardship but usually I get better service from M&S. That being said I shall still shop here as I always have. Would of been 5 stars if not for the bad customer service today.

Fantastic range of stock. Superbly laid out and the store is spotless. The assistant who helped my reluctant, teenage daughter regarding a bra fitting was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable went above and beyond to help my daughter, despite being rushed off her feet but most importantly she made my daughter feel so at ease that the whole experience was stress free.

The cafe had a small queue, but we didn't wait too long.Tables are well spaced out and spotlessly clean. Just one complaint though. What has happened to the size of the drinks? I normally have a medium coffee, but this is now what was previously a small! I queried this, and was told that my drink was a medium! So, we've saved on the VAT, but are now given a smaller drink??? Shrinkflation strikes again!!!!!!! It will be interesting to see if it reverts back to it's previous size when the VAT returns to normal?

Always busy but never feels busy. The floor layout allows you to do that 2 steps back when you hold something against you without bumping into a wandering lost husband. The cafe is always full but the staffs seem to have magic skills where you spot a free table and they clean it before you sit down.

Staff at the clearing stations made loads of noise when dealing with dirty dishes and bottles which made our conversations very disjointed - not half as good S the cafe in the Hanley store. It's not a very inspiring store, but it is easy to park there and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I am always disappointed that there are no size 12 of most items of clothing I would consider buying. Always plenty of size 16 upwards, merchandisers need to address this.

Wish I could say the same for the ladies clothes though either overdesigned or spoilt by useofy trims that do them o favours like ricrac and smocking . I was not impressed plus I think they offer too many versions of trouser and too many slimfit offers for men when young men are not the main customer. Sorry.

I now realise why I do a lot of clothes shopping on line. Needed new bras. Was told bluntly that you have to have an appointment to be measured an anyway they don't measure cup sizes. No I couldn't wait for the next appointment in two hours time and if they don't measure for cup sizes why would I bother? Maybe my fault but really not impressed with the attitude.

The food in the cafe was decent as I would expect, but at 4pm, many of the tables were not cleared of previous diners left over food and plates. The floors were unswept and had bits of food lying in various areas, making the whole cafe look uninviting.

This store has everything you need from M & S - the clothes are well sectioned - the food hall is plentiful and the home section is superb...there is even a large airy tea/coffee/restaurant area with a view! What the building lacks aesthetically, all the above makes up for it.

Very dark snd drab interior, quite claustrophobic dark floors and open industrial ceilings contribute to this experience. Can't wait to get out whenever I visit. Shame really, just not pleasant, even though I used to love M&S. Not good for business. Used to spend a fortune in Marks, and still wearing their clothes I purchased 30 years ago but now the quality is just not the same and similar clothes to theirs can be purchased at far cheaper shops. Used to love their fine merino wool jumpers and they lasted forever but now all their jumpers fluff up with the first wear. Buck up M&S, it is the quality we need if we are paying the price.

My wife took her mother for a bra fitting today and would like to post the following: Mum was very self conscious about having a bra fitting but after lengthy persuasions decided I wouldn't give up until she agreed. She was measured by AMARA, a lovely young lady who completely put Mum at ease and made her feel relaxed. Mum is a very private person and AMARA treated her with the utmost respect and lots of patience. She really is a credit to M & S. Thank you so very much for making the whole experience so comfortable, so much so that we went for coffee and cake afterwards!

Lovely, lovely store and great staff, however my one bug bear in this covid situation is the food hall, why is it on a morning when doing a shop is the hall predominately couples over the age of 60, we are supposed to be going in shops in ones, when the christmas rush starts and the number are limited at any given time, are m&S going to restrict the one person shop rule, put forward by the government. i do not see why it takes two people to pick something out of a chiller and put it in a trolley. I understand that it is something a bit difficult for some people or those that dont drive, but my husband waits in the car

I didn't realise it was there on Wolstanton retail park, and it's huge. Lots of stock so if you are an awkward size it's a good place to try things on. On the other hand, though, M&S clothes don't seem to be very human shaped. I think the designers are aliens. I tried on about a dozen jackets and they were either to tight in the back, too short in the arm, didn't do up at the front, or were baggy at the front, or buttoned too high up. Saved me the effort of ordering on line and then returning them, one by one...

Large m&s with lots of departments covering two floors, travel money, beauty, ladies, mens, kids, home, foodhall, etc. Good variety. Good facilities, escalators, lifts, toilets, baby change, community room. The only negative is the cafe doesn't really cater for allergies

M,&S branches are closing down which is such a shame. In terms of quality of products I will struggle to find elsewhere. Shoes,Clothes that actually fit a normal though of short stature female in her late fifties. Lingerie, Handbags, combined with high quality food departmenty My shoes have lasted so long that in fear of not having the option to buy these items in future I have stocked up with extra shoes etc. My 22 year old daughter also gets her jeans from M&S because other stores only seem to keep jeans for 6ft fashion models

Marks and Spencers at Wolstanton retail Park is a brilliant supermarket, clothes, homeware and cafe store. Lots of products, a bit pricy, and often missing the strangest of things, like lightbulbs? Yet still, staff are friendly and efficient, always willing to assist customers!

Great store, huge, with the most selection and stock I have ever seen at any store including central London and Glasgow. Cafe is a good place for a break, although they ran out of all day English Breakfast by the time we arrived.

Dont like the new parking restrictions that have been imposed on the site by the parking company with all the shops there sometimes 4 hours will not be enough it rules out having something to eat plus there is no display for time entered or leaving so you could just be sent a parking fine and no way of disputing it we will have to limit which shops we visit this makes a mockery of having a shopping experience.

Always a pleasure to explore and M&S store. Huge variety of items of course. Restaurant gets very busy at times but the staff do their best to ensure you are served as quickly as possible. Never had an issue when wanting to return an item. There currently exchange is good. Toilets on the ground floor would be a good addition as they are currently in the first floor at the very back of the shop. The rotation of stock is good - there's always something different on display.
