S. B.Today I went into store to purchase some meat and spices, the staff couldn’t do enough for me when I couldn’t find a particular product which was really lovely of them & hey presto they found it for me too.
The meat was lovely & fresh and once again the staff were really smiley and lovely! 5 stars ⭐️

N. E.Just been in for some hair oil staff were really helpful especially the guy with glasses near the till area, guys at the food counter also really polite. I am intolerant to normal flour and here they stock almond flour too Which is a big plus. But beware of the butchers!! Some are fine and some are extremely rude, wouldn't trust the meat from them.

K. C.Probably one of the best Asian Supermarket in North East. Excellent variety from south asia, middle east and east europe. Great selection at butchers and fresh naan bread. Kurdish naan just 4 for a quid which are almost like Khameeri Roti / Plain naan. Giant Turkish Barbari Naan for just £1 which is almost like Sesame Naan / Roghni Naan. Nice grilled chicken too. Can not recommend enough.

I. S.Pros: good location in West Road, variety of products and cooked food, the recent refurbishment allow customers to use small shopping trollies.
Cons: prices are a bit higher than other Halal shops in Newcastle, no clear queuing system in the butcher, difficult to find car parking outside.
