The customer service I receive on every occassion I visit is of an exceptional standard! Always welcoming and polite, with a smile, nothing is too much trouble - from fantastic team behind deli counter (thank you guys for slicing the ham ever so thin😁👍) to ever so helpful (always happy to help packing your shopping) till assistants! Well done guys and thank you for being in Norwich!

I little bit expensive compares to a big supermarket but quality is there and you get what you pay for.

L. l.Genuinely a joy to shop in and a shop others can learn from... the staff are helpful and always happy. The food is fantastic especially the meat n cheese counter with them incredible hot or cold mega sandwiches. And many products ate much better than our English stuff if in doubt just ask and the staff will soon explain... also dont knock anything till you try it as I found out with the ice creams (cheese curd) truly creamy n delicious...
