Great location to meet up and eat. I loved the vibe and the choice of food options from different vendors. Easy to order from the table and fast to arrive, even in a busy lunch time. Also been at night for a drink and the atmosphere is perfect, not to loud, not to crammed together.

Really nice place. Some great places to eat along with a couple of bars for some nice drinks. Not cheap but nice to see a bit more class in the port. Good alternative from friars walk area. Does get busy but great to see people using it so hopefully the place can thrive.

I loved the Welshcake place ,ROGUE WELSHCAKES ,a very nice guy from Cornwall ( in my picture )was baking them ! They were much better than FABULOUS welshcakesin my opinion. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone !! They had a very nice vegan ones ,too !! I loved 'em !!! Also ,a very nice vegan SUPA THAI VEGAN,Thai food shop & I loved their dishes ,too ! I tried to give the owner tips ,but he asked me to donate for local homeless cats/ dogs instead which I did ,off course !! What a lovely thing he did !! A very friendly security man was working there & gave me a direction ,even went outside with me to show !! I also ate a nice vegan pizza there ,too !!p.s.I forgot to mention this previously !! The security man worked there was super kind !! I asked him where the toilet was he guided me to the toilet rather than just telling where that was ,then later I asked him again for somewhere else ( my next destination ) ,he went out of the building to show me the way again !! He didn't just tell me words ,actually went out to show me the direction !!! Super nice man !!Also ,there's FLOUR & ASH ,a nice pizza restaurant which doesn't show up by googling ( only in Bristol ? ) ,but going to the Newport indoor market website directly. I had a yummy vegan pizza there from them ! They were out of eggplants, so he ( very friendly )told me they couldn't make the regular vegan pizza . I was glad that they could be flexible & could come up with the nice alternative. It was a bit spicy with all other veggies ,bellpeppers ( peppers ,Brits say ) ,onions, mushrooms, etc. With a thicker crust ,I believe it wasn't thin. I'd give 'em 4 stars 🌟 Too bad that I can't give the review under them directly !! I recommend the restaurant Flour & Ash at this lively indoor setting where you can get the vibe & tastes of Newport Wales,while MINGLING WITH THE LOCALS & SUPPORT the TRADITION & small INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES !!! This is a VERY CLEAN ,very nice indoor market where you can dine in ,or take away,or shop !!

Not all stalls taken yet but what is there is very new and upmarket. Quite spacious. This is more a social venue - loads of coffee houses and cafes - than traditional market. Several nail bars and beauty Parlours. All very clean and tidy.

An awesome variety of food and drinks on offer. I love that you can sit in the food court and order via the app from any of the restaurants. We got our food from one and drinks from another - such a good idea. Really cute shops around the food court as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic interior with loads of amazing food vendors. One of the best indoor markets for food I’ve visited. Can’t wait to go back!

Visited on a Saturday lunch time and loved the new market renovation. Very clever app that allows you to choose from all the independent food places in one basket and market staff bring the food to your table from all the different places. Very good atmosphere with music coming through the speakers. Will definitely be coming back!!!
