Awesome Chinese/oriental shop for all your Asian food requirements. The selection of noodles is incredible. Very helpful staff and the prices are really good compared to the quality. Well worth a visit. Packed our with new stock when I popped in today!!

One of the best Asian markets in the area for product choice although prices are a little on the higher side for products they're not over charging like some in the area. Can't be beaten for choice, if they don't have it here then you'll probably need to pop in to London to get it.

This is a great place to go for your Asian food supplies in Northampton. The shop is not big but have a great variety of stocks including Chinese, Korean, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai and Japanese ingredients. From frozen Dim sum to seafood and curry paste, Chinese tea to fresh Chinese vegetables and tofu, in my opinion, I think its a decent little store with a good selection of Asian food. My son favourite item from the shop is called Milk Mochi (the shop stocked a selections of flavours), a bit like mini custard bun, delicious! See my pictures. Shop assistants are friendly and helpful, they will help you find anything if you ask. Every Friday afternoon the shop will have some Chinese bakery like Cha Siu bun (Chinese roast pork bun) coconut bun and all sorts, quality is fresh and tasty, far better than those I bought from London China town. Pop in and see it yourself if you need any Asian food. i would recommend !

Love this shop. Been here a few times! Used to live in Japan so it's nice to see some of my old favourites as well as new things to try! Food products from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and more. Staff are really friendly and helpful!

Excellent email communications about stock, and a kind member of staff who brought my car keys to me after I had left them in the shop (and was going to have to drag to small children and 16 cans over to the shop and back a 2nd time). So grateful for the small kindness.

The shop stores a lot of ingredients needed in East Asian style cooking, including Japanese, Korean and Chinese. They also have snacks, sweets and drinks, and a fridge aisle. The shelf labels are in English as well as the original language and most food packaging has the ingredients in English stuck to the back as well, so the shop is pretty easy to navigate as an English person. Plus, the staff are really helpful and friendly. The only downside is the aisles are small due to them stocking so much in a small area, and it's normal to have to squeeze past people in the aisles.

If you're looking for Chinese, Korean or Japanese (or other South East Asian) goods, this is the place to go. They have a large and varied selection of dry and frozen goods and sauces despite the small size of the store. My only complaint is that the fresh vegetable section is a bit sparse. You might not find everything if you're looking to buy fresh Asian produce.

Very packed, small family run, authentic Chinese / Korean/ Japanese oriental grocery store, offering all kinds of noodles, sauces, dried veg, quite a range of frozen foods and a surprising variety of oriental snacks. Great service by the couple who run it, with knowledgeable recommendations. Situated in the heart of the Drapery, parking at the back is a bit dicey, but well worth a visit.

Don't be deceived by the size of the shop! This is an Alladin cave for the SE Asian food stuffs.. & if you can't find what you looking for, ask the Assistants.. They will be more than happy to help you. Great place to buy your "all sorts"! The boss of the shop is also a really nice man, as all his employees!

This is quite simply a godsend of a store! Packed, quite literally with so many fabulous products and the freshly made tofu varieties that arrive on Friday mornings are to die for! It not only feeds my tummy, it feeds my soul. Japanese yumminess, can't live without Chinese chilli bean oil and the seaweed n corn strips in the freezer section, lordy it's fab! Highly recommend this shop, helpful and friendly it really does tick all the boxes for me to be able to shop at a small business with authentic prices with all of my favourite products. 10/10.

Sing Long isn't just the best oriental market in Northampton, it's possibly one of the best shops in Northampton, period. The staff are super friendly, hard-working and shelves are always stocked. Shopping here has led me to try so many different and incredible foods. They have a decent loyalty scheme too which is pretty cool for a small enterprise. They have also been amazing during the Covid-19 pandemic with hand sanitiser at the door and using protective masks & gloves. Couldn't recommend them more!

Great selection of goods including Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean and Japanese ingredients. Ingredients/items include noodles, cooking sauces, frozen dumplings and buns, and fresh vegetables. Good place to know about if you are vegetarian as this shop stocks tofu (and a much better price than the supermarket) and tempeh. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the tempura battered seaweed snacks they are delicious!

You can find a large variety of all asian foods such as chinese, japanese, korean, malai, thai and Indonesian herbs and spices. But very expensive, some things are cheaper online. Also some varieties have finished selling which I miss.

Personally I have not visited the shop. I left Npton before Sing Long opened. However, My friend usually gets the items I want on my behalf. On several occasions, I have spoken to members of staff to enquiry if the items I wanted were in stock , and they have been extremely helpful. Thank you and keep up the customer service.

For fellow vegans wanting to expand their culinary horizons, this is a great place to shop! Shopping here is tight and close-quarters, but there are interesting products at every turn. For the most part, shelves and items have English translations so you can tell what you're getting. It's the kind of place where you need to have a thorough browse to learn what is where. Key items and locations: big soy sauce bottles and oils are down the rightmost row past the chillers. There is tempeh in the back-left freezers and vegetable dumplings at the far-back freezers. On the right as you come in is the tofu. Lots of noodles down the left aisle, including tinned seitan! There is a minimum limit of £5 for card transactions and you can get a loyalty card for future visits. I'll definitely come back at some point although bigger premises would be welcome.

The shop looks small from the outside but don't be deceived as there is a vast amount of products available inside. Customer service was top notch too, definately gained a regular customer in me.
