This is the best asda in Northampton Huge parking for families for invalids is large! Home delivery. Pick-up point Excellent Quality!! Very good balance quality and price

Arrived there on a Sunday at 15:47 to be stopped by the security guard saying it was shut. Queried that the shop closes at 16:00 & I needed 1 item to have no response & the door closed in my face. Staff are more interested in chatting with each other than helping people out on the self service tills.

Decent selection of items, bakery is small but has some nice food on offer including hot meals. However, it's missing a toilet and from what I could see there's no bike racks either. Still, quite cheap and very close to the uni, which is handy.

I have no issues with the actual store, but 2 weeks in a row now my delivery driver has been so rude, think he needs re training on people /customer skills. Manners don't cost a thing!

Descent prices, it just gets very busy at certain points. Not enough stock at the George (clothes) section but option to order onine and collect in store perfect!

Went here yesterday staff were amazing. Shelfs had enough food so I could do a normal shop. Lovely Staff was on the doors letting one in and one out so the store was not too crowded. Well done asda and thank you 😇

Excellent store for all your essential items and more. The good thing is you pay the same price in these smaller stores as you do in the large supercentres. Unlike tesco etc where they charge you more in a smaller store!

I go there regularly and like it there. The staff are good and always professional however I feel i have to bring something up which I feel is unfair on customers. For around a few months the far cotton asda store had decided not to use the big trolleys, potentially because it might have something to do with people not returning them and the people in question are students. ( Allegedly) If this is true or not I think Asda should put a warning sign for customers to say down the lines that "trolleys must not leave the premises and be returned" . This again is unfair because for example if you have parents with young toddlers and children who use the trolleys to sit on and other customers who require larger amounts of groceries then the smaller trolleys isn't enough. As a suggestion. Because there is security at the door I think you could add another security officer to make sure that customers don't leave the car park with trolleys or keep the current one and ask him or her to keep a eye on the situation as potentially customers might use other asda stores or go elsewhere

Absolutely amazing delivery service from ASDA. Especial thanks to a young bloke Marius that delivered my groceries last week. I was greeted with a smile and polite manner of speech. He was really understanding and helpful. With all other experiences this by far was the best and i wish there ware more considerate delivery drivers like him. Well deserved 5stars.

For a medium sized store it is very popular especially for the local residents. It has easy access and most shoppers can get here on foot without the need to get the car out. You can get most things but the range of products is naturally limited due to space. It seems this store like the rest of the supermarkets are moving more into non food items and beverages which is a shame as so many are doing this now.

Stock levels not great, went in to get shirts for my daughters school uniform and they didn't have any on her size at all. That said, A staff member (Sue) was very helpful, she checked elsewhere in the store/stock room for the shirts we were looking for and even called a nearby store for us to check their stock. Excellent service.
